This is by far the best nail salon in Arlington & DC - Becky and Tim care about their customers more than anywhere else. They do amazing work- very precise with the services, and are so kind - they know nearly everyones name who walks through their doors. The salon is clean with updated equipment. I highly recommend the salon.

Becky and Tim are the absolute best! They are running a small business through a global pandemic and doing it with grace and kindness. Give this place a chance, because they are amazing and do amazing work! I wont go anywhere else. Call ahead and try the sns powder. It has literally healed years of nail biting. I am posting my own nails with the sns powder! Tim you are a rockstar!

A last minute pedicure is what I needed and this place hit the spot. Did a great job and took me in as a walk in. I was impressed. They made sure to get any issues with my toes taken care of

Treated myself and my 15 year old niece for pedicures. It was my second in 9 years and must say I found they were really affordable considering the price had not changed much in the almost decade since I had last had one done. I am also comparing the price to another spa I went to for my first pedi in 9 years 2 weeks earlier that was $25 more. There was nothing less glamorous about what we had done between the two salons nor with the locations. They took us as walk ins without much of a wait on a Sunday and worked with us. When I went to leave I damaged a toe and they fixed it without any issues. Totally going back.

This is my backup nail salon for quick gel manicures. I dont allow them or anyone to cut my cuticles. Their work is average and overpriced.

Do not come to this nail place. They’re racist and have horrible attitudes. I went in to get a fill this morning and a pedicure and they made me wait even though no one was there. A white woman comes in and they seat her right away. They also tell me the price and ask me if I’m okay with that but do not tell the white lady the price. Do not come here. Horrible customer service and they will talk about you in their language. I am reporting this salon.

I’ve been to this nail salon 3 times. Most times, I had a decent experience.This time I’m writing about was very disappointing. Starting with the fact that when i walked in to sign in, I didn’t receive a greeting from anyone. It was very awkward.So I went and picked out my color and sat down. Maybe 5 minutes later someone came over to tell me “I’m sorry we cannot do your nails, the woman that does fill-ins had an emergency and had to leave”.I proceed to say “ok well, I’ll have my acrylic removed and I’ll get gel manicure instead, that’s what I normally do”.She then said “no one here can take off your acrylic, please come back tomorrow”.Now, I realize that it may be true that only one person applies acrylic but to say out of 5 nail technicians none of them can remove my acrylic was a bit of a stretch and very inconsiderate.Up until this point I’ve had decent experiences there but I will not be returning again.

Rude, unprofessional, and an absolutely awful pedicure. I kept giving them chances because they’re so close to my home but I’ll not be returning. An absolute waste of money, and not a warm atmosphere.

I called to make an appointment a few days ago and from the moment they answered the phone they were rude. I ended up making an appointment giving them the benefit of the doubt that whoever I was talking to was having a bad day. My appointment was scheduled for today at 9:45 and I received a call at 9:25 saying that my appointment was canceled and they couldn’t do my nails. Nothing about if I would like to reschedule or “I’m sorry for the inconvenience”. Nothing. I will never give this place my business until they learn common customer service.

This place is excellent! I was looking for a new nail salon and tried Arlington Nails and I am so glad I did. Tim is excellent - so kind and does a great manicure. And the prices are great. Highly recommend!
