This is my second time visiting, and I do plan to go again. Each nail technician is very precise with their craftsmanship. Everyone is extremely sweet and welcoming. I highly recommend.

I have been coming here for several years now and love everything and everyone here. I just brought my Dad to get a pedicure and manicure and he loved it as well. Highly recommend them to everyone.

My first time here.. it was really pleasant and nice. Me and my little brother came here in need of a pedicure and it was so relaxing and great experience. Halle did my feet.. She took her time n great massage:) Will definitely be coming back!!:)

I love going to Zen Nails & Spa! I have been dozens of times and they are always friendly, and their service is exceptional. They take their time on each service to make sure it is done correctly and have always made sure I’m happy with my nails before I leave. 💕

Im here visiting from out of town for a wedding today. I had a terrible night last night not feeling well. I was in much need of a pedicure in which sister recommended Zen because it was close & she uses them.. Wow.. I had the Lavender pedicure that was so therapeutic & made me feel so much better because I was debating on attending the wedding that Id travel over 300 miles for.. Thanks Zen

This place was very nice. I was visiting family in Texas from New York state and we decided to have a mini girls evening. Staff were extremely nice and friendly. The place was very clean.

I came in to get my nails done for prom, and my nail tech was so incredibly sweet! she did everything super well and it didn’t take very long either :) i’m extremely happy with the service, and i’d definitely get my nails done here again !!

I came in and got a full set of acrylics and just polish on the toes, the ladies that helped me were all very nice and made sure I was comfortable. They gave me exactly what I asked for and I would love to come back!

I am a finicky customer and this is the first place a havent really had a complaint in a very long time. The ladies here all take pride in their work and are vey attentive to the wants and needs of the clients. I will most certainly be coming back here.

Excellent place to get pampered Tammy was fantastic I had the lavender pedicure with stones oh my God! My feet and legs feel so light like walking on clouds and my manicure was so relaxing the hand and arm massage was much needed. This place is heaven sent . Thanks to Pat Roland for introducing me to this place. I will definitely be back.

Wonderful service!!! Had an amazing tropical pedicure, got my first set of dip nails and brows waxed! The ladies worked hard and even stayed late to finish, i even convinced my husband to go for his first time ever he got a pedicure and manicure and they did such a wonderful job! We will be back for sure!

My daughter is celebrating her birthday today and wanted to take her friends to get their mails done. She called and was informed that if they arrive by 8 pm they will provide service. We walked in at 804 pm and we were told that we are late. The guy said you are late and we cant work past 9 pm. I even offered that the girls will wait, but he said that they are not hurting for business and do not want any customers. I even told him that my daughter is celebrating her birthday, but he kept his straight face and just told us to leave........

The staff is wonderful they do an excellent job every time. Pricing is great. Customer service is thru the roof. Every since I found this place I wont go anywhere else. Come try them you wont regret it.

They were rude from start to finish. After asking what service we wanted? The ladies began looking around as if there was another worker who could take care of us. As she started on my nails she seemed shooked that I wanted overlay instead of dipped. Then another customer entered and she stated she wanted a cut down and polish change. Again the two workers started chatting as if whos going to work on this lady. Time was the pressure point here. They close at 9:00 pm we arrived at 7:00 the other lady maybe 7:30. I heard one other worker tell her its to late to get a service. These females are seriously injured in the brain if they think this is good customer service. My experience has never been this weird in a nail salon. I should have gone to the HOOD!!!! At least theyre going to do the service even if its close to closing time.

Cindi is the absolute best! They use sterile equipment and take their time.

I was surprised to see less than 4 stars on their review as I have always had a positive experience here. I typically get a gel or nexgen manicure and a pedicure, they are very quick working the manicure while you get your pedicure and I am almost always out within an hour. They do a good job (not sloppy), the employees are friendly & professional and its a cute atmosphere. Oh, and they serve you complementary wine upon request which makes me happy! :)

Zen Nails is awesome! Great service and I love the way they do my nails. My job means I’m very hard on my hands and they have adjusted how they do my dip so my nails can keep up! I’ve tried lots of places and this is the only place I’ll go now!

I went a bit out of my way to try this place out because I have been pretty underwhelmed by my 2 nearby options lately. I walked in at about 10:30 am on a Friday and was helped directly. The staff was friendly and they did a beautiful and meticulouse job on my pedicure. She took her time and I didnt feel rushed. I also had my brows waxed (which always makes me nervous...i mean what if they wax one off or something,right?) And she did a beautiful job. The price was competitive and the service stellar. I will definitely be back.

Whoever the owner is... need to either train your employees better or either replace them ! Very rude & gave me a horrible attitude, which makes your business look BAD!!! She continued on with her attitude as if she really didn’t want to do my polish change. I️ asked her questions about the polish & she continued to give me attitude!!!!! She never clipped my toes nails or even attempted... she definitely slacked off the entire time with such a non chalant attitude. Not a good look.

Great local spot. Its intimate and never overly busy. You never feel rushed when you are getting your nails done. These ladies take great care to give you the best experience and beautiful mani-pedi.

Staff was really nice. The place is nice and well kept as well. The only problem was that there was a bit of a wait (30 mins), but I had just dropped in and hadnt scheduled an appointment. Prices were kind of expensive, but I think theyre consistent with pricing elsewhere around town.

Writing this review on be have of my fiancé:She hated this place, she went in to get the new Next Gen(powdered gel nails) was told on the phone that they could take her in right away if she got there in the next couple minutes. Well she had to wait 20min even though we got there 2 minutes after hanging up. To top it off they charged her a completely different price from what they said over the phone. Just dont go here, spend the extra money somewhere else.

Eyebrow waxing. Horrid!! She didnt even the length with scissors, tweeze what wax didnt sculpt or anything. She applied 5 was strips (under-2 upper-2 and middle) and said 10 dollars.I now have to go home and do something I already paid her to do for me. This establishment, you get the vibe that they are wanting quantity($), not quality.

Eyebrow waxThe next morning and my eyes are still red. No idea what she put on my eyes after the wax. I thought it was just aloe. My skin had a nasty reaction whatever it was she used. DO NOT GET AN EYEBROW WAX at this place.

I absolutely HATE this place. First thing I had done was my eyebrows and she plucked my SKIN not my hair!! So my eyebrows are very swollen now! Then, she was to do my nails which had previously been dipped in powder and I ended up with NO nails and they are all brittle and very thin! It was so bad that she had to cut them down!! She argued with me as to what I had previously had done, which she insisted that it was acrylic and it was NOT it was dipping powder, she soaked them in acetone for very long time, which did not help the problem then she filed them down with her instrument and she did it all the way to the natural nail which is why my nails are supper thin now and breaking off!! She could not even do a decent massage!! $35.00 for a very crappy job!! NEVER going there again!! She tried to argue with me and tell me she was telling me the “truth” about how things should be done. Obviously she has no clue because she screwed up my nails so bad that I did not waste my time with her doing any color!! She knew I was upset and should’ve at least tried to offer me a discount or something! Obviously she did NOT care at all!!

It was okay, but I dont think I will be coming back. Pedicure was pretty good, although he focused more on my shins than feet. The manicure was the problem. He was using lotion and squeezed oranges on my arms...it ran down on to my pants and made it look like I peed on myself! Plus he didnt file my nails down well nor clean under them. I had to ask someone else to do it. Disappointed.

It is too the customer treatment went down the hill. Was refused service 30 mins prior to close for a simple pedi in not friendly way and not once. Being busy definitely will never come back. Sad, it used to be a nice place.

Do not go here. They rush and mess up your nails! I will never come to this place again, both my pinky nails are different sizes... they had to re-do my toes because the polish was messed up. My full set is messed up as well, the polish. Do NOT go here even if it is cheap.

My first visit here was wonderful! With the personal touch of massages along with a mani/pedi, I am a happy girl. Be sure to get The Zen special. The alovera was perfect to help relax and enjoy a break. If you are looking for time alone or taking clients, this is the place to be.

The older lady in glasses does not do gel well and will leave your hands sloppy.

I was impressed with the facial, and satisfied with my pedicure but when it came to the solar set I definitely did not get it what I asked for. I wanted nails that were rounded on the end, but I was instead told that I liked the oval shape, and that old ladies wear rounded nails. My oval tips are not the same shape or the same length, and they arent what I was going for and they dont look good. I also was charged 5 dollars to have my cuticles cut, a service that is provided at most nail salons. In addition, I asked for my cuticles to be cut before the nail was laid so that the nail would extend to cover the nail bed. My lady (sorry I dont remember her name) cut them after, and made my thumb bleed, and then allowed the blood to seep under my nail. No apologies included. Her unprofessionalism extended all the way to adding the gel coat on my nails when she pressed her finger on the not dry gel making it dull. When I pointed this out she proceeded to again tell me I just didnt understand and that it only needed a spritz of alcohol. I also really didnt like that this lady was wearing a completely see through unattractive shirt and her bra was clearly visible. She did not have a good attitide while doing my nails and was cold to my friendly chatter. I had a solar set for almost 2 years so perhaps I was too picky, but I definitely didnt receive a good quality ($50?!) set from this place.
