Great place to have your laser treatment. I came from other country where I had couple procedures but the one I took here was different, not painful and even from the first try I can see the results😉. I really liked how they were able to fit me in their tight schedule despite my short time notice! I am going to come back RG Pro Laser.

This is hands down the best laser experience Ive ever had. Ive received laser treatments from two other offices and they dont compare to RG Pro Laser. Raya is the best! She made me feel really comfortable. The prices are extremely affordable, I paid $270 for 6 underarms and i could see results from the 1st session. She was also honest about facial hair, i have really fine hair on my face and suggested not to do laser, since laser only works on dark and thick hair. Cant wait to start my legs, after the summer. Also, you will always receive email and a text to remind you of your upcoming appointment. All in all I highly recommend.

I did 6 underarm sessions. Result was okay I just did not like service there. I needed to reschedule my session twice due to Rayas emergency. Also, she did not track how many sessions I had. At last session (6th), she thought we have finished three sessions and she said I need to book 3 more sessions. One time, I needed to wait outside in very cold weather because the door was locked. She said she is coming down soon to unlock the door, but her client came down and unlock the door for me 8 minute later. I was always stressed out going to the spa.

Reasonable, transparent pricing: Unlike chain stores where you have to schedule a consultation just to get pricing info, and then they try to up-sell and pressure you into purchasing larger packages etc, Rayas prices are clearly listed on her website, and they are very competitive.4. Excellent service: Raya herself is very professional and knowledgeable about her services, super easy to talk to, and doesnt pressure you into anything. In fact, she even refused to do certain areas where I have extremely light-colored hair, as she knows from experience that it would be a waste of money.5. Great results: Initially I was a little nervous, as most of my friends whove had good results with laser hair removal have much darker hair than me. But after multiple sessions with Raya, Im already very satisfied with the results, and wish Id taken the plunge on laser hair removal years ago. Im even getting more areas done, because it just makes life so much easier, especially with small kids and not much time for shaving/waxing...If youre on the fence, I strongly encourage you to try out RG Pro Laser!

I completed 6 sessions on back of my neck and i couldnt be any happier with the results. Now, i dont have to worry about shaving it anymore. Spent over $2,400 with this service provider paying for six sessions on average on multiple body areas. I emailed them several times to tell them the hair is back, but they cant even bother to reply to my emails and explain what the next course of action should be. Truly disappointing.

Clinic is super clean. Raya is very detail oriented and takes time with her clients; attentive and cares for comfort/satisfaction. She also provides great skin advice and how to take care of your skin pre/post laser. Her prices are great compared to other places Ive been to. ALSO, the parking is a huge benefit for me.

RG LaserPro is the best!I completed 6 treatments on pretty much my whole bod and I couldnt be happier with the results. Raya was recommended from a friend. I always wanted to have laser hair removal done but had many doubts about the procedure. I am glad I met her. She answered all my questions and worked with professionalism. She is also very polite and personable. After only 4 procedures I already have excellent results The machine she uses is fast and at least for me the pain was less then if I had used an epilator in one word minimal. I am very very happy with my hairless skin and wish that I have done it earlier. I have sensitive skin and after shaving always had problems with in grown hair and razor bumps but for the last month I shaved only once and only after 4 procedures. I am confident that after I complete all 6 the hair will be gone. Thanks Raya!
