I don’t give reviews but this time I feel the need to doso and going to try to explain how I feel. I am 50 and started to see age related saggy skin and wrinkles on my face and a droopy lip and was a little depressed.I never had the time to take care of me and was afraidto do any kind of face treatment. So I decided to call BioDerm went to my appointment staff was very friendly. I saw the Doctor told him my concerns. Hegave me his advice on what needed to been done and received my first Botox injection.I went back to get filler for my lips appropriate for my age and Omg I started to see a big difference.And today got my first PDO treatment and can’t stressenough on what a difference it has made me feel physical and mentally!!! Thank you Doctor so muchfor your honesty and helping me feel and look ten years younger and feel good about myself and look pretty again!!!! Hands up to you Doctor and your staff I give you 5 plus star’s. Thank you! Thank you!And definitely will going back in the future.❤️

I went there in May and got Botox on forehead and fillers in cheek and under eye and I don’t see no real change my forehead crease was great but it starting to come back already and I still have bags under my eye and cheek not full at all and I went back because of swelling under my eyes and one cheek was fuller than the other like a month later and the doctor say it was fine and but to tell you the truth I looked better with the swelling because now my face looks the same like I wasted thousands of dollars for nothing not satisfying at all can’t believe it either

I had this noninvasive lift done and I mean the doctor did an amazing job! I’ve a customer for a few years, they treated some hormonal acne that I had and I mean the results were amazing too. My skin has a glow and now a lift. I can’t even remember the doctor’s (shame on me) but he was very nice and gentle! No pain at all! Even my esthetician was great I think her name was Chelsea. But great job!

If I could give zero Stars I would, I think they are not worth it, and for whatever reason people are so rude to me,when I went there I knew exactly what I wanted,what I wanted was my face to be cleaned from spots and to have an even tone through my whole face, which I know that its not going to change my face features but there was no need for the nurse or whatever she was to tell me, YOU KNOW THIS IS NOT SURGERY IS NOT GOING TO CHANGE YOUR FACE, Im like really how rude can you be if I wanted cosmetic surgery Ive wouldve gone to a surgeon,and they wanted to charge me tons of money for services that I found to be cheaper in California with someone more professional.

My experience was very disappointing, I had and still do a lot of sagging skin and wanted to see if the thread lifts could take care of it without having to get surgery, since I as m in my 70s and a lot of sagging I asked Dr if he thought it would work or if I should get mini face lift, and was reassured it would. It didnt, he tried twice but was a waste of $4000 which would have gone a long way toward the face lift that I should have got. Now I am out the money and nothing to show for it.

My experience at Bioderm Skincare in Arlington was awesome. Kelli Seymour spent time with me to determine my skin care needs. She was patient and an attentive listener. We set up procedures and appointments with Dr Nguyen.Dr. Quan Nguyen is wonderful! Kind, considerate of my comfort, and very patient.His work is perfect!

Got a laser toning treatments, instead of my skin getting better it got Worse. It made the texture of my skin bumpy. I came back to complain and they blame the issue on me. Since then my skin only got worse I had to go though a dermatologist to fix the issue. Worse experience of my life. Their are a bunch of great spas in the DFW area. Bioderm is NOT ONE OF THEM.

I recently moved to Arlington and was so scared to go here and try a new place but they were great! The woman who took my information was so friendly unlike other med spas and my results are the best they’ve been 👌🏻 Can’t wait to go back!

Im pleased to say that I have had a great experience with the Bioderm location in Arlington. The staff is very friendly but most importantly, very professional. They take extreme precaution with all their services and they make sure their customers feel comfortable with all treatments being performed.Ask for Mandy- she very nice and explains everything in full detail.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Unless you enjoy throwing your hard earned money down the toilet, STAY AWAY from this mess. The doctor is an extremely careless and greedy individual. There is zero concern for patient safety or satisfaction from upper management. The machines are not serviced, at all and even fail/shut down in the middle of treatments. There is ZERO training provided to new hires (unless you count watching YouTube videos and “figuring it out” as sufficient training). The employees do their very best to keep up with the erratic behaviors and demands of the doctor but all of them fail and in an expedited manner. As an industry professional myself, I am appalled that this place remains in business. Take your money and your skin far, far, far away from this establishment.

Very dishonest business! My sister and myself went in to got this call coolscruplting. The consultant told us that we just need one time done and our arms should be very skinny! After weve paid got it done and came back for the followed up. They now told us that it work different on individual! It might or might not work for us! Aint that something they shouldve told us before weve paid and got it done? Can not told us one things send us home with a consent and now used that consent to against us! If that then why would we wasted 2 hours of talking with them? Whats the consultation for????? I came back 3 months later this time Ive talked with the doctor. He told me that my arms look good now, and if I want to get it done again my arms gonna look unhealthy! Something he shouldve told us before. Weve paid $2400.00 total for something we couldnt tell the different! All they want is to get your money and dont care about you after all!!! Very dishonest business!!! Dont waste your money with them!!! Dont made the same mistake that I have with them please. Go somewhere else with better reviews!!

Dr. Nguyen, was amazing and Im loving the results of my Pdo threads, and its only been 1 week. Still a little swollen. But jowls are gone!

I had a wonderful experience that I’ve been doing treatments here for years and all the offices staff are very nice and made me feel welcome and safe. They are always very attentive with all my questions and needs, Jennifer and Kelli they’re always very nice and kind and alway trying to help me answering my questions about my treatments and they very patient with me because of my hearing problem.

Not happy with the doctor- I feel like all he cares about is trying to get you to do other treatments to make you look “better “ I just think that is the wrong way to treat someoneI don’t think he cares about the patient. Just about getting more treatments in.I told him where I needed more of my injection. And he doesn’t even listen just does what he wants to do. I think he is full of himself and needs to check his mannerisms.

My experience with this location is very bad. They sold me a package of laser treatment for 5 sessions. I finished all of them without any improvement. The spots are still in my face like never been touched. One thing that I can guarantee with their laser only facial hair will be removed, but after you done with all treatment the hair will be back! I feel like I spent $1000.00 for hair removal only; which is cost in salons $10 or $20!!I dont encourage anyone to go there, they just keep trying many methods on your body thats all. When you ask for refund they will provide you other testing until you give-up.Note: I gave them one star because I have to click on it to allow me post my bad experience. If there is a minus star I will give them -10.

Today I had my 2 nd photofacial with nurse Jaime and she was very informative & helpful with my procedure. I love my results so far my skin looks smoother & tighter already and I still have 3 more sessions to go!! :D Can’t wait to see final results!!! So excited! :D

I have been coming here since 2012. I have had a couple of different procedures all have been a great experience. I have purchased packages for my mother as well. I do miss my go to girl Shannon Tovar, but the staff is very accommodating and answer any and all questions related to the procedure your having. I recommend them all the time and know who I send here will be in good hands!!

One star is too much for a such place.It is the first time i come across a place that is completely the opposite of what they preach. first impression was uneasy, receptionists barely smilewhen they do smile they were selective..they mostly acknowledged white clients and did not care about the rest. the advertisements are too good to be true, no ethics what so ever!but, what was troubling is the pushing of the package to literally force the clients to buy, knowing the chances of good results are very slim or none. will not recommend it to anyone unless you are looking an expensive hair-removal.all those stars are NOT from costumers rather they do it themselves.

Smoking,drinking,sun bathing for more than twenty years have all overworked my skin and I always looked tired and was very unhappy. Nervous about change, I went to Bioderm after checking facility, licences and if there was a real doctor on site not just a person trained to do injections,anything could happen. Dr. Nguyen helped me decide on what would look the best and Im so thankful I listened because the results are great! Not looking plastic was a big concern. Thanks Bioderm, you Rock

Never Ever for a Groupon service. I purchased my Groupon for Botox at the end of April and made an appointment. When came in, was told I need a second appointment for consultation which would be followed by another appointment to actually receive the treatment. Everywhere else on the planet they administer Botox injections on the first visit after a brief consultation, not at this BioDerm Skincare! Customer service was not that great as well. Thank God Groupon refunded me!

I had very good experiences with Bioderm Skincare Center in Arlington location at The Park Mall. Dr Nguyen and his staff were very helpful. After 4 toning laser treatments I received in 2017, my facial skin looks tightened and my face is more toned. A few days ago I went back for Botox to treat crows feet and am very happy with the result. Thanks Dr.Nguyen and his staff. I strongly recommend Bioderm for any of your skincare needs.

Best experience I ever had I went in to get my spider vein treatment I got my my first treatment in early June and if today after 7 years not be able to wear shorts now I can . Am very happy with my treatments ( had just 4 treatment) . Very happy with my results

I hope all of my appointments are with this young lady! I wish I would have had some cash on me to leave her a tip!! The location was very clean, relaxing, and very nice.Cost/Price:A bit pricey, $119 per area (Suggestion: offer coupons)Microdermabrasion: It wasnt painful!! Looking forward to final result. This is only day one but it is already smoother, a tad lighter, and definitely feels exfoliated and fresh. In 2015 I went to Bio-Derm Skin Care to treat my acne. I paid more than $1,000 for chemical peels and laser treatments. After most of the treatments, my acne kept getting worse and worse that I just stopped going and receiving treatments and basically threw my money away. I came back to Bio-Derm Skin Care years later (2018) to have fillers injected to get rid of my malar creases (which look like bags under my eyes but are not related to old age). At my consultation, I was told that getting rid of my malar creases would be easy and that there was no chance that the fillers would not work or make them look worse. It was obvious that the female esthetician (I cant remember her name) started to get frustrated as I asked questions about the outcomes of this procedure and she started asking for my debit card to go ahead and charge me. She was desperate to take my money and less interested in my questions and concerns. She then charged me $1600 for 2 fillers of voluma (and another filler) and a microneedling session. The microneedling session honestly had no improvements but it did not make me look worse so I am thankful for that I guess. The male doctor injected the 2 fillers in my mid cheek area and assured me that the malar creases would go away. It has now been 2 months and I look worse! Everybody notices these bags under my eyes now because the fillers just made them stand out more. I have now ordered glasses to hide the fact that I look even worse now. I am only 23 years old and Ive spent and thrown away thousands of dollars with Bioderm skin care at the parks mall. They should be ashamed of themselves they only care about the money and do not care about their customers this place should go out of business. I am studying to be a nurse myself in order to actually improve peoples lives. But the nurses and doctors here should be ashamed, they are not improving peoples lives in any way, they are taking advantage of them by taking away their money and giving nothing in return, instead, they are making people look worse. I asked for some type of compensation or refund and I was denied and simply told that nothing can be done. I am never coming back here, I have had friends ask me about my experience here and if they should give it a try but I will make sure that everybody I know does not step foot in this place. DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY, DO NOT GET SERVICES HERE!

Ive been coming to BioDerm for a couple of years now. The staff is very friendly and professional. They care for their patients and take pride in what they do.When I first started here, I had an extremely bad case of acne. Pimple would grow on top o f each other which turned into acne cysts. It was very painful . BioDerm helped me take control of my acne. Now it is just a matter of maintaining my skin from breaking out.Im very happy and satisfied with all they have helped me with. 😊

I wish I had seen the reviews before I went here. 5 treatments total, 3 needlings, and 2 micro peels, and very little to no noticeable results. Was told by my last tech that did my last peel and last overall treatment that it didnt work because the other techs did not go deep enough for it to work with the needle. Was told by that tech she would call me back so I could try once more, at a discount, and then never got a call, which may or may not be her fault. When I called back myself, of course they refused to honor that at all, and instead insisted I pay full price, over the phone to do a PACKAGE of treatments, not a single, which I did not want. No consult or anything. The wife of the owner was very full of herself, and that should have been my first clue to cancel all together and run the other way. Edit: My treatments here were about a year ago. Over that year nothing changed i.e. got better over time because results may have taken time. I just recently went to a smaller shop (what I will call local since this place has at least 2 locations), got ONE peel (not even a micropeel) and I had great results and there was an obvious change. Certainly seems as if this place did not do the treatments correctly. The small shop charged 1/3rd of what this place charges you, even if you were to divide the package price to see the price per individual treatment (they charge more if you dont get a package deal here). So be warned, find a place that actually cares if you get results. They will likely be cheaper as this place seems to care only for profit.

Awful, Awful, I certainly do not recommend bioderm. I went for an upper lip and chin lassr hair removal at the Parks Mall BioDerm, with great hopes I succesfully completed 6 complete sessions, just when I realized after a month later thick hair started coming back, when I went back all they offered me was half off another six sessions which is now a total of 12 sessions and STILL THICK HAIR IS COMING OUT TILL THIS DAY! I AM SOOO UPSET, absolutly noy satisfied and their ONE asian doctor is probably the most not understanding natured doctor, he didnt listen to me or what i wanted. DO NOTTTTTTTT GO OR PUT YOUR MONEY IN THE TRASH!

Bioderm Skin Care & Laser Center is has been a great place for me to teat my acne, the staff (Mandy) has been very very friendly at all the times, and my skin is looking great, Awesome place.

May 7th I have paid $565.00 as a member in 315coneflower Dr Garland tx for Forehead and Frown lines only. It was for Botox but the Nurse told me before tretment if its not work we will give you free Botox I came back after two weeks for free Botox the same Nurse told me wright now it will not work so you need fille I was very upset and came back to discuss about it with Doctor. the doctor told me it will be good after some days I believed his word and continue another tretment on my cheek it calls Juvederm on July 9th by Doctor I have paid $599.00 my face is my witness I didnt get any better things I lost my money agian I went August 6th for discussion about it with Doctor he told me you need to purchase filler i am very upset he doesnt care about customer. I found Bio Derm on internet

Just want to inform the public nearly all (if not all) the positive reviews are written by or for the owners. Dont waste your time or money on this sham of an operation. They are money hungry vultures who dont care one bit about their patients. They go through employees like yesterdays trash. The Doctor and his physician assistant wife Trang are too cheap to hire experienced nurses for the injections. Its not worth the risk of having duck lips and droopy eyes. Please see a real doctor for injections like a board certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist office. Also their equipment used for laser hair removal and the other laser procedures is extremely old and a piece of junk. Thats why people dont get results. Duct tape is used to hold the junky lasers and IPL machine together. Its also been 10 years or close to that since they were an award winning med-spa as they love to claim. Anything for a buck with these people.Update: The fact that you have to reply to this review and others Dr. Nguyen, speaks for itself. Its amazing how you are just now responding to reviews that are 4 years old! Award winning spas care about their clients. Your lies and shame truly have no limit. Why dont you work on improving your spas and realize what a horrible business owner you are. Invest in the spas and buy new equipment and lasers. Modernize everything. Hire a cleaning company. Hire an HVAC company to make sure the a/c works in summer so your staff and patients dont sweat! Its against OSHA safety codes to haul a laser around to all 3 locations and its dangerous. BUY one for each spa. Quit being so cheap with everything! Yet your prices are exuberant. You also treat your employees like garbage, and your customer service is non-existent. There is too much competition out there and you will lose your spas if you dont make drastic changes fast. Maybe its time you let Tate run it. Please take my advice, and when you receive rewards that arent nearly 10 years old and dont continue to have one of the worst reviews for a med-spa in the metroplex, then you can say your successful.Dr. Nguyen, please note the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) views fake ratings illegal. There have been sanctions against companies and people for this unethical behavior. They can be traced, and for many years back.
