I have been to 3 other laser places prior to coming to laser of Arlington. And this place is hands down the BEST. The staff here is so nice and they know what they’re doing!! Being more olive skin tone and having more course hair, it can be difficult to find places that genuinely care about the results and are gentle on my skin. Laser of Arlington is a professional setting and the laser technicians care about your after care. They make sure you leave happy and their prices are incredibly reasonable. It’s nice to find a place that cares and isn’t only about the money. So glad I found this place. I recommended all of my friends to come here!

I always have a great experience here. They’re super professional and make you feel really comfortable. The nurse who did my laser today talked me through the entire thing and made sure I was not in any pain. The service is fantastic!

I have been going to Laser of arlington for about two years now and it has been a life changer! I had an issues with facial hair and since my first appointment I saw a dramatic change (it helped clearing my skin and my dark marks over time oh course. After my 6th appointment I saw little to no hair). One way to get good results is to stay consistent with your appointment. The price is affordable and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I still go every 6 weeks for a touch-up.

I had microneedling done by Roshauna- the owner of the medspa. She’s so sweet, knowledgeable and professional. She taught me so much about skincare and the treatment was painless. Can’t wait for my next treatment! The medspa was very clean and takes COVID protocol seriously. As a Nurse Practitioner in the Aesthetics industry, I would absolutely recommend her.

I love this place! Even before the pandemic, everyone is super professional and the clinic is clean. The treatments were effective and I saw results immediately. My technician communicating everything effectively throughout treatment. They have made the best accommodations to adapting to COVID. I feel safe when entering the clinic and the protocols that they have in place are appropriate. My laser treatments have gone so well.

Just completed my Coolsculpting procedure at Laser of Arlington. It was such an amazing experience. This place is freaking amazing. After only 2 sessions I have seen about 90% of the hair disappear. I’m getting my neck hair lasered, as I get extreme irritation and in-grown hairs on my neck. Every guy should be doing this!

Very clean and they evaluated you and told you exactly what you need I really love it

Everyone who works here is super nice and professional. They walk you through the entire process and make sure you are a good candidate for the treatment and make sure you are not at any risk of reaction (i.e. sunspots from recent sun exposure). I saw reduction in hair every time I went except for one time when they switched the laser type. I contacted them and after an in-person consultation, we worked out something that both of us were happy with. The people who work here truly care and pride themselves on giving the best service and finding solutions that work for their clients.

Make sure you ask every question possible before you go.They failed to tell me that they didnt even have the treatment I specifically asked for when I requested an appointment. Guess they were hoping to talk me into something else.They also failed to tell me they wouldnt treat me at all unless I had stopped using a certain face wipe 2 weeks prior.I feel like they just completely wasted my time by having me come in.

Will call you 5 mins before your scheduled appointment to cancel it.I was already outside, right out front waiting in my car until it was time for me to go in.They called to cancel because a group walked in before I did. Shouldn’t matter who walks in first, appointments are set for a reason. That was very unprofessional and a waste of my time! They lost me as a customer.

I had an amazing experience here! I have had hair removal done elsewhere in the past and it was a very painful uncomfortable experience, so I was slightly nervous about trying it again but my fears were put to rest. They explained the step by step process, the science behind how laser hair removal works, and answered any questions i had. The pricing was very reasonable in my opinion.The office is clean, modern and welcoming. They cater to clients by offering refreshments, free parking on the first level of the garage and being very flexible with scheduling.As far as the actual laser experience-- it was great! It was exactly how they told me it would be. It was very quick (about 10 minutes), painless, and I had no problems the rest of the day.I will recommend Laser of Arlington to everyone i know and I will definitely continue coming here!!

And most definitely the best prices around! And my wife did the COOLSCULPTING which I did not believe in but after seeing the results (took a few months) I am now a BIG believer!!! Staff is great. The technician walked me through everything she was doing, & was very knowledgeable. which was very reassuring, since it was my first time. I couldn’t believe how PAINLESS & QUICK it was! I have been going to this place since may 2017. I go to my appointment every 6 weeks and never missed one! I really want to get rid of my body hair and see a difference. Actually I am not from this area so I had to book a hotel to stay every time I visit. In my last visit “09/29/18” I went there as usual and before we started the session I told my technician that I didn’t see any difference, the hair is still growing and I have done 7 sessions already, and I asked if the settings of the laser machine might be a little low and if she could rise it a little. She said she had to talk to her manager to come and left the room. Few minutes later she came “ without the manager “ and said she has a license in laser hair removal and she is a professional and knows what she is doing and i am not the person who can Tell her what to do. She asked me to leave the place since she didn’t want to work with me anymore. I left the room and went to the reception and asked to talk to the manager. The technician says she doesn’t have time to waste with me and she has a patient needs to work with. She said I could wait for the manager but she doesn’t know when the manager will be back, few minutes later a man that I haven’t seen before “ since i came to this place frequently” he asked me to leave the place, he basically kicked me out, and when I told him I will write a review based on my experience here he threatened me not to write any bad reviews about the place. I am paying for this place to see a results! I also went the last time to get my work done and didn’t expect talking to my technician will ended up this way!

Totally worth the drive from Southern Maryland. I researched other laser places around me and they are far more expensive per treatment area. I like that after the 6th treatment, the price drops down to 50%, that and the results of barely to no hair is what keeps me coming back. Receptionist is super nice everytime.

My second treatment for laser treatment. I saw huge results only after my first treatment. The first company I went to was a waste of money...

Shame on you! My 16 year old daughter had save for months to pay for this laser hair removal treatment. During her last session she told the technician she did not see much difference, she still had almost the same amount of hair. The technician responded that she should’ve brought that up before because at this point there was nothing she could do. But rightfully so, my 16 year old trusted that not seeing immediate results was not unusual. She left the office crying, frustrated. She had spent all her savings for a treatment that didn’t work. I requested to speak with the manager and four days later I received a call from a nurse. She told me that, at her age the body produced more hair due to hormonal changes, something that was never explained or even mentioned during the first consultation. When I asked if they could check again her chart, maybe the technician didn’t use the appropriate strength or something, the nurse response was that the agreement we signed (the small letter in the disclosure) it was clear that they couldn’t guarantee results. The only option was to pay more money for more treatments. Shame on you! To take advantage of a 16 year old with a legal piece of paper. Shame on you!
