Went into the location looking to purchase a men’s wedding band. The process was smooth up until we made a decision on a ring we wanted. The sales rep said okay we will call you in about 3 business day with a price and the. You can come back to pay. Wait what? You don’t know the price of the ring? And I have to drive another 45 mins back out here in 3 days?The sales rep said because we needed a size 13 and the store display one was a 10 we were probably looking at an increase of $200-250. I have no problem paying more for the larger size but that much? And I’m ready to buy now and your telling me I can’t?Long story short you let paying customers leave your location so you could have someone call me in 3 business days. So within 5 mins of leaving the location I went right to the manufacturer and ordered the ring myself with 2 day free shipping. Meanwhile you were telling me it would take 5 weeks to get in.Once the “closer” called to give me a price with a 5 week shipping from the “manufacturer” I kindly let him know I went directly to the manufacturer myself and got it for $50 less then they quoted and it will be here in 2 days.Watch a gravel lot car salesmen approach. Letting me walk out the door when I was ready to buy cost you a sale.

Absolutely gorgeous selection and impeccable service that has no comparison. We bought our rings here 3 years ago. I bring it in once a month for cleaning at no extra cost. Today, I traded in my my 1 carat diamond and upgraded to a 2 carat diamond. I was given options and ended up leaving with a price I’m comfortable with and a bigger more beautiful diamond.

I started my search for a ring over 2 months ago, about a month and a half ago I went to the store in Arlington TX. This location has the worst customer service Ive ever experienced at a Jewelery Retailer. Delays after delays on their part and then to top that off, they wont honor their price they Quoted! Beyond frustrating, good thing I have time!

I have been to so many places and this by far is my favorite. I am picky and dont want what every girl has/wants. This place had a lot to look at and a variety of styles unlike zales, helzberg, kays, or jarred. All the stores had very nice sales people, but what I loved about Robbins Brothers is that they let me look first and then when I was ready they were on it! The other stores hovered and picked rings they thought I would like instead of just letting me look around first. 5 stars

Due to unforeseen problems out of our hands, my wedding set broke. Since it was unrepairable, Robbins Brothers honored every single cent my hubby had spent on it and allowed me to shop for a whole new set with credit. In the end, I chose a set that was valued more than my old set however, it STILL gave me a remaining balance to shop for more jewelry in store. Salesman Bradley Morris and manager Eric Poland took very good care of me and I am extremely happy and feel I was treated very fairly!! Came by here with my fiancé to try on wedding bands and hopefully find something we like. We were lucky enough to have Brad help us out today. He was stellar! I have an intricate basket on my engagement ring and wanted to find a band that will flush with it. Brad showed me a show stopper that was unbelievably beautiful. My fiancé has never tried a ring on a day in his life before today, not an issue at all for Brad. We felt as if we were being educated while also finding styles we loved. Although we did not purchase our bands today, we are without a doubt coming back here to get our bands when we are ready. Blown away by the customer service is an understatement.

Very friendly staff. We bought our rings at the dallas location. However this one is just as nice inside. I really like bringing them in each year to be cleaned and checked. Keeps my rings looking amazing. Sometimes I stop by and do the cleaning just to spruce things up. Overall I have been very happy with Robbins Brothers.

I upgraded my wife’s ring several years ago. I paid $15k for the ring and she loves it. For years she’s brought it in to have it cleaned and they’ve also cleaned her earrings (not purchased here) for no charge. Today we were informed that should not have occurred and we would be charged for the earrings to be cleaned. The manager blamed the previous employee(s) for the mistake and refused to honor what has been done in the past on several occasions. There is an expectation of ongoing customer service when you make such a large purchase. They definitely do not meet that expectation. For $45 they lost a customer for life.

They are very friendly staff that work hard. They always get 5 stars from me. I put 4 stars at this time because I got my ring cleaned at the store and a stone was missing. Called and was able to get everything addressed quickly without any frustrating.

My self and my wife went in to have a couple of her rings sized and also look at a new wedding ring but, they had one customer and 7 employees! Yes you read that right 1to 7 ratio. We where given a mask, so I know they saw us and so we sat and waited. No one even acknowledged us as we left my wife said to a woman “ I guess y’all are to busy to help us” she did not even move just looked at us.

This is a real 5 star review. I have been shopping with Robins fathers now for over 10 years and they have never disappointed me. They have made everything right and lived up to everything they have ever said. I truly love this store and I want to spend as much money as I can with them because I know they actually care about me my service and my product. I will never shop at another jewelry store other than Robins Brother forever.

This was the first time visiting this store. We went in to look at wedding bands. From the second we walked in we were greeted warmly by the lady at the front desk and our sales associate was wonderful! I have never had such a fantastic experience with a sales staff ever. We walked away with two perfect bands for us. I highly recommend if you are looking for a great jewelry store that this is your place.

We had a PHENOMENAL experience with Brad Morris at the Arlington location. Brad not only provided us with top notch customer service, he went ABOVE AND BEYOND in trying to help us find the PERFECT diamond for our ring. Even after we purchased a diamond, he continued searching for an even better one and ended up finding one we exchanged our first one for. Brad made us feel comfortable, educated us on the process and on diamonds in general, was very friendly, and did not come off as salesy one bit. I did NOT appreciate their customer service and their salesman-like actions. Our price range wasn’t very low and even without my knowledge, they had me try on a ring 2x my boyfriend’s price range before taking him to the back of the building and revealing the actual cost. They kept us separated for an entire hour while trying to sell him that ring. They even told him at one point, “You need to buy a ring she can actually say yes to.” He was left alone for most of the time (likely to think hard about the decision). Finally, he came out of the back and grabbed me from the lounge (which I had sat down at because I got tired of looking around and waiting). He told me everything that happened. I felt like they took advantage of him and I’m REALLY NOT happy about that! I’d be more disappointed if I found out my boyfriend had spent 2x his price range than I would have been had he not bought me a ring at all. PLEASE save yourself time and go find a ring store that doesn’t have this pressure.

My experience here was great at this store! I would highly recommend Brad if you are going because he will walk through everything with you. I recently purchased my wedding band from Robbins Brothers and I couldnt be happier. We went in twice and a woman consulted us first, but we were still browsing at the time. The next time, Brad Morris was our consultant and he is amazing. Although the rings were definitely higher priced than what we wanted to pay, the quality was undeniable. Brad made sure we understood what we were purchasing in regards to the diamonds, the warranty, and service. He wasnt pushy and clearly explained the difference between what they offered versus what we could buy online. My wedding band is perfect and it now matches my perfect engagement ring!

I had been wanting a certain ring but unable to find. Dominique ordered the cut of diamonds we needed and the ring turned out absolutely stunning. Robbins Brothers was the first store my now-fiancé and I visited when we started our search for an engagement ring. We went in about an hour before closing time, thinking we’d just quickly browse their selection for ideas. Brad welcomed us in and was so incredibly patient taking care of us. He was so thorough – taking note of the styles I liked, floating around the store, grabbing different rings to get my thoughts on them. Not once was I made to feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. He presented me with a ring that instantly became my favorite – this baby became what I compared every other ring at every other store to for the next few weeks. Nikki stepped in to help us select my diamond when we returned to Robbins Brothers to proceed with buying my dream ring. If you’ve started researching diamonds, you know there are about a million acronyms and thus, just as many decisions to make about grade, clarity, cut, etc. She practically gave us an entire lesson on the precious stone and answered the HUNDRED THOUSAND questions we asked with so much patience and grace. I’m so, so happy with my ring. I want to thank Brad and Nikki and the entire Robbins Brothers team for making what could have been an entirely stressful process so seamless and pleasant. Excellent place. The staff is always welcoming and willing to help from the moment I get to the door. I went there the First time to get my now wifes ring in 2016, and I visit back once or twice every year to bring it back for cleaning and inspection. The staff is always very nice and my wife is happy with the set I got for her.

I went in to look at engagement rings. My salesperson was Nikki G and she was FANTASTIC!! We had a decent sized group and she was very engaging with all of them, took lots of time going over options and explaining the whole process. We ended up with a ring for me and a ring for my daughter-in-law! She had the rings set and sized within a few hours. Best experience ever!

Excellent service. Staff is not only very knowledgeable but also very friendly. They have an excellent selection and can usually get exactly what you want in the event they dont have it in stock. Their able to accommodate most price levels. They even evaluated some of our custom made jewelry for our insurance in addition to the pieces we purchased.

Its been almost a year since we picked up our rings from Robbins Brother. I love that they have a such a huge selections of things to look at. We had an amazing experience here at the Arlington location. I lost the center stone to my wedding set 5 months before my 10 year anniversary. I went in to the store and I was greeted immediately. I have to say I had no idea what to expect when I headed into Robbins Brothers to look for an engagement ring. However, I am so glad I went. EVERY person in the store was extremely nice and helpful. Randell showed me every ring I wanted to look at until I decided on the perfect ring. The whole process was so easy and I never felt like I was being forced into buying something I wasnt comfortable with. The life time warranty for the ring was a big selling point for me too. I would recommend this store to ANYONE looking to purchase an engagement ring for their loved one. They even have a bunch of wedding bands for guys so I will be getting mine there as well. I cant say enough good things about Randell and the whole Robbins Brother team in Arlington. They are top notch from the time you walk in until the time you leave. And most importantly, my fiance LOVED the ring I decided on and never takes it off!!

Walked into the Robbins Brothers Arlington, TX store today and wasnt quite sure what to expect. My husband and I wanted to get ideas and quotes for upgrading my engagement ring and wedding band. Upon entering, we were warmly greeted by three very friendly staff members who helped put us in the computer to meet with a designer. We were able to browse on our own (which I greatly appreciated) for about 10 minutes before trying on rings. The store manager was very friendly, knowledgable and accommodating. She made picking out my rings and eliminating others stress free. I felt very comfortable with her. She has a vast knowledge of jewelry and a very playful, professional and honest personality. Plus, she was very patient with us. I loved her input and perspective. Dominique answered all of our questions and worked with us to get the rings I wanted. Im very happy to say that we walked out of the store today as very happy and satisfied customers...WITH my new rings on my finger! The inventory and selection at this store is impressive. For a guy, going out on his own and attempting to buy an engagement ring is pretty stressful. Dominique and Brad made the process extremely easy and lifted a weight off my shoulders. Both took their time with me showing and teaching me about diamonds (the four Cs) and about settings. Both very transparent and informative in their sales process. I did shop around after my first visit but that just helped sway the decision over to Robbins Brothers. Overall, very satisfied with my experience.

Extremely friendly staff and large variety of rings! Went there with my fiancèe to look at mens wedding bands since they had many more styles available for men than just about every other store in our area and they didnt disappoint. Found several great bands I was interested in. We worked with Nikki who was extremely helpful and very nice and will definitely be back. Would recommend this store to anyone!

I loved my ring! The staff is very helpful and friendly. I really appreciate the free cleanings and the diamond warranty. Its very comforting knowing that my diamond will be replaced if its lost or damaged. Id never go anywhere else for jewellery.

I can finally write a review now that we are officially engaged :) we made an appointment two weeks ago and went in with only a broad idea of what we wanted and a general price range. We were greeted immediately with a warm welcome and met with our sales rep, Kyle. She was absolutely amazing. She is super knowledgeable, pleasant, and you can tell she really loves doing this. She listened to us and really took everything into consideration and helped us find the most beautiful and perfect engagement ring! She walked us through everything, educated us on things we didnt know, and made sure we didnt leave with unanswered questions. My fiancé and I are both in sales and we know its not an easy task.
