If I could ZERO STARS I would. I don’t know why anyone would make a second purchase from Zales. I ordered a new wedding band for my husband in JANUARY 2020 and it still has not arrived to the store as of DECEMBER 2020. Every time I go into the store to inquire about it (over 8 different times) I get the same excuse from them: it’s “processing” or they don’t know what’s going on and will call me with an update. I have NEVER been called by them or received any updates. I am always the one who has to either call or go to the physical location to find out anything. It has been almost a YEAR and I STILL don’t have my ring. Even after contacting customer care and having customer care contact the store and their manager MORE THAN ONCE, the store has yet to call me or attempt to find a solution. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I will NEVER purchase from Zales again. At least not from the Zales at the Parks Mall in Arlington, TX.

I just love Brittany!!! She helped us out and answered all the questions we had. She was so sweet and very knowledgeable about everything!!! I absolutely LOOOVVVEEEE my ring!!!!! I would recommend anyone that is looking for a big selection and good prices to come check out Zales. And if you get Brittany to help you out lucky you!! Here you dont have to worry about getting fake jewelry and I cant say that for all the other jewelry in the mall. I will be going back to Zales for life!!!

The older lady with the accent is very annoying and pushy. Every time we go there she is pushing us to buy a ring and claims that they have a bridal sale that will end soon and we have to buy it now. I didnt listen and waited a few months until a better sale came out and I bought it even cheaper than it was before. She also tried to guilt trip me by saying, If your husband pays for your ring then you have to pay for his and get warranty plan. Stop trying to push your own ideas on me, old lady. I bet if we were an older couple in our 50s she would be treating us with respect. She just wants to manipulate younger couples for her own commission. Every store visit revolves around her trying to make a quick buck and urging us to purchase ASAP, its very annoying because we can sense the desperation to the point where we feel uncomfortable and dont even want to purchase anything. The focus isnt even on us anymore, its on her making a sale.

Would not let me return my ring or exchange for a bigger size even with lifetime warranty and receipt. Instead were trying to upsell on another ring 3 times as much the amount I bought the original for because of the credit line I had. Workers dont understand customer support and support life of product. It was a very old Hispanic lady with glasses and she had highlights in her hair.

I wish I could give 0 stars since I wasnt helped. I went in with the intention of surprising my husband with a new wedding band, since he chipped his. I had been online and basically knew what I wanted and wanted to pay with a card. When I walked in, all the associates avoided eye contact with me and never helped me. I wandered for 10 minutes with no acknowledgement. When I approached one free lady, she saw me, walked away and grabbed the phone to make calls. They lost an extremely easy sale by trying to qualify customers. I look young. Im not. If they had looked at my hand, they would have seen an $11k wedding ring. Shame.

If I could give this location no stars I would. The sales lady that sold us our ring told us we had 1 year and half to pay it off. Turns out we didn’t and got hit with. $699 finance charge. These people will say anything to sale something. It is very disappointed that they lie to get a sale not caring in the spot that they put the client in. I will NEVER go back here AGAIN. And recommend no one to go either!!!!

Horrible. My husband bought a ring from this store and good thing he bought a warranty with the ring. I have had to take my ring in for repair 7 times and to no avail the ring is going back in for service for the 8th time. The customer service is very poor at this zales store. The manager is never in the store at night.

After a year of having my engagement ring I decided to get it appraised. When the ring was originally bought at the Zales at The Parks Mall in Arlington, TX I was told it was a 1 1/2CT ring, which is clearly written in my paperwork. However, when I received the appraisal it was listed at only 1CT. Just make sure to take your own micrometer and measure the diamonds yourself, since they have no problem lying to get the sale!

I was needing to cancel a special order keep in mind I live 3 hours away from this location. The only reason this location was choose is because my Ex resides here. I called in spoke with Victoria she replied that I couldn’t cancel over the phone I needed to come in and sing some paperwork. Ok fine. A week later I arrived spoke with Victoria an she states the order has been canceled. Ok so why in the Hell did you Lie an state I needed to fill out some BS paperwork? 1 lie after another Extremely POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I wouldn’t recommend this location

I am extremely disappointed. Ive been without my ring for six weeks. My original ring was repaired in June and the same problem occurred in September. They deemed my ring to be unrepairable and ordered a new one. The sizing is too small and the soldering is horrible. I wish I could post a picture. Im so upset right now.

Came in with my husband to pick my ring up that we dropped off to get cleaned. Gerald I believe his name was asked for the receipt. Me and my husband was not informed that when you come back to pick the ring up we need to keep track of a piece of paper to get my wedding ring out. He stood there and said the only way to get my ring out is to have a receipt. I had to call zales corporate office, and they said all we need is a form of I.D. Gerald was very rude and was not willing to help out a paying customer. After I get my ring we will NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION.

I would give negative stars if I could. Super rude and slow service. Dont ever bring your jewelry here to be repaired. They didnt call me when my ring was ready for pick up. They also dont pick up the phone so be prepared to call several times until someone answers.

This zales location has the worst customer service Ive ever encountered. I went to get the chain to my journey necklace repaired because it broke and I had purchased the protection plan. First they told me it wasnt covered. Then they told me they no longer do repairs and instead replaced it with a much lower quality chain. Another time I went there to request they send out my Movado watches to have the batteries changed. A saleswoman was helping me when another sales guy walks up and tries to bully me into letting him change the batteries in store. You cant do that with Movados because they need to be in a pressurized chamber. When I stood my ground and refused, he then told the saleswoman to change the price to almost triple what it was supposed to cost. I asked him to please go away and let her finish ringing me up, but then just a couple minutes later she ditched me because another customer came in the store that she told me she wanted to get a sale from! Unbelievable. So instead of finishing my transaction, she called over the bully to help me. I took my watches and got out of there. Wont be shopping here again.

I bought certified earrings and they gave me the wrong certificate. It took them 2 months of me going to the store 4 times to get it since they didnt have it, had to order it and then to loose it, and to order it again. After promising me to mail it to me because it is inconvenient for me to go there and after going there 4 times regarding this, they told me that they cant mail it and I have to pick it up.
