Lee was very professional and friendly. I have used them for jewelry repair before and they stand by their work. This time it was for an appraisal. I will be coming back to them when it is time to get the appraised ring resized, and for any other jewelry maintenance needs I have.

I was disappointed with my latest watch repair experience, initiated on 9-March. Having heard nothing for a week after dropping off the watch I called to check. The man on the phone seemed to struggle to find my information and ultimately said he would check & call me back. I received no return call. Several days later, I called again & was told the watch had been sent out, it would be 2-3 weeks & cost was estimated @ $50, but the man on the phone said let me call him to confirm & Ill call you back. Again, I received no return call. Today, 30-March, I called to check on the status & was told its here. When I picked up the watch, the ticket showed a repair charge of $75 plus tax, total $81.18. The man who rang me up put in $81.18 taxable & charged $87.67 on my debit card. I asked if hed charged tax twice & he said no sir, let me show you the ticket... Then, upon looking closer, he said yes, he had double charged tax (I only looked at the last line on the ticket). He refunded the error, but my concern is the overall apparent lack of attention to detail, the 50% miss on the estimated charges & the complete lack of promised return calls. If you do business here, be careful, pay attention & dont hold your breath if youre expecting a callback. I will look for another repair facility in the future.

They were all very nice and kind to me here. I came in one day without my necklace asking if it would be possible to be able to get it fixed and he told me yes and gave me a price estimation. Then I came in a few days later with the necklace and it only took a few hours to be fixed! I’m so grateful I could find a place with great service, kindness, and that is affordable. I’ll be recommending this to any of my family and friends who need jewelry repairs done.

They were able to repair my wife’s 10+ year old diamond wedding ring back to new. They replaced a diamond that had fallen out along with adding to the prongs. They originally quoted to have it done within 7 days, but I got a call the same day to come pick it up. Great experience. I’d go back to them again.

This was my first visit. I went to have links taken out of my watch. Mike removed the links, checked the fit, and added a half link so it wouldnt be too snug. Afterward he cleaned my band and had it looking brand new. Lee took the time to clean my wedding ring as well. The customer service was top notch! I will definitely be going back.

I went in for a quick watch repair. Everyone was very nice. Lee and Mike were great, they for sure have my repair business from now on.Oh, and I side note, I loved that they wished me a Merry Christmas and not just happy Holidays. Regardless of your religion, they’re completely customer service orientated and you can tell they are there to take care of you!

The staff is incredibly friendly and the service was really fast. I took in two rings and they were fixed in under an hour at a very reasonable price. Joe made my rings look brand new! I couldnt be happier with my experience and will definitely be going back and recommending to friends.

I went to Quikset just before 6pm (closing time)to have my watch band pin replaced, (l thought it may have been bent). The gentleman was able to replace the 2 part attachment & the pin, add a new battery all in less than 10 minutes.Very nice & courteous. I will always bring my business here.

Went in to originally have my rings resized for my fat finger, they were all VERY friendly and professional. I picked my ring up the same day, and went right back up there with a necklace that i needed to have a chain switched out on. I will definitely use them for all of my jewelry repair in the future!

The service was professional and surprisingly affordable. We left a $7.5k ring to have a stone reset and have 3 prongs repaired. Picked up next day and had another one fixed. Lee was friendly and thorough, explaining the process. The best jeweler around.

I have spent some time at Quickset South Arlington the past two days having a custom ring made for my husband, watch batteries replace and a repair. Lee, Joe and Mike have all been a pleasure to work with. Their can do attitude and willingness to find the best and least expensive way to accomplish what I wanted was wonderful. I went into Quick set last week to get a quote on having my rings soldered together. I was given a quote of $40 when I took them in he said it would be double that. The man I spoke with said he wasnt there that day. I hadnt said what day I was there yet. A man came out from the back and said he would do it for 40. I paid and left. When he called to say my ring was ready I went to pick them up the same day. When I got there the first man said I hadnt paid and was going to try to charge me again. He called the [man I had said he would do it for 40 he to said I didnt pay. I showed him my receipt. They were . I couldnt believe it.

I have taken two ring here. One was an antique cocktail ring and the other a very wide banded Tiffany ring with an odd bevel. Both rings needed to go up in size. They were both done quickly and same day. On both you could not tell the resizing occurred. Even on the bevel Tiffany. They were careful on that one to make sure not to cut off any markings or stamps on the inside. You truly cannot tell any work was done. Its amazing. Both rings were given back to me clean and polished. Kristen was always so knowledgeable and kind. She answered every single question and even referred someone to me for appraisals and antique jewelry questions. The shop itself is quaint and reminds me of the jewelry store my late grandmother worked at when I was a child. Its a really cozy atmosphere.

I’ve always wanted to stop by to get new batteries in my expensive watches. Just never did it until today on my way to work. I walked in and Mr. Lee addressed me and said he would be right with me. Not sure if anyone cares about the lil things like being addressed but I work in Customer Service so it does to me. The price was good and the man put the battery in, cleaned it and they gave me a 3 year warranty. Looks like I found my fix all my families jewelry spot.

It started with a watch and avalanched from there. Adrian can best be described as a perfectionist. My wedding rings were re-sized and re-coated to return them to their original brilliance. I then brought in an amethyst earring that had been run over by a car, it languished in a drawer for 20 years. He fixed it instantly and again brought the earrings and matching necklace to their original beauty. The customer service is exceptional and Adrian goes above and beyond!

My husband and I have taken three watches here; altogether two band replacements, two buff/cleaning, one battery replacement. Kristen and the other employees are always very professional, the service is quick and they do a great job for a very reasonable price. Just walked in and the alarm announces “front door” so I know they knew I was there. 3 guys working, 1 gentleman assisting a customer. No one acknowledged me. A simple “we will be right with you ma’am” goes a long way. But nothing! So after standing there for about 2 minutes, I walk out, (Again the alarm announces “front door”) you would think at this point someone would say something. Nothing! I will spend my money elsewhere.

My ring was supposed to be ready the same day I dropped it off and was never notified that the stone it needed had not arrived or was not already there. I called the next day to inform staff that I would be picking up the ring that day or the following morning and still was not informed that the ring was not ready. My husband missed half of my daughters birthday party sitting there waiting for them to fix it 2 Days Later. The guy was really nice but the other stuff should have informed me that it wasnt ready

Went to have the battery in my watch replaced and they wanted $40.00 for one battery. Battery Plus has the same battery for $10.00

Never doing business here again! I took my $200 watch to simply get a new battery and I later discovered that the man had basically forced it open with some type of tool and now its dented and looks terrible! The back of the watch is completely ruined because he could not open it and has a big hole around the circle. He could have simply just told me that he could not open it instead of damaging my watch! I am beyond furious. So unprofessional!!!

These people are crooks!! My wife took her ear rings there to be fixed and they lost them and said that she took them with her. When she pointed them out on one of their shelves they said that someone else turned them in. Do not let these people have your jewerly. They cannot be trusted!!
