Ive been going here for years and never had a problem. Everyone is nice, they dont follow you around and try to force a sale on you like other jewelry stores. Brent is very nice and helpful. Great customer service!
The manager Melissa At Parks Mall is a lier who try to play on a mans intelligence but I will never buy from there again or they sister stores.
I was trying to get a ring resized but they couldn’t help me, pretty much said can’t do nothing about it. I was willing to pay a fee if I had to but nothing . Oh and buying the extra warranty doesn’t cut it, so don’t even purchase it . Now we have a ring that my husband can’t wear because it’s to big on him . We had plans to get myself a new ring from here, but due to poor service we will be taking our business somewhere else.

I didn’t feel like I was taken care of as a value customer. The manger over this store was very unwilling to take care of my needs. I was not every asking for something impossible. I simply asked for a refund on a item that I no longer wanted. I never picked up the item I never touched it and the manger did not want to give me the refund for the fear of loss profits on the store. This was very disappointing and horrible customer service in this situation.

Very disappointed. I waited a week longer than I was supposed to, to get my ring back from the repair for a resize. Then when I got it back a Diamond was missing from the ring. So I took it back to get fixed under the “make it right” policy. They said it would be 48 hours. Here I am 5 days later on a Wednesday and they’re saying I won’t get it til Friday-Monday. That’s 10 days. Very unprofessional.
This store has the worst customer service I have ever received. I arrived at exactly 6:30pm after speeding to get to the store that closes at 7pm. When I got there the 2 ladys were closing the gate. I asked them to keep the gate open so I can set up a repair and look at buying other earrings and all they did was make excuses so they could close early. They could care less about me. I will take my 15 years of business elsewhere after being treated like that!

Very rude employees. I made a special trip out to this kay jewelers to exchange a ring my mom bought for me and as I got there, they had closed way earlier than their hours were, They just looked at me, shook their head and went back to talking to each other as if I wasn’t even there. What a waste of an entire trip.

My fiancé and I bought my engagement ring and wedding band at Kays several months ago. The experience was great and the rings were beautiful. We went back yesterday to find him a wedding band. Vanessa checked on us but didn’t make us feel pressured like at other jewelry stores we’ve been to recently. She got to know us and we had a great experience. There was a man working in there that was helpful as well - I didn’t catch his name. We found the perfect band for him and even decided to upgrade my engagement ring and wedding band. It was a great experience overall.
Mayra is an amazing employee and goes above and beyond to satisfy your needs! Very friendly and was able to get me approved for a really good amount even though my credit is not the best.! Definitely recommend visiting the store!
Such horrible customer service. My husband has bought jewelry for years from Kay. He bought me a ring and when her purchased it, he knew it was not going to fit, but because it takes them 2 weeks to re-size it, they told him just to bring it back after Christmas and it would be no problem. well I came in to get them to re-size it today and they told me I would have to pay to get them to re-size it because he didnt purchase their service warranty. What a horrible policy. They lied to my husband when the bought it, and they offered nothing but a smirk and rude customer service when I talked to the smug assistant manager Brent. Please shop any where else. We certainly will take our business elsewhere. Sad since my husband buys me jewelry for every occasion and I often buy him watches from there. Oh well, we will support local small jewelers instead of the big corporations with horrible customer service.
Saw a ring a really liked on line. Next day it was gone. Went to the store gave the stock number to vanessa (very helpful) who called around for me looking for the ring. Got it transferred there. And should be in time for my anniversary!
Had a great experience buying my wedding ring, unfortunately when we took it in to be re-dipped, the man there didnt want to help us. He said since we didnt have the paperwork with us he couldnt do it. We bought the ring at this same store! he wouldnt even search for my husbands information! We took it to Kay at Hulen and were helped. They found us even without the paperwork and we are now happy. Wont go back to the Kay at Parks, though.

This location is the worst. I bought my fiance a set of earrings and a pendant. It broke her neck out because we found out she was allergic to sterling silver. We called this location to return it and because they say it was purchased with cash we had to wait up to 6 weeks for a refund to be mailed. Called another store and they at least called around to see if another store had cash but the Parks location staff was very nonchalant about the issue and never explained anything about their return policy when it was purchased. I asked for the corporate office number and the Parks location gave me the wrong number on purpose......horrible customer service and everyone there should not be employed anywhere else. Only giving 1 star because its the lowest possible rating I could give.

Sat in the store for approximately 15 minutes with no one acknowledging me. I called the store while I was in it just to get help. The lady said she thought I was being helped...by who? The person who is helping sokeine else or the imaginary salespeople on the floor. After she helped the person she was helping when I walked in she straight went to the back. Unprofessional as hell.
