Ive been frequenting Supercuts for over 10 years now and Ive personally been getting my haircut by Betty for that entire time! Even when she moved locations, I chose to drive the extra miles because of the great service she gives! She does an excellent job! Shes great at her craft and always greets everyone with a big, friendly smile! Shes the best!

I’ve been using this location for haircuts since I was in high school. Brandy, Erica, and Betty are all great! My hair always looks terrific after leaving. The conversations are always wonderful and they are quick too! I would highly recommend this location. I also specifically use Brandy for my eyebrows bc she nails them every time. Brandy always does a great job on my hair. I have thick and curse hair that isnt easy to cut but Brandy always gets it done right. I avoid peak hours and always get in and out fast.

Budget friendly hair cutting place. As far as male cuts and styles go. Ive had good to great experiences here for the past few years. I never had only one stylist. Ive tried a great number of them and they were all good. If you are more demanding maybe you should go elsewhere. But dont be afraid to ask them to tweak one or two things to make sure youre happy. At the end of the day they dont know what you like so you should tell them. But dont go overboard with demands.

Betty Peiffer has been cutting my hair for 15 years! I flat REFUSE to allow anyone else to cut it! She takes her time and works hard to make sure my hair is exactly like I want it! Shell take a little off here -- and a little off there....until it is JUSTTTTT right! Love it!

Betty.. Betty...Betty! Amazing. Made a believer out of me! I was one of those upscale high end salon only people.. still have to do that for my color.. but I learned my lesson. Last trip, I had my colorists go ahead with a cut (to save time!) and she botched the cut so bad I headed directly from her chair to Bettys. Betty was off for that weekend so I had to deal with it every morning. The next weekend, I headed out for Betty and she was just leaving for the day.. purse in hand out the door! Betty went back in for me and saved the day. Just look at my cut pictured here first thing in the morning out of bed. Flawless, precision cut. I get compliments every single day.

The people who worked there could have been more nice especially to my autistic daughter. They arent very professional and no place to sit and wait. Had to sit in the floor. Haircuts were chopped up as well and looked bad.

Ive been going to here for haircuts since I was a little kid. Every stylist Ive had is always friendly and professional.

It is Supercuts so you cant expect the luxury of a full service hair salon, but I walked in on Saturday morning and was having a bad hair experience. Jordan made it better. I have gone back a couple times since and my visits are quick and the service is standard.

Ive had four different stylist here. First one didnt listen to what I asked. Second one didnt get it right till the third visit. Third one cut it short and didnt listen. Forth one was the final straw. I ask d to not touch the top. You can blend easily a 3 into long hair without cutting into the top if you keep the sides long enough. I Normally got to my personal stylist but Im out of town. I thought with simple directions they would get it right. I even showed pictures and had my hair the way I wanted it to stay each time I came in. I know its isolation to this location because I hav went to many other places and they listen to their clients. They are horrible stylist and below standards. I would not go here no matter what they will do what they want to do with ur hair.

I always go see Brandy! I have a bald spot on my head and Ive searched for a stylist for years to handle this problem. Luckily for me, Brandy was the one who took care of this for me. Ive seen her for 15 yrs and still going. She listens to your requests and handles them in a professional manner. Also shes awesome and super fun to talk to. The whole staff is actually. I recommend Brandy. If you cant get along with her, then you have problems. All you ladies at supercuts, keep your scissors snippin with professionalism as yall always do!

Five stars for Jordon. My first experience here was not good at all, but I didnt realize that until Jordon cut my hair today. The first time I came in a blond lady cut my hair and she did not give me what I wanted, and convinced me I had thin hair, which I had never in my life been told before. However today when I went in Jordon gave me exactly what I wanted, agreed my hair was not thin, and the haircut she gave me looks great. I have medium-long hair.

Im giving 3 stars because my 5 year old did receive a good haircut. However, Brandy has no business cutting childrens hair. Unless youre ok with a stern, cold person who obviously doesnt like kids cutting your childs hair. I left there with my blood boiling.

Juli is such an amazing person and all about customers satisfaction! I told her im very picky with letting people touch my hair that i didnt know, but had to go with her since my barber went to prison. She was very easy going and actually cares about you. Very smooth and goes easy on the fades made sure she didnt cut me up, made sure i liked every step in the process. Im glad i found her and i will make a permanent switch to her. I came to Supercuts early on a Monday morning there were two stylus there but both of them were busy, but I only had to wait 10 minutes and then I was seen and they did a great job.

I went in for a mermaid cut. Not the easiest to do. But the girl who took care of me butchered my hair. It looks horribly choppy. I went to another stylist to fix it and she said shed have to cut off my hair to the shortest chop; since the job is so severe. I am never coming here again. They have eternally lost my business.

They are friendly and fast but they dont know how to cut the kids hair.They left my sons hair so ugly 😬😞

Cool place to get a haircut

We are both walk-ins on a Sunday, 20 mins before closing time😮 (traffic jam), and I was fully prepared for some hostility or the evil eye. Instead, they just got us in and out of there and were so friendly. I needed someone to polish up layers from my recent less than stellar cut recvd from another big chain and haircut for my picky BF. Great job! Well be coming back. 😃

MISLEADING- VERY LET DOWN. Just spent almost $50 to get my hair sprayed down (not even shampooed), barely trimmed (took her under 5-10 minutes) and blow dried. If I had known that I was going to spend twice the amount as my haircut($16) to get my hair simply blowdried ($30) I would have simply booked at an Aveda or Toni&Guy salon and probably saved money. I made an appointment, arrived promptly on time and they took someone ahead of me. As a first time customer the menu was very misleading. The blow-dry portion of the menu simply read, $10,$20,$30. I was hoping to get a modest trim and a blow-dry for $26.99 but instead I spent nearly double that. I will not be returning and I will discourage anyone else looking to save money on a hair trim or cut from this business.

Horrible service @ lincoln square location. I waited 40+ minutes to get a mens haircut and I was first on their list. They let two people in ahead of me (no idea why and no explanation), then they tried to let a guy who was third on the list in front of me and this other gentleman waiting. Extremely slow and unprofessional location. I just walked out.
