Usually I love getting my brows done here but I was highly unsatisfied today. the lady that usually does them wasn’t there so I went with the next availableI wanted a clean up but she made my left eyebrow noticeably thinner and a different shape from the right. This is the worst my eyebrows ever have been

I have been going here for 4 years and I love the service! They are great at threading, waxing, and facials. Their eyelashes are also spectacular. Unfortunately, I have not gone these past few months. Due to moving and COVID but after reading the reviews of all the precautions being taken. I plan to make the hour drive to go there again. I went for a full face wax, and left satisfied.

I went in to get my eyebrows done and I felt skeptical since it is more of a service that requires close contact but they are taking all safety precautions to make it a safer and better experience for their clients. They are making sure to clean the space after using it and checking temperature. I also like that they are dressing appropriately to come in contact with people and how they are limiting the people they see for our safety and theirs. I love coming here to get my eyebrows done it’s a great service.

Madu Threading Lounge is amazing! Ive been coming here for years and its such good service, quality, and a good price. I was nervous to come in while COVID is still going around but they take customers temperature, wear protective gowns, face shields, face masks, and gloves so I felt safer than my own home honestly. Plus they require appointments and only let in a customer or two at a time. They dont have to do all this but they do it to keep us safe and I appreciate it so much!

Arrived before closing time and was told I could not be serviced. Even called beforehand and no one told me not to come. What kind of customer service is that? Cool, I’ll take my money elsewhere honey.

I love the place I have went several times, and I was very much satisfied, But I went on a day when it was only Chair #4.I wasnt satisfied at all with her work. Gonna go back and try someone else.

I went here today after all this quarantine and pandemic, and they were very professional, clean, and their service was great. Everything was kept sanitized and the employees were wearing all the proper protective gear. The person doing my threading, Soni, was very professional and did her work efficiently and safely. I would highly recommend for people to come to this salon as they are very serious about this pandemic and are doing everything they can to keep clients safe.

I’ve been coming here for months and it’s been the best threading experience I’ve had. I didn’t realize they were appointment only now and they went out of their way to squeeze me in later in the day. They are taking great measures during covid by wearing masks, gloves, constantly disinfecting and only allowing minimal people in the salon. All the ladies are great and my eyebrows have never looked better at any other salon. Highly recommend!

Ive been getting my eyebrows done here for a few years now and the service has always been beyond amazing. But now with Covid restriction and guidelines they have really gone above and beyond. The beautiful women here are well protected with gowns, face shields and face masks. Temp is taken before procedure. chairs are disinfected between client and a new pair of gloves are used with each client, which from what i hear from my friends is a lot more than other threading salons are doing now.

I love Mrs.Number 3. I love the way she shapes my brows.

I have been coming here for 5 yrs and now with covid 19 they have really step up all safety and health measures. Only two costumers at a time..waiting is done in car not inside... the techs are all covered up and wearing masks and gloves and plastic face shields. They are doing hand washing. They open the door for you and take temps to ck for fever and make costumer sanitize their hands. They do go by appointments now and changed hours. I would change them for anything they are the best at eyebrow threading and they care for safety of their costumers and I am grateful.

Just left and I did not have an appointment! Witch I did not know that I needed to make one ! The lady’s politely told me to make an appointment and then asked me what service did I need ! She had me wait in my car ! Witch made me feel safe ! She came out took my information and then did my service with great care! They have a new Technique so the string is not in their mouths anymore ! They were amazing and fast and she also did me an eyebrow tint! I must say they were clean !!! And fast !!! And only 2 people at a time

I’ve been coming here for years and they are great at what they do. Right now they are doing everything and more to keep a clean and safe environment. They wear, masks, gowns and gloves and are constantly sanitizing. I highly recommend this place.

I have been a customer for at least 3 years and have always had a 5 star experience. The women who work here are so kind and this business shows how much they care for their customers with excellent cleaning and safety precautions. They are very careful and not only following COVID regulations but going above and beyond. They wear PPE and hold the door open for you upon entering/exiting to ensure you need not even touch a door handle during these times where we are all to be keeping clean and social distancing. Safety is their top priority and my eyebrows always look amazing Ill never go anywhere else!

I’ve been going to this place for waxing and threading since 4 years. Today was the first time I visited madu threading lounge since the pandemic hit- I felt very safe. They’re maintaining an awesome safety and hygiene protocol. There are two very sweet ladies who are equipped with PPE suits and gloves at all times. Every seat is sanitized instantly after being used. They even check your temperature before they come near you. Safety quotient is 10/10! Please make sure you make an appointment before visiting though, as that helps in maintaining the safety standards.

Treading quick and last at least three weeks. Face did not break out and was not red afterwards

And They do wax as well I tried the Brazilian wax with them and it was pretty quick and clean they make sure everything is waxed if you had any stubborn hair they will remove it with threads) all the staff member are amazing honestly, but I usually go with Sonny

Place is crowded on weekend sometimes. The staff is friendly and cooperative. They do an excellent job at threading. Budget rates and awesome customer service makes this place worth the visit. They also have discounts for students so don’t forget to take your ID card with you. I haven’t tried their other services but I am sure they would be doing a good job.

Wonderful place to get your facials! They use high end products and great technique. I have been going there for threading since they opened and most of the girls that worked there then still do which says a lot about the ownership and management. The prices are competitive and the service is outstanding.

First time here and really liked it. I got the lady on chair 2. The only thing is she would thread the eyebrows slow and it would hurt. Over all my eyebrows looked good and you get a student discount and can pay 9$ for eyebrow and lip!! I recommend, nice lady’s.

This is a lovely place for eyebrows and facial. Station no. 1 is the best. Everyone around here is nice and professional. I have thick black eyebrows on fair skin...so little bit of error in my eyebrows makes a lot of difference for me. I always do eyebrows here and never regret or never have to think about after they are done. I m moving out of this area and will really miss this place. Keep up the great job!!

These ladies always go above and BEYOND! They listen to what you want and also talk about whats best for you. They are never pushy or unprofessional. The facility is always clean and comfortable. And did I mention the GREAT PRICES! $$ I went in here for the first time (Just happened to be the first day they opened) with a mess of an eyebrow threading, that needed fixed. I was skeptical since I just had someone mess my eyebrows up. They lady (DeDe) reassured me she would help me fix it and was honest letting me know it would take some time. I walked out of there feeling so much better. Now a few years later I am still going to Madu Threading Lounge AND my eye brows have NEVER looked better.

Excellent customer service. I go here monthly to get my eyebrows threaded ever since i moved to Arlington 2017. However i got my face wax here and i woke up with a rash all over my face. This never happens when i wax my own face or the previous places I’ve been to.

The website advertised for eyelash extensions but when i got there they didn’t have extensions, they just had the cluster eyelashes that are glued onto your skin. The lady also plucked out my existing extensions and probably pulled some of my own eye lashes out with the extensions. Ultimately, i had to pay a fortune to get the clusters removed and my eyelashes repaired. I also had threading done and woke up the next day with a rash and a bunch of pimples in between and around my eyebrows. The staff wasn’t very welcoming when I walked in, but did warm up. All in all, I would not recommend this place even though the prices are nice.

The ONLY place I let do my eyebrows. All the ladies are good but the two in the middle are the best. Especially the second one from the door.

Will keep coming to this place if I continue with same price and service. It will be the next hot spot!

Very great deal, especially if you are a student. I got 20% off just for showing my ID. Paid $9 for eyebrow & upper lip wax. I usually pay $10 for eyebrows alone! To top it off, I LOVE my eyebrows! Highly recommend!

I am beyond thankful to have crossed path with Madu Threading. The customer service is superb! When I walked in I was instantly greeted by all team members. A team member asked what services I will be needing to get done. She told me about their membership they offer and I was excited. Im all for a great deal...The membership is 15 a year, Once you pay the 15 dollars you get a dollar off each service.( If you get more than 15 services a year than this is totally worth it)! --This is just an example...Brows 7 (w/o membership)- (w/membership 6)- & if you get your chin, upper lip, and other stuff threaded, its a great program to be apart of.I think this is a great deal considering that I will go more than 15xs in a year.--I was sold! Before she gets started she gives me a little brow consultation for FREE!-- She notice that one brow is longer than the other and grabbed a mirror to show me what exactly what she was going to do step-by-step. This is now my new (eyebrow) lol home and I couldnt be happier. They were so nice and it makes a difference when spending your money! Not to mention that place is clean and in great shape!

Great place to get eyebrows threaded. Keep your in mind that everyone does it differently so if you want a specific look, you have to really tell them what you want. I usually draw my eyebrows the shape I want it to be and have them clean up around it & it usually does the trick

WORST EXPERIENCE Ive ever had at a threading salon! I had a eyebrow threading and waxing done on my upper lip and chin area (which Ive gotten done many times before and at that location also) and had my skin peeled off by the wax on one side of my mouth and when I was done and the lady saw I was upset she started making up excuses as to why it couldve happen saying that if you use stuff on your face it can thin out your skin (I only use moisturizer) or that my skin was very sensitive, etc. So I went to pay, which I shouldnt have, and they just gave me a discount and still wanted me to pay something even after I had to walk out of there looking horrible compared to how I came in. All I wanted was to get some hair off my face like anyone else and left with a scar on my face thats worst than some extra hairs and is gonna take a long time to go away! Never going back. And to think I went there because of the great reviews...if I could give no stars, I would.

I had a great threading experience here with my eyebrows.I’m a new transplant from Savannah, Georgia and I haven’t had anyone touch my eyebrows in months due to an extreme hack job that occurred at a place in my hometown. After growing my eyebrows out for months now, I came into this salon after throughly pursing numerous google reviews and was very pleased with how well my eyebrows turned out.👌

Came here to get my eyebrows threaded in the last week and i was very specific about how I wanted them done and they came out okay. However, the lady who did my eyebrows was not very friendly and seemed to be in a rush.. I’ve been coming here for a long time and after this experience I had last week, I won’t be coming back anymore..

Lets just start by saying I am very picky about my eyebrows. I read the reviews on this location and decided to give it a try. All I can say is I LOVE my eyebrows, the lady(I didnt get her name) that did my brows did a fantastic job. I hate when people do them thin, I hate when theyre are thick and most of all I hate when Im left without an arch. She did them just how I like them and they also do tinting, which I got as well!! On top of their great threading service, their customer service is superb as well! Dont count them out til you give them a try!

I went today to get a Brazilian wax. It was $40. During the wax, the lady who done it, was not putting her hand on the skin where she ripped the hair from to ease the pain like their suppose to do. It hurt really bad. Then she charged me an additional $5 to do the back side, which most places consider the back side part of the Brazilian. What was SUPER unprofessional, is after I was done, she told me I could put my clothes back on, so I stood up (no bottom clothing on at all) and as i bent down to pick up my underwear and shorts, she opened the door to leave! No warning or waiting until I got dressed, she completely opened the door wide to leave, and there was a man outside in the waiting room that made eye contact with me!!!! I will not be coming back to this location.
