I stopped by this location with my boyfriend tonight to tour the gym. Meka assisted us & was very helpful & nice. She got us signed up & we’re happy to have found our new gym. :)

They told me I had to come in person to cancel my membership so I did, TWO WEEKS in advance. The guy at the front desk said I was good to go. Knowing how shady these places are I came back two weeks later and asked if my membership was canceled and they said NO. The girl at the front desk asked told me I need to cancel with one guy that would be here the next day and I had already been charged the next month. Anyways, don’t go here if you want to be robbed of your money.

LA fitness by Little road Great customer service great associate but my question is why we havent donut . I thought this gym is supposed to be healthy. But one of the social told me the manager buying donuts for the meeting how crazy is that 😂. Dont tell me Ill pay your the manager to buy donuts why are you not buying anything healthy than donuts.

They have a variety of equipment for everything. However, this gym really needs a remodel or atleast an update. The mens locker rooms stinks really bad because the carpet is old and everything looks old. The scale doesnt even work anymore! The atmosphere in this gym is a little depressing compared to other gyms but at least they have good machines.

I just joined here its really nice and I love the pool and the sauna....

Can ya’ll stop turning the lights 5 mins off and 10 mins on from 7pm to 8pm on Sunday ?Driving people silly. Let them work out in peace and perhaps do that at the last 10 mins or last 15 mins 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

Cool staff. I prefer this gym over 24 hour fitness because it’s not as crowded. Gave it a 3 star only because it closes super early on weekends

I was a member for a total of 4 years... Heres what happened. They only allow cancellation via MAIL. I canceled in March of 2020 due to COVID but they kept billing me for a whole year. I called to get my money back and they insisted they could only give a me a small refund because I have no documentation of when I sent in my cancellation. THEY MAKE YOU MAIL IN CANCELLATIONS SO THAT YOU HAVE NO DOCUMENTATION. CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS THEY WILL KEEP BILLING YOU. I called the branch and they were able to cancel my policy. So, in conclusion, they can cancel via phone, they just want you to mail it in so they can keep billing you and you have no proof.

Clean place, great facilities

Its really nice and always clean. The people there are fun and nice, would highly recommend this place.

Decent spot. No on really bothers you and you are free to go at your own pace. Most stuff is free to use and super clean since most clean up after themselves.

Super clean facility and friendly staff. Patrons at this location definitely have a problem with putting weights back after they are done using them. This makes it hard to figure out if a piece of equipment is free to use or not. If gym etiquette was enforced I would give 5 stars.

Excellent Gym

Johnny gave us a tour of the gym and showed my lovely wife and I all of the membership options. He is friendly, personable, and humble. He is proud of his gym and happy to show it to all that wants to stop by for a visit. I highly recommend giving Johnny a call to set up a tour. The 2020 membership fees are truly unbeatable for any gym as equipped as this one!

Im in this club maybe once or twice a year. They have working Concept2 rowing machines which was both rare and a surprising nicety (too many LA Clubs have those sub-standard Matrix rowers). The exercise areas were clean, but the bathrooms needed work.

Positive environment and clean workout area with cleaning supplies available if needed.

Clean and the lady in the front is super helpful and attractive

Nice clean facility. They do not provide towels. Nice racquetball courts and smoothie bar. Sauna, lots of classes, but my wife would like a few more so there were more time options.

This place is nice BUT...I feel I could be way better. I feel that the cleanliness of the machines are not taken seriously and the cleaning stations are completely out of the way. I feel to make the cleaning supplies to be more convenient and placing more in The middle of the facility along with garbage cans will make for a more pleasant experience. Please do better on this part, cleanliness is huge part for health and should be taken seriously.

Very nice place but COVID-19 rules make only two lanes to swim in and only one person to a lane. Free WiFi juice bar and friendly staff. Spray available to clean equipment.

Place was good to work out but then they keep trying to get more money out of you and make it as hard as possible to cancel your trainer membership. NEVER get the trainers there its a scam

I spend a good amount of time here during my work week.Yes the place could be cleaner, sure the equipment could be better, but it is a gym after all, its not exactly the easiest place to keep tidy. The best part about all of it is its usually not very packed. A lot of the gyms I go to that have more visitors are usually nicer, sure, but the foot traffic at this LA Fitness location isnt too high so I cope pretty easily with that.Best thing at least is that the machines you need are pretty much always available and not broken.

(Did I really just say that?).The gentleman who signed me up was attentive, informative and my God, most importantly, respectful of my time. Take note higher ups, Chris Jenkins is the type of person you promote to maintain and grow a business.

Nice workout facility. Very clean and the juice bar is excellent

It does not have WiFi most of the time, and we pay every month but we can’t use the jacuzzi or the sauna.Most of the timers on the cardio equipment don’t work.

Solid work out facility. Not too fancy but well kept. Inexpensive over all. Not a 5 only because they dont have a sauna.

Im here four times a week and have lots of friends here. I really enjoy it.

Been going here for years! Close. Convenient. Clean. I like the atmosphere! Staff are always welcoming and friendly. I rearly find it crowded. They offer lots of classes that are listed on the website.

Management switched pricing on membership and then tried charging 199.00 to put it back to correct pricing. Called corporate offices and instead of fixing 10 overage canceled membership for 3. Lousy cust service guys. Didnt ask for money back just wanted correct price. And sure your computers were down when i started there. Convenient

Its the closest gym with a kids club so thats why i choose to go there. Its not very expensive either so it works with 4 kids. I just wish it didnt always smell really bad everytime I go to the locker room and the sauna is not that hot.

Signed up maybe 2 years ago. The staff is nice and no matter the time of day, I rarely have to wait for a machine.My only complaint would be the HARD sales pitch when I joined. I went in for a fitness evaluation, but it turned out to be a short workout and a long pitch to get a personal trainer. Once I made it clear I couldnt afford it, the conversation came to a complete halt.Other than that, which was almost 2 years ago, I dont have any complaints.

Been going to this gym over a year now. Pretty friendly crowd regardless of the time I workout...overall great atmosphere as well.Never was pressured by the sales people. Even when I had a change in membership, the staff was helpful and courteous.

The equipment is old and broken most of the time. They dont even replace the broken equipment most of the time. The free weight area is still too barbells short. The slogan for this place should be Come to LA Fitness! Even the trainers dont rerack the weights. Well, they dont for the one week their employed here. More trainers rotate in and out than any gym I have ever been to.

If you decide to get a membership at any LA fitness location, make sure youre informed about everything including billing, when you need to cancel before getting charged, & etc. Im a college student and paid the summer deal and still got charged extra because I cancelled too late, when I cancelled on the day I was told to but apparently youre supposed to cancel five days prior which I was not informed. Im convinced that these salesman dont care about what they tell you, they just want to make their sales. ALSO make sure to speak to someone who is knowledgable about what theyre talking about. I spoke to several staff members and even customer service and it took me a couple amount of people to find the answer to why I was getting charged when I already paid the whole fee.

Has basically most everything you need to be fit and strong. Love this place.

I go to this location just for the convenience. Overall, its not a bad gym. The staff at the front desk is usually friendly, smiles, say hello and goodbye. Now, for the equipment itself, especially the machines, they are not taken care of. For example, I noticed one of the bikes I was on, the entire metal portion of the right pedal was completely rusted. Many other machine equipment were just filthy. Honestly, it would be nice to actually see a staff member walking around and cleaning/wiping down the equipment. I try myself to wipe down the equipment after Ive used it, not only for sanitizing reasons, but it also keeps the equipment in working order.

Love aqua class have a lot of fun, pretty good equipment, staff there is very nice

Great place! My baby daughter stays at the daycare daily they take great care of her. The place could be a bit cleaner. All the staff is amazing.

They make it impossible to cancel a membership. Crowded and unfriendly management. There are much better gyms in the area that are available for the same price or cheaper.

Uh, the foam was out in each container for cleaning the machines. The staff was not willing to fill any. I was told it is the janitors job and she said shed find him to tell him and went and sat down visiting her friend. Ill be seeking for a complete refund. I left my number, so lets see if a manager calls me. I kind of doubt it. Oh, and birds everywhere. You guys owe me 2 carwashes as well. Its not a sanitary gym inside or outside!!! Joined Sunday. Monday they called and said they wanted to schedule me for a fitness evaluation. I said what is that he said its a work out and to talk about your goals. Got a pretty good but short workout then he wants to sell me personal training. Tried to say nicely several times not right now but he still wants to go through his whole sales pitch....I just signed up Sunday give me a break!!! If I need personal training I know how to ask for it. You guys need to change your sales process. Have been a member of 24 hr fitness for years before and other gyms this never happened to me before. Chose this gym due to location only. I say dont do this to your members its a total turn off.

I love the classes but sometimes they are uber crowded--especially body works. If you want a mat and a spot on the floor on Saturday, you better arrive early.

I absolutely love LA fitness is being an older person and atmosphere is better for me. But I moved to Greenville and unfortunately cant go anymore because the closest la is in Rockwall 30 minutes out. Greenville could really use like a la or even 24 hour fitness franchise in Greenville I prefer to LA fitness. Just saying

This appies to the LA Fitness on Little Road Arlington Texas. Staff does nothing about people with bad form constantly dropping weight when doing what appears to be deadlifts.Weights and benches are all over the weight area. No one racks their weights after use and again the staff does nothing about. this. Too many cardio machines with out of order signs and it take forever for repairs. No one to maintain machines. Weights drag on the machines because they cant even apply oil to them. Simple maintenance is neglected.

Excellent amenities. Wish they would put ceiling fans in the locker room.

The gym is okay. During peak hours is very crowded however there are plenty of times when its not bad.However, the staff rarely if ever during the day picks up weights and puts them back that are left out of place by people during the day. There are also times when a machine breaks and might stay that way for a week or more.They also turn the lights off 15 minutes or so before they close. Which Im sure everyone thats in there that late knows when they close.The sauna/locker rooms and pool are nice and clean most of the time.I will continue to come here until I find a better alternative.

Unfortunately for LA Fitness, this location is bottom of the barrel. I have been to other locations that are not like this. The mens locker room smells all the time. The management does not cut the locks off and clean out the lockers as stated in their posted policy. Constant sales pressure from all of the associates. Double charged my credit card one month. Was charged different dates from month to month. And finally, charged for additional services I did not want and deceived by a trainer that was not forthright about company policies. Now required to pay cancellation fees. There are plenty of Gyms in the area. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this one.

Adequate. Nothing to brag about. If youre a band aid and bug lover, you will be impressed with the pool deck.

Terrible experience as I went for the first time to have info given on membership fees and the amenities. Victor really insisted on me signing and getting a membership right away, as I told him I wanted to maybe give it a try and asked about guest pass he mentioned it would be $15 each day I wanted to come as guest. So I decided that maybe that wasn’t the best thing to do. At the end he asked for my email address and mentioned he’d give me a 2week trial pass. I was happy about that and now considering buying membership depending on how my experience went. Should have received it that night if not the next morning, it’s been almost a week and I yet have received an email from them. Just highly upset at how he didn’t get his way and then lied to me. Would not recommend that place to anyone.

Avoid 5-6 if possible, the amount of people is ridiculous! Fairly quick on machine replacement and cleanliness5 yr going on 6

I and my wife personally would not join...Lucky for us we are on my in-laws contract.Im normally excited to get up in the morning and hit the gym or after a heavy meal burn it off or maybe after work burn some of that tension off on the weights.Now-a-days Id rather take the dogs for a walk around the neighborhood and do push and pull and sit ups at home because such of a dirt gym.Id rather pay 20$ a month for planet fitness.And the staff always trying to pitch us on evaluation workouts and personal training its annoying as hell. I used to use equinox and that right there my friends was a Big turn off.I would give no star if possible.

Im an easy people, im less to complain something but i need to tell that, I have been there for a while, and i have my own coach through online then whenever i practice i must to got a camera for him so fix my form so that i can avoid my injure. But you know what? The receptionist,whos black guy, he doesnt know what i do and he thought i record pictures from everybody, i tried come to blaming me about policy bla bla bla. Thats suck!!! He does not have evident to say that, in the begining when i register i remember i asked them a lot of it and they said yes i can . Now he came to complain me, i thought i come there for relax, for practice, improve my health, not for recieving any stupid complain or blame as long as i dont bother anyone. It totally ruin my day! Thats day become suck and my mood was badly ever . First time i got it situation here which is not professional!

The personal trainer program is a joke. They hard sell you into it, and then drop you like a hot potato as soon as they have your money.

The manager that manages this facility doesnt care what its customers say. There were 25 to 30 members in the aquatics class, now it is down to 4 because the water is far too cold and many of the members and aquatics instructors have told David, the manager. He is so condescending that he got into the water during one of our morning classes and said See, its not that cold. We all booed him. Many are just choosing to join other gyms, theyre tired of not being heard, or rather, ignored.

I have been a member for 4 years and it has gone downhill. Its always dirty and cluttered. They allow people to workout without shoes on...nobody wipes anything down and staff is pretty non existant. I wont be going much longer

Ive been a member for more than 10 years. However in that time the one constant irritant has been the radio that they have. Its too damn loud. Half of the where earbuds and you cant hear your own music because of the loud music that they pump end of this place. Elastomer now tell you they cant turn down the manager is never available to turn it down.
