So friendly the staff will give you there advice if needed and best prices on tanning and lotions. Found them through Groupon and will definitely be staying with them for my tanning needs worth the 40 minute drive.

They are unable to keep and employees and the owners daughter is rude, disrespectful and has no customer service skills what so ever. I have been going here for a while and canceled due to her lack of customer service. I would recommend finding another tanning place to visit.

Im not happy that I purchased a membership and a few days later learned the stand up booth is out of service. Its a 20 min drive to another location. I was not informed of this at sign up. Platinum membership seems useless.

Friendly staff, reasonable price, variety of beds and exceptionally clean. I haven’t used any of their workout equipment so I can’t comment on the “gym” part of the business. Only thing they’re missing are body mirrors in each individual tanning room.

The customer service here is through the roof. ( Emily ) is one of the sweetest girls that Works there. Shes not the type who just throws you into whatever, She actually takes the time to figure out with you whats right for your skin type/color to get you exactly what youre looking for and What Tanning Lotion is the Best for Your Skin, So professional :)My Brother and I have never left this salon less than ecstatic with our results.Thanks Emily!

The basic beds are way better than palm beach or glo sun spa being a bit more roomy but its not as clean as the other places. Also, they seem to be more pricey and they never told me about any benefits or perks they have such as upgrades or a percentage off the lotion. I had a groupon that I had issues with since I didnt get a chance to go before the expiration date so at first they seemed rude. After getting it straightened out the girl was nice and I havent had issues since. They did charge about $4 too for starting the membership even with the groupon that should have paid for it. Glo Sun spa did not charge anything with my groupon and I only paid $7 for a years membership while I paid $27 for Cancun. You have to buy your own goggles too there as well as Glo but not at Palm Beach. So far overall I give them 3 stars since they charge for everything and are not as clean or relaxing at all like the others.

Hanna is great! I have an injured foot and she saw me having trouble walking. She helped me from my car! She is alway positive and friendly. Very good experience each time.

You need to train your staff better, especially for eventualities such as your fingerprint machine not working. I was not able to tan tonight, because of this. The girl at the store was at a loss what to do. Now I know the machine has been non operational in the past and there is a way around it, but she was not able to figure it out. Wasted time and effort on my part. On top of it I was made to feel bad, because I got a little mad and was told by her I shouldn’t blame her for faulty equipment. I only stated that I found the situation unacceptable. Which it is. I am disappointed and really hope you fix this.

I got a 29.00 Groupon Tanning certificate and was fairly pleased. The staff is okay and the facility is usually clean. My yearly promotional Groupon offer expired two weeks ago and went to purchase a regular membership (19.99 a month x 12 months 240.00 dollars) and the girl told me that I would have to pay a 20.00 processing fee. I questioned it and she stated had I did it before my membership expired it would be waived. She stated she would have to charge it now and it would not be waived.WOW... what a great business model!!! a 20.00 processing fee cost this company a 240.00 membership!!!FYI...... Tanning in general is a dying business!!!

I found this location at Groupon and had initially had low expectations. However, when I signed up I was impressed by the knowledge of the staff and the options available to me. Best salon in the area!

I thought it was good the first few times but i went in tuesday night and the brown haired girl working at the one on green oaks in arlington got an attitude with me because she didnt pay attention to me bringing my own spray in which in my defense was told the 3 times i came prior to that was ok to use. Tell her to be more respectful to me, i am a customer and i will not have her doing that again.

Went 15 mins before close and the dumb girl said she couldnt tan me cause its to late and she has no idea about anythin in this place or how it works at all she is not friendly at all there is no exsuse for y i was not able to tan and if u cant tan till 8 like it say there open till then they need to change there sign to say closes at 7:45 and at 8:45 not 9 also they only have one girl i like there and shes the only one that explains everythin to u in full and no one said that u cant tan till close time they need to do what they have to do after they close not wile still open like a reg business does also they will charge u 35 if ur account dont let them get the membership fee when they try to take it out witch makes no sence cause they dont get charged for not getting there money no place does and they have not charged what they said the price would be not once its always been way more then it should be its not worth payin for a membership if u dont get a Groupon then goe somewere else that only charge 13 a month unlike this place anyway that made me varry mad she was counting her till while open still its absolutely uncalled for to say ur open when ur not and i was there and she was like no its past 7:45 and it was not hopefully she not there for long they need to replace her already she has not been there for long and i wouldnt dought she has caused lots off business to leave.
