What a fun, tight-knit, vibrant community with so many perks!!! I fell in love with NB quickly because: its in a perfect location, has fun instructors with all different styles and workouts, has free parking(!!), fair prices, non-judgement atmosphere, and small personalized classes. Everyone is welcome and its so uplifting to see. Its also so easy to try your first class for a super cheap intro price. Im hooked

The staff here was welcoming and the instructor was attentive to my needs as a new student at the studio! Really enjoyed this class.

Certainly not the fanciest luxury boutique, but I love the classes, instructors, staff, equipment -- barre is such a great workout and this neighborhood studio is a really wonderful, more chill (but just as challenging!) alternative to some of the other studios in the area.

I took an evening class with Erica. Being a triathlete who has competed at the Ironman level, in addition to regularly doing crossfit, I Found her class to be challenging and fun. It hit a lot of muscle groups that my other training does not and the very low impact nature was a good compliment to my running and crossfit. Erica was very upbeat and made me feel comfortable... being the only guy in the class. More guys should consider trying their classes.
