Good haircut. Very efficient. Barber only talked about how much tip she thought she deserved. Became rude when I didnt have as much cash as her expected tip. She was negotiating the tip before the haircut session. I told her I didnt have as much cash as she wanted in addition to the haircut cost. She accepted me on her barber chair and then became rude when I didnt want yo use my credit card to give her additional money as tip.

I was refused a haircut because somehow you have to be a government employee. I mean cmon man i just want to cut my hair after 30 years with 6ix9ine

After multiple visits and consistent disappointments I will never go here again. The barbers cut hair like they work at a boot camp or basic training reception. Very bad experiences. New talent is urgently needed.

I am an employee at the Pentagon and I was horribly disrespected by one of the female Barbers whose booth is located on the left hand side of the shop. She is the only employee at the barbershop who overcompensates for her unprofessional methods of speed cutting by attempting to overdress for her position. Today she refused to cut my hair and offered no explanation to me as a paying patron as to why. Yet on the contrary I have always observed her behavior towards patrons who happen to be White and she is very cordial and courteous towards them. As I was leaving and requesting the name of a supervisor an employee responded by telling that their Supervisor’s name was “D”. This place is totally unprofessional and an establishment that is ethnically biased towards white men. I plan on trying to locate the Supervisor “D” tomorrow morning. This is unfortunate particularly at the Pentagon.

I Love to go there and get my hair done every two weeks when I was working.

I am outraged! for some reason they wouldnt give me a haircut. they said something like im not supposed to be here its for government workers only but i mean i got into the pentagon so i want a haircut, one star!

Got my eyebrow done there the wax hurt more then normal and when I looked there were sores in that area and was excessively over waxed long story short I have bangs now to hide my eyebrows
