Great spot!!!!! the team was very welcoming; The barber I had, Jason, was a top notch professional. He made suggestions that made the experience even better than I was expecting. Had no problem with tipping him. Highly recommend the shop to anyone in the DFW area.

This is the best barbershop I have ever been to. The customer service is phenomenal. They are very punctual when it comes to appointments. There is a very positive atmosphere here and I have actually developed good relationship with Jay who is my barber! He is the only barber I will go to from now on!

Professional cuts at its best

Hi Folks, Im visiting from Sacramento, CA. A few months ago I cut off all my hair and today I needed a Barber Shop to clean me-up and make me look nice and neat. I Googled the shop nearest my daughters home and it showed UNIVERSAL CUTS & STYLES to be .4 mi away with great reviews. Needless to say, I made an appt, walked in and was treated to an unforgettable service experience! Jade (my stylist) was AWESOME....knowledgeable, attentive and personable! This is my first time in Arlington and you can be sure when I get back to Sacramento, I will be telling everyone about my fantastic experience. I was even introduced to the co-owner husband and wife team and Jocelyn (the nail lady).... all are a great example of what TRUE customer service should look like! Thank you all for your kindness to this northerner (smile).

I dont get my hair cut as often as I would like, but when I do, I ALWAYS go here. Theyre all good but Jay is the guy I always wait or schedule with. Always does and excellent job and trims up my beard. Great personalities and friendly environment.

If you desire a new look...this is the place tho visit. Excellent stylist, diverse atmosphere. A one stop shop from barbers, to colorist, braidets, nail tech. Love it. Great customer service reasonsble pricing. Great sales and special. They give the best detoxifying shampoos.
