Great place just a little too pricey for kids haircuts

Set up my appointment and went in, and the stylist immediately started. In no time at all, she was finished with the cut and shampoo, and she did a terrific job. Ill definitely be back soon.

Ok. Dont know what happened to Knockouts but I went to two locations today. Both are made up of stylist not dressed the way they normally are and none of them seem anxious to help. Poorly stocked drinks and sad Shania Twain songs with no sports and TV turned down. Its like I am coming to a girly place. Yep. I aint paying these prices to come to a hair salon for women. Lost customer.

I have been a client at this location for over 2 years. No matter what the price has remained the same and is comparable to a Sport Clips. I live less than 3 blocks from Knockouts and go every other week for a touch up and haircut. I have had multiple stylists work with me and they have never taken any shortcuts, never been lazy and just used clippers, and have always asked what I wanted done. (Ive been going there so long that they stop asking and already know). I have had Alexa and several other stylists specifically work with me and I have NEVER had a bad haircut, nor a bad experience there.Zach Wise, I do not know what happened with your experience here, however, I do not think that this is a fault of the staff. The prices are clearly marked and stated, they have specialized packages, which shows the prices also. Therefore, you know how much money you could potentially be spending. I do not know if it was a communication error or what happened with your haircut, I was not there. However, I can say that in the over 2 years that I have been there, the staff has been welcoming, warm and appreciative of all their clients. That being said, as an outsider, there is something to be said, sometimes the customer is not always right. If you have had a problem with them in the past, that is on you. However, as for me, I will keep going there every two weeks for my check up.Amazing staff, fun times, and a lot of laughs every time I am there

I went in for an Undercut design style. The owner, Adriana did an ABSOLUTELY PERFECT cut design for me. I showed her a picture and she cut exactly what I asked for.She also educated me on a Tea Tree hair and skin care products she has in the shop to keep my scalp skin healthy! ☺

I had my haircut here recently and have to say that Veronica is the best stylist I have cone across in years. I was really satisfied with the quality and have received 2 compliments from women at woork and even my oldest daughter said how good it looked.I recommend Veronica. You may have to wait a little because she is in demand but I guarantee she us worth the wait and you will be very happy with the quality of her work.

Always enjoy getting my haircut & a shave . Fast, friendly service, plenty of smiling faces. Veronica my stylist knows exactly how I like my hair cut and is extremely friendly and always makes me laugh. Establishment is clean always, even when they are slammed with customers.

I waited but theres only one employee from the likes of it. Booked an appointment and waited for like 20 mins, then left without the haircut.

Staff is always friendly, and they give you free beer!

Veronica aka VERO cut my hair... Very friendly, professional and a great atmosphere for a mans haircut. The haircut and beard trim was perfect, the hot towel facial and scalp massage was wonderful. They offer beverages while you wait... I thought the cost of the haircut was low compared to others I have paid for.Two thumbs up.

WOW!!! Been going to Knockouts for years now & Ive bounced between several locations. And now that GABBY is here I wont even try another location.Ive never had a bad experience with any of these ladies, theyre all great, but she is @ the front of the class. My hair isnt typical for what they normally deal with, but she handled it perfectly. Not to mention cleaned up my beard and neck.I didnt have to ask for anything. Got to sit there, watch the game, drink my beer, and enjoy the company, the pampering, & not to forget the view. Thanks GABBY, Ill be back.

Asked for a trim all around. Took everything off the sides and back of my head but didnt even touch the top. Made me look like Kramer. They did not actually complete the haircut so now I have to go somewhere else the day after. Ridiculous!

Daysha is AMAZING!!!!! I have a two year old who has never gotten his hair cut properly. He would literally fight barbers NOPE not with Daysha. I walked in desperate needing his hair cut the night before his first picture day at school. I walked in and gave them warnings that this client wouldnt be an easy one. After months of going to best cuts, great clips, even better off known barbers in Dallas-- Daysha got the job done in under in hour my sons hair never looked better, no crying, no fighting, nothing. Plus their prices are so cheap!!! She will always be tipped graciously from my husband and I. Your work is much appreciated.

Came in &no one was in the lobby for over a minute. The manager finally came out& proceeded to give me a lazy hair cut. They love clippers, so if you want a real hair cut go to a salon or barber.Awful haircut at an awful price ($30, which has raised $5). I’ve never written a google review, but this experience made me write one. Don’t go here.Lastly they market the place as a Sports Clips type environment. But it sucks.

I been there a couple of times, you get a free beer with the haircut, and the customer service is good.

Let me preface this by saying I just recently moved from Mass to Texas, and this was the only place that could cut my hair on a Monday.Without a question, I just received the worst haircut of my entire life. This review will not be a bashing of any sort, but just an honest opinion of how I feel about Knockouts.The environment was fantastic. TVs showing sports related content and a complimentary drink is always a nice touch. The salon has a boxing theme, something the name would suggest, which works well in theory. I walked in and was greeted by a nice young woman who asked me to sign in and to have a soda, and said she would be with me in a minute. She promptly walked over and logged me into her system. I minute later she told me to come over to the chair so she could begin my cat. She asked me what kind of style I wanted, but did mention she could not do anything fancy. I told her I just wanted her to cut it low. She said that was fine and we began.She made light conversation with me about sports and the city, and was extremely nice and kind. Unfortunately, this could not make up for her extreme lack of talent when it comes to cutting hair. A few minutes into the cut I noticed that she had zero consistency in the direction in which she was cutting my hair. At that point it was too late and the damage had been done. Im an african american male, so my hair can not be treated like people of other races. My hair grows in different directions, so in order for a cut to look nice, the barber has to cut in one direction. This is not something I have EVER had to mention to a barber in my life. The woman who cut my hair didnt appear to know how to handle my hair type. I would have preferred she deny me services than to have my hair look like how it does. To top it off, she didnt line me up! I dont know why I was expecting her to after the job she did up to this point, but its something that has been done every single time I get a hair cut.The final piece of this review revolves around the price. This haircut cost me $25! I could not believe it when she told me. I have never paid anywhere near this much for a haircut in my life. My cuts cost somewhere between $15-$18, and are significantly better than this. $25 for the job she did is a complete outrage, but the problem with hair is I dont have the option to not pay. That would be stealing. I payed to cost and left.I will never come back.

I would like to say this Knock Outs is where is closest to our house so My son was going here because they are open Mondays - Let me say that is why we come here- The floor manager - Hispanic lady is RUDE!!! we have been there few she refuses to wait on us because she didnt like me telling her how to cut my sons hair the 2nd x, because she cut it too short the 1st time. We have tried 3 others - They are all horrible at what they do. It is not worth the money And that lady I believe Veronica - IS RUDE. So rude we now drive to the store at the Highland - Extreme night and day difference- The manager at that store WOW! Even my son said I see Mom what you mean by Customer Service...

Both of my sons just had haircuts this afternoon. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! A couple of crappy haircuts by Adrianna. My younger sons hair will need to be recut to fix it. I will be contacting their corporate office.

This location only offers their premium haircut service, the heavyweight, for $30. Its supposed to include a consultation, shampoo, haircut, second shampoo, hot towel, neck shave, and head/shoulder/scalp massage. I only got my hair cut and one shampoo. I asked for a close shave and mustache trim when I walked in. Had to remind the lady when she finished that I still needed a shave. And the $10 shave is just a dry shave with an electric razor. I get a much closer shave at home with my razor. Had she consulted me at the beginning and explained she only uses an electric razor, I would have forgone the shave.I do like my haircut and she took less than 30 minutes (I hate wasting time). But it was a waste of $40. Knockouts touts its pampering services, but I was not pampered.
