I scheduled and pre-paid for an appointment. No one bothered to call me to tell me that they were temporarily closed due to water damage. I went to my appointment and no one was there, just a sign on the door. Super tacky to have someone prepay for an appointment and not bother to call to tell them they werent going to be open and offer to reschedule or refund. I havent had a haircut in over a year. I am fully vaccinated, so was super excited to get my haircut and I could have found somewhere else to go had this Toni&Guy had the decency to call to me and cancel and refund my money. Im unemployed due to COVID-19 so this was a big deal for me. Id like to be able to apply for jobs and whatnot, but not with the way my hair looks. Terrible terrible terrible.

After coming here for months I had to cancel one of my appointments due to a family emergency and I called and left a voicemail on the voice machine they provide and explained. I checked my card today and they still billed me the $176. Apparently they don’t receive the voice mails but it was really funny when I left another voice mail stating they charged me and needed to put it back they called me back immediately. So wrong on so many levels. You don’t charge someone $200 when they didn’t have anything done. Will not be back

Best salon in the metroplex. I don’t trust anyone else with my hair. For hair cut, go to Corey. His cuts are beautiful and he’s so quick. I literally show up and tell him to “do this thing” and walk out happy every time. He just has a vision with hair. You won’t regret it.I got my hair dyed by Lanette for the first time and let me tell you, this girl is amazing!! She understood what I wanted and executed it perfectly. Loved the end result. She was so fast too. I’d highly recommend this salon as a whole, but would even higher recommend Corey/Lanette for your cutting/dying needs.

I won’t name the stylist I saw, but I came in looking for a boy’s cut and I was given a bob. The stylist also said that I should have a dandruff treatment, but didn’t say that it would add about $25-30 to my overall bill. The stylist was also rough when washing my hair, causing my head to bang against the sink. I also showed the stylist the inspiration pictures I was thinking of, and the stylist didn’t talk to me very much after that.The business is doing great with their COVID procedure, it’s very clean, but I didn’t feel welcomed or listened to while I was there.

The stylists take extremely good care and put in a lot of effort to get the right style and hair for you! I went there for the first time for a hair cut/styling and got Jojo as my stylist. He took good care of me and made me look perfect and gave me just the hair style I wanted. The salon also take proper measures to deal with covid 19. Every staff and stylists have their masks on at all times and no customers are kept close with each other. Would love to drop by again when ever I need to!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZED! I had went to 2 different salons before coming here. I had long hair down to my waist and i was wanting a change that left me with regret and i hated getting ready because of my hair! I felt stressed . Well!! I decided to randomly call and i booked my appt with ANA! I cant tell you how amazed she had me. She TOOK HER TIME ! She was a perfectionist! She left me looking fabulous. All my friends on social media were asking where and how much and who! Im so happy and i will forever be a client of ANA forever!!! No one is touching my hair but her! I really thought coming to TONI&GUY I was getting a professional quality hairstylist. Ive never been more wrong in my life. After spending over $500 and 3 visits to correct major coloring flaws, and losing inches off my hair due to the damage, my hair still looks very unprofessionally colored. I asked for someone other than Taryn to fix the issue she originally caused my hair. They told me she had to fix it since she did it, I was hesitant, due to the first 2 times, however I really needed my hair fixed and didnt feel I should pay more than the +$500 Ive already spent to correct it. I really thought it would come out better being TONI&GUY. Not at all!!! Very Unprofessional in her talent for coloring hair. Just Be Careful with who you trust your hair to. I wish I would have read the reviews before agreeing coming to Taryn. The salon is very nice and everyone in the salon as well. I just feel Taryn lacks the professional skill. Would definitely go somewhere else to have my hair professionally done.

I got a bad haircut from another salon that left my hair frizzy with uneven layers. I came here nervous since not many hairdressers know how to cut curly hair correctly, but Corey fixed my hair and made my curls look beautiful and even! I wish I could’ve came here first instead of the other salon. I’ll be coming here again in the future.

If I could give 10 stars I would!The atmosphere is great and the employees make it even better. The employees are fun and and very social! As well as, helpful and inviting, they always take good care of everyone.I have never been disappointed, I do color with Regina and cut/style out with Katelyn. They work magic through and through, I always look and feel my best when I leave their chair! However, everyone at this location knows there stuff and do what’s best for you and your hair care. Lupita is AMAZING! I knew I would like my hair, but after my second visit I love it more! She listened and knew exactly what I was thinking and made it happen. She has also taught me how to style it myself. The entire staff is great! I will never go anywhere else.

Love my stylist and color people. The only thing that frustrates me about this chain (not just this location) is once you find someone you like, they leave. I finally found some that has been there for years, so I dont think shes going anywhere anytime soon. I just wish the stylists had more longevity. Its clean, have great customer service, and I love the results. Highly recommend.

My girlfriend Came in for a haircut and came out in tears,the stylist did not pay attention to what she requested at all and did nothing but talk to other stylist the whole time while performing horrible service. Would highly suggest against getting haircut here.The stylist was Corey which people claimed to have good experiences with,however this was horrible.

Corey is the best of the best. An artist in his field. He is fierce and confident. He gave me exactly what I asked for, no questions asked. The other stylists werent as confident after hearing what I wanted but Corey swept in like a hero and renewed my hair. I feel like myself again all thanks to Corey. He is officially my hairdresser for life. He earned a lifetime client. I will recommend Corey to absolutely everyone I know and dont know. Thanks Corey!

I’ve never been so upset by a hairstylist in my whole life I usually settle for my whole in the wall hair salon that charges me $90 and I’m out of their with my root touch up and highlights in 45 min. I decided I’m gonna pay more money to see how much better this place is since I’ve heard good things about the franchise. I asked the girl Taryn for a root touch up and highlights and let her know to please not leave anything on for too long because my hair damages easily. I walked in there with a head full of blond highlights and just my black roots and after THREE hours this lady DARKENED down my whole hair and my roots are still BLACK ! Not to mention she took so long on just foiling up my highlights that my hair came out of there unmanageable. Although the manager saw how upset I was and offered a treatment and to fix it for free I truly never want to go there AGAIN ! I went with enough time to have my hair right by mother’s day because I’m forever busy with work and my daughters stuff and I don’t think she understands that I’m not going to go damage my hair more just to fix my hair and be in a hair salon for 3 hours ! I’m 25 and have been dying my hair since I was 15 no professional stylist who isn’t looking to scam takes longer than an hour on just applying color! I worked on getting my hair light little by little for over 2 years and she toned it down!!! Like I don’t understand what kind of professional this is like what was she thinking ?!! How is it that my hair lady who is from Vietnam barely understands English yet she has never ruined my hair and does a root touch up and highlights in less than an hour and doesn’t put any kind of treatment in my hair and my hair comes out healthy and strong. Not to mention that Taryn was such a rude unhappy human being and not only with me but her coworkers would come over and ask her questions and she would be so rude to them and when I expressed how dark my hair was she looked at me like I was colorblind or something as though black and blond aren’t two completely separate colors ! Not to mention she kept handing me off to another rookie stylist as though my money was worthless. Customer service by the receptionist and the manager was good but Taryn was just so unhappy to be working and it gets me more mad to think I had the dam luck of getting her for the first time!

The technicians are professional and take time to discuss what you want done and are honest if you are asking for something unrealistic for your hair. Collaboration is key for Toni and Guy, they take their profession very serious and it shows in the quality of their work. They are like scientists mixing color!

I love Corey (haircut) and Meagan (color)!! Can you believe he cut my hair dry? I ended up taking my 10 year daughter to get her haircut with him... and I solemnly swear no one else will cut our hair ever again! And Meagan is a sweetheart with color mixology in her veins! LOVE LOVE LOVE

I normally dont write reviews but yesterday I went to tony n guy for a simple bang trim and I have to say the experience was great! The people there were so nice and the guy that cut my hair really cracked me up. I had a hell of a week and I was really feeling down and they definitely had me walking out there with a smile on my face, as well as a new sense of confidence.

A bit pricey but worth it! Jessica has done a great job with color and highlights and Corey cuts my hair beautifully and leaves me with a happy face. They have all been friendly and very helpful m!

Went in to get my hair bleached and came out with orange red hair that did not look anything like the picture or style i asked for. I paid $125 for a horrible job she literally only left in the toner for less then a minute and proceeded to wash it out. I wanted balayage done to my hair and instead came out looking like my roots were coming out. She was really friendly but that doesn’t change the fact that my hair looks horribleI went in again and a different person fixed my hair. She did an amazing job i couldn’t be happier if you’re getting color done to your hair ask for Regina

I went to other things Toni & Guy stores for haircuts before a while back but Ana from this location is the most consistent and I can always trust her with my hair, she also won’t talk your ear off lime some I’ve had in the past and always makes the experience chill, and when she wasn’t around Corey equally met with the highest standard, and incredibly flexible and easy to talk to, this team is always worth the extra drive!

The receptionist was very rude and kept shaking her head and interrupting while I was talking to the stylist because I was not sure exactly what I needed when I came in on May 8, 2018 at around 4:30. The stylist that did the consultation on this day was not friendly either and neither was of any help. The stylist kept telling me I needed to bring in a picture of what I thought I wanted instead of trying to help me.I was told at another salon I need a color correct and that is what I told the receptionist when I walked in.Both were Very, very degrading!

I do like going here sometimes, but some of the staff members could use more manners.

I went into Toni and Guy for the first time on July 1st. I visited this salon for a haircut. Upon arrival I was checked in at the frontdesk. The young lady who came to get me said hi and showed me to my chair, never told me her name. She then talked a little about my hair and how damaged it was which I knew. After the consultation she walked me to the back and washed my hair. In the back she asked if the water temperature was fine and that was all she never talked to me again. After my hair being washed we went back to the station and she started brushing my hair. Long story short I was there for about 1 hour and she never socialized with me. The only words out of her mouth during that hour were, Hi, is the water fine? And your hair is very damaged this is the shampoo, conditioner and hair mask I recommend, you can pay for those up front. I experienced horrible customer service. I got a hair cut and purchased 2 products, I spent $100 and it was a horrible experience and will never be visiting again.

I went in today to cut my hair from medium length to a pixie hair cut. I could not be anymore happier with how Corey left me! Im in love!!

The shampoo to the blow dry was nothing short of painful. Ive never had my hair so aggressively washed or brushed. I also asked for about four inches off and got about 8 taken off. I cant even put it in a ponytail now. It is incredibly short. I was also essentially ignored while the stylist engaged in private convos during the second half Id my cut. At one point used my shoulder to lean on while turning around and engaging in a convo, leaving the blow dryer focused on one spot of my.head while doing so. After three days this spot is still tender. I was also told I had a very dry scalp yet had no heat protectant used on my hair for the blow dry. Didnt even use a mirror to let me see the back of my hair after it was complete. Upon leaving there were three stylists whom were also talking rudely about a family that just walked in.

I honestly have always loved toni & guy but today, my hair is absolutely unacceptable. Ive always loved their ability to straighten black hair well, and have never worried about it. About an hour ago I left and I literally just couldnt hold my tongue anymore, the women who did my hair was so sweet and I tipped her decently because of that, but that doesnt negate the fact that my hair is a hot mess. She loosely blowdryed my hair without ANY sort comb, paddle brush, or round brush (which is a basis of straightening black hair). I was really shocked because the first time I went I was used as model for one of their classes on black straightening black and Ive never had a single complaint. I always recommend them, but after today, I cant be sure Ill go back. I really wished I had said something but again she was so, nice and had been there for 21 years (kaylynn or Caitlin I think it was) and it wasnt until I got home could I really see how AWFUL my hair looked, I mean the front looks like it was barely touched by the flat iron. Im really disappointed. Ive never left a bad review for place in all my life but, well the pictures speak for themselves. For future reference, if an African American customer walks in, DO NOT give her to the one stylist that is completely adept at black hair.

My daughters hair below her waist now short and horrible layered . Hairstylist answer was my bet. Yes my bet when we go to court . Say it to a judge and hopefully people never trust her with their hair. Look for another profession. Looking at my daughter and see how sad she is it’s heartbreaking Hopefully TONI and guy will fire her!!! Do not cut you hair there. Hairstylist needs to lose her license to never cut hair agai!!!!!! It’s a zero star from us to Toniand guy ! Never ever will any of our families enter TONI and guy!

Wife was suppose to get hair layered and split ends taken care of but came back looking the exact same. Split ends still very visible and when wife aint happy, my life aint happy.
