I have lived at Arbrook Park for 18 years. It has been a very good place to call home. The office staff has always been friendly, and responsive to any issue I brought to them. The grounds are beautiful, and the buildings are well maintained. The rent is comparable to other apartments in Arlington. it is easy to pay online, and they now have a flex payment service available. They recently added Trash Valet service, which has been very helpful. When I first moved here, my daughter was 11. I always felt it was a safe community for both of us. There are several tenants who have also lived here long term and it feels like a neighborhood.

HATE IT the apartment was rushed for the move in and over time things are falling apartment, first month moving in I paid the amount the office told me was due the next two months my rent was different amounts they told me it was because I over paid for the first month and they put the difference on my second month rent total like that make no since how do I over pay on an amount that you guys told me was due? Definitely not what I expected it to be and I hate I ever moved into these apartments and can’t wait for my lease to be over I wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemy!

Swam here with my mom and her friends who had lived there. Rude lady who maybe works at the place walks by while I’m entering the code to getting in. I was putting in the code, and she yells “HEY! STOP MESSING WITH IT! YOU BETTER NOT OF BROKEN IT!” I ignore her, and get in the pool with my family. Poor service, 2 stars..

My family has lived here for quite some time. Yancy the manager, and all the staff have been very helpful to my family every step of the way. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The whole unit has bed bugs and the apartment complex is ignoring calls and not taking ANYTHING seriously. The bugs are coming from the vents... I’m disgusted and in the process of filing a report with the health department and city

Moving into this apartment has been an easy and enjoyable process, and my wife and I owe this wonderful experience entirely to Lupe and Holly. Great customer service and fun to talk to.

I’ve been at this property for almost a year and a half....over the past 7 months I’ve had 2 flooding issues from the upstairs apartments (clearly not the properties fault)…however after the 1st flooding incident they did not replace the carpet….pause…a little back story on the carpet, when I moved in the apartment I let management know that the carpet was not in good shape and I documented it on the apartment condition form when I first moved in…..now back to the issue at hand, on Sunday 10/21/18 we had the 2nd flood incident (entire carpet in all 3 bedrooms and living room soaking wet) …they told me today that they will not replace the carpet that is in really bad shape…in addition to this issue….the trash is horrible and is always running over, the gates are not working the majority of the time, Arlington PD is always over here about some issue, my car was stolen from my reserve parking space 2 months ago, I have over a dozen cracks in the walls of my apartment from the ceiling to the floor with chipping paint that is being blamed on a foundation issue. In short, I’m a reasonable man, I pay my rent on time(early), I mind my business and take care of my family. Please stay away from this apartment complex. Not worth the hassle, spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

I recently moved here and my move-in experience was great! It was super easy and I needed that due to my work schedule. The maintenance team has been so helpful and they keep the grounds clean. So glad I moved to Arbrook. - G.M. :)

I lived here for a year and a half. Lupe is the best office staff member I have ever interacted with. The property is beautiful, and the location is great. The only reason I moved out was because I needed to be closer to where I work.

Sometimes you have a place where its good but the people can make it better and Arbrook Park is one of those places.Yancy Larin is one of those people that you will remember by name and face. She is a amazing person and they are lucky to have her.As for the apartments I have been here going on 3 years. They have 2 pools a park a dog park clean grounds workout room and garages.What more could you ask for. When something is broken they come and fix it. You get what you pay for.Its pricey but worth it!!!!

If I can give a negative zero for Yancy, Lupe, and Amy I would. I will echo the sentiments of others with this review. From the first month of moving in maintenances issues unresolved or supposedly fix, trash everywhere, overflowing containers, the internet provider or lack there of, during the pandemic no response for maintenance on closet shelves repeatedly not fixed or replaced.Since I travel I am rarely there just my daughter and mom. We have sent 2 notices to vacate based on the lease expiring this month and left voicemails no response. Finally my daughter was able to left work early to address it with the office in person. Well would you believe they claim the can only find the one for 12/7/20 but not the original 11/9/20. Yancy refuse to provide a move out total for this month and locked of out of the portal insisting we pay $1900 insisting our move out date is 2/6/2021. Keeping in my o have sent the original move out notice 8 times funny they never receive it. I would not recommend homeless people to stay here.

New management took over and we were told that our units would be upgraded. I’ve noticed that some units have been upgraded with new blinds so I called to inquire about my units being upgraded and was told that they are only upgrading vacant units. To me that means that you don’t value your current tenants. Since we are already residents we don’t qualify for the upgraded shows how important resident satisfaction is to this company. I was told that I could buy my own blinds or they would charge me $100 to get the upgrades that should come free as a result of new management. Not to mention that I was told that under new management, several upgrades will be made. Not the truth! Not so sure that I will be renewing when my lease is up. Be truthful to your residents and don’t tell us we will get upgrades if we are going to be charged for them.

I met two wonderful leasing agents Lupe HernandezAnd Yancy. They made it so easy for me to make my decision, that this would be home. Anytime I have a concern or just a quick question they always respond by being polite and professional. Actually I have never had a bad experience here at Arbrook Park. Maybe you should give them a try.P.S. All office personnel including maintenance are awesome.

If I could give them 0 stars I would these apartments are terrible. Our cars were broken into 4 times the first month living here and the office does nothing about it nor care. The maintenance takes forever to respond. When we moved in our oven was off the hinges non of the closet doors were hooked on properly, we had mold in our a/c unit which they still have yet to fix. Let me not get started on the communication between the offices employees, we were forced to pay for our car getting towed because it wasn’t “registered” when in fact it was just not the right website, when the office were the ones who sat down with us and set it up there in the first place but somehow that was our fault not there employees giving out false information. I suggested these apartments to a friend and they also are ready to end there lease one or 2 months into moving in. Please I advise you these apartments are very unprofessional do not move here all of my neighbors have moved out due to similar reasons, out of the 6 apartments residents in our side of the building 4 are vacant all in the same months. Do I repeat do not move here they are not as good/nice as they appear online or on the outside.

Lived here for over a year. The gate clicker NEVER works, no matter how many times you ask them to fix it. There is ALWAYS 4+ police cars outside in the morning. The office staff does not respond to emails or phone calls. And during cricket season... just get ready to wake up with crickets in your bed. And the office will tell you it is “normal during the season”. Parking is terrible. The kids are so bad that they close the pools as soon as they open. Ive had the opportunity to fo to the pool once. Trash is always overflowing and smells terrible. With new management, my rent went up for no reason and they couldn’t provide me with an explanation as to why this happened. I would NEVER tell someone to live in these apartments. Only good thing is that the maintenance is very quick.

They tow my friends car out of my paid parking and they were registered as a guest. Don’t come here if you want to have guest over no matter what they try.

This is a horrible place to live, first off there is NEVER any parking! Secondly when we moved in our apartment was not clean we had mold in our air vents, in our window seal and behind our refrigerator! Our air has gone out more than 5 times and now the heat isn’t working and it is 37 degrees out side we pay 1500$ for this ghetto mess! The police is always being called for noise complaints and fights. Also management is terrible they are not understanding at all! They will also purposely put individuals in certain sections of the complex based on their race! Do not move here I promise you will regret it! I wish I would’ve taken these reviews into consideration before I made the mistake of moving here!

We are current residents of this apartment and the short 8 months we’ve lived here, we’ve seen it all. Roaches, cricket infestation, bed bug infestation, SEVERAL MICE within a two week time span! Every time we’ve complained to the office, they would act concerned but never really permanently solved a problem. Just kinda band aided the issue. Once they sent maintenance here with a can of Raid as if we couldn’t do that ourselves. We’ve had a 3rd party pest control company come to our unit as several occasions while we weren’t home unannounced where the office should’ve given us a courtesy notice. They never answer the phone and with new management, we hoped for better. Literally counting down the days of when this lease is over.

Very nice and friendly staff! They all made us feel welcome and did what they could to make this move as easy as possible. Very nice and quite apartments.

I have lived at Arbrook Park Apartment for over 4 years now. The Buildings are well-built, Structurally Solid, and the grounds are well-maintained. I looked at several apartment buildings, but chose Arbrook because of the Staffs professional demeanor, and timely actions on maintenance and repair issues. The maintenance staff are friendly and knowledgeable, as well as dedicated to provide timely service. Overall; I would recommend this property because of the people who work here. Nothing in life is perfect, but its the response to situations when things do go wrong, that counts. I personally had a problem which threatened my lease status through a disruption with my V A Benefit Disbursement. The Management and Staff of Arbrook went above and beyond to make sure I was given every consideration. I am still a tenant here because of their help. There are many other instances of superior service I can reference, but the bottom line is Arbrook Park is a superior place to live.Kenneth Simpson

Love the staff at Arbrook. They were willing to replace our fridge a couple of times because the seal wasnt holding and once took everything out and put it in the new, upgraded, larger fridge. Very cool. They replace all the light bulbs for us. Kind and receptive when we pick up our Amazon boxes in the front office. They keep up the grounds nicely. Happy to be here.

The unit layout on 3 bedroom is very spacious. The staff is quick to respond and friendly. Everything seems very new and in great condition, like cabinets and appliances. Yancy and the property manager are great people very friendly always profesional. Very happy with my current home.

Iv enjoyed the years iv lived at Arbrook park and really like living so close to the Arlington Highlands! Perfect location. Chantel in the office is one of my favorite staff members. Everyone is always so eager to help. If you move here you wont be disappointed.

Edit from a past review. I have been living here over a year now, and decided to renew my lease. I am very pleased with the improvements that have been made across the community and its staff, maintenance and office staff were very helpful when my upstairs neighbors flooded my apartment when they moved out a few weeks ago. I also find that you get a better response time for maintenance requests when you submit them through the online portal for residents versus over the phone or in person.

These are really nice apartments for the price. The staff was very helpful and Tricia was so professional and at the same time showed she really cares about the tenants needs. Never had an apartment where I felt so comfortable. I recommend them to all my friends.

Their office never answers the phone, when I need something done, they put me on hold and then hang up. Or say theyll look into something and call me back Monday and i never hear back. They are over priced for what they offer. Lastly, their dumpsters are DISGUSTING. They only have 2 for the ENTIRE COMPLEX and its constantly overfilled and gross.

Been living here over a year and there’s never any parking for residents bc other residents have parties and friends take all the parking spots. Teenagers running around at all hours of the night making noise, residents not being accountable for their children and Sunday there was a shooting of a teenage boy outside my apartment. I don’t feel safe here but unfortunately stuck here right now due to not having funds to move. There needs to be more security, I have small children, and I worry for their safety more than anything.

Literally the worst experience me and my roommate have had living in an apartment complex. The leasing office doesn’t know what they’re doing and they are bad at keeping up with important paper work as well as communicating with each other. If you live in the far back complexes, you will encounter people fighting in the parking lot at night as well as an over flowing dumpster that smells awful. At the end of your lease they will keep your deposit and leave you with the fees of removing the carpet and deep cleaning the apartment, even if you left it spotless.

I moved in a year ago and Tricia helped me and my family get moved in. It has been a wonderful experience so far. Whenever we come in or call with concerns she always makes us feel like we are the top priority. Never rushes us out the door. Our work orders are completed very quickly and the maintenance men are very nice and do a great job. We will be renewing

I went to see Mr. Charles he was very nice. Once I got in to do my paper work that he put in incorrectly from what he told me I will hear back from his manager that day which was Friday. Never did so I called Sat some lady answered and got smart with me the manager will call you back stop calling. So this is how they run their business after you pay your fees they ask for. My cousin called to find out on monday morning to find out whats going on the same women got smart with my cousin ... Didnt I tell you the manager will call you back... My cousin and this women was going back inforth to the point i didnt even want to rent from them no more at all.. It was nothing but problems from the moment I came across this apt and I got approved and still didnt want the problems in my life with anyone that speaks the way their rep does. Didnt know you couldnt be excited about moving to a new city and cant wait to find a nice place to enjoy... Its always one apple in the bunch that spoils it... I was looking to pay my rent for a year upfront but hey I called to many times to find out about my process ! Your not allowed to call and if they tell you they will call you back their lying so its all about the money to them. Their very rude !

This place doesnt even deserve one star... ever since I moved in Ive had from an infestation of crickets to 2inch flood of water in the kitchen... DO NOT MOVE IN!!!! You pay for what you get this is not even a 2 star place... NEIGHBORS are so disrespectful and laud... STAFF is very rude and unprofessional they have gone trough at least 10 people since I moved in (9mo ago) also not to mention that they will find the most ridiculous & stupid stuff to fine you.. MAINTENANCE is super lazy and if you happen to have an issue ha! you have to wait at least a month for them to come out and try to fix it, PARKING you ask? yeah, good luck!! you literally have to park 3 blocks away to find something open (I have a reserve & a carpool- I have towed at least 2-3 cars from that spot in the last 2 months)... the only good thing about this; is that my lease is about to be over soon... I really thought (from the looks) this place was going to be a decent place, but from my experience I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

I like the people here. Management is great. The grounds are beautiful. The pools are lots of fun and everybody seems to love them. Theres a small park for the kids and several others throughout the grounds with bar b q grills. Its close to the freeway and all major shopping centers and lots of family fun places, even Six Flags and the stadium are close by. A neat little dog park and I meet many people just walking their dog. I just love it here! Because most of all its comfortable and easy.

It was a very easy move it and office staff very friendly. Everything was ready to go on our move in date. The only thing that was not working pro5was the ac but it was fixed within 5 mins of calling the office.

Maintenance can enter your unit any time without notice or calling. The staff rarely answers the phones. This is so unacceptable. Trisha in the office is amazing, always makes sure my concerns are handled and she goes above and beyond to assist me. John, in maintenance, is very prompt in fixing anything that goes wrong and I dont have to wait a long time for repair if needed. I have been here over a year and have had a pleasant experience.

Im still here, they flooded my apartment because whoever installed the washer did not install the drain hose correctly, ruined a lot of my stuff because I moved here from out of state and use the apartment partially as a storage unit until I get a house. They have online payments but your rent is due on the first and they never post it until the first, why? Because they want to charge you $60 in late fees.. they claim they cant program it to post it beforehand BUT I know enough about programming to know that is a LIE. Parking is almost impossible after 9pm until 7am unless you PAY extra for a spot, garages are super small and water will get in the backside in a good downpour. Garage door opens when it wants to...they call a 3rd party to repair.. they never tell me that until days later and then they ended up just replacing the whole opener.. could have done that in 2 hours myself. Fire Alarms happen on many Saturday nights at around 1-3 am? Oh and the RANDOM apartment inspections/sprinklers/whatever.. annoying as hell. I wish I had just bought ANY house a year ago and never moved into an apartment let alone this complex.. worst experience in my life!

This one is a most unlikely Apartment in Arlington Area. They can charge you without reason(Rental Insurance, Patio, Trash, Park, ETC) same time this is not a safe apartment in Arlington Are. Staff are so rude monopoly ………….. Parking is horrible and the gym equipment sucks!! I suggest anyone with sense find something better....….. somebody need file a lawsuit.

Been a resident since 2011. Very friendly front office. Great maintenance staff. Beautiful pools. Eventually I will have to move into a home. But until that day come. I want be moving into any other complex.

Renters Beware! Ive had 5 floods since Ive been here. Then they fine me $50 for having a pot with no plant in it, wood for grilling and a piece of trash on my patio but this is what my guest see when they enter the complex.

When living in an apartment complex it is important to be able to communicate with and a enjoy your staff. I really enjoy Yancy she is the best, so when you come to our complex make sure you specifically request Yancy to assist you :)

Im a resident of 4 years. The entire time Ive lived here the staff has been very kind & helpful to my family and I. If I have ever had questions or concerns I like the quick response I get back rather a phone call or email.I especially like the follow up email on work orders. That let me know the staff care about the residents.Some things I realize that the office have no control over like added parking that in fact is a city of Arlington ordinance thats why I chose to pay for parking. When someone park in my paid parking then as a resident I have a right to call to have the car towed.I would recommend Arbrook Park Apartments because this is a place I call home and I love it.Thanks A M

Im currently a resident here and can tell you that its pretty awesome.We have been living here for almost a year and have recently renewed for another. The staff are excellent and down to earth, the maintenance crew are fast and accommodating, and considering the location and quality, the prices are pretty great. The only thing that is kinda iffy are your neighbors (its a hit or miss). But that being said, a lot of the people in this community have really cute dogs, so that is something that you can definitely look forward to.Most of the problems that people are posting on these reviews can be easily fixed if you talk with the staff. Yes, parking is horrible sometimes, so whats an extra 20 feet? The gate is broken occasionally, but that really isnt an issue at all, you can still drive through it. And yes, sometimes your neighbors suck, but we live in Arlington, so what do you expect?To wrap things up, if you are looking for good prices, pretty good quality, and friendly staff, Arbrook Park is the place for you!

I wish I could give this place no stars. the place is gross, full of trash, no light fictures in common areas, they dont have the apartment clean before you move in, there is mold, they paint over the problems and dont fix them, A/C went out 6 TIMES in 6 weeks. they have a drug problem but dont do anything about it. no warnings to the people even if you have proof, they have mice and bugs all over. the office people are rude, dont have any care in the world for what is going on in your apartment. just there to collect their check.

Worst place to live . Management will make you feel cursed for living here. They can charge you fine for anything. Recently they charge me $15 for insurance. But I had already submitted AAA insurance which is effective till Feb 2019. As per Arbrook staff my insurance is not as per compliance. But they told nothing to me and accepted same insurance while renewing the lease. Now all of sudden they send me notice to pay fine immediately. My point is, if something has changed why didnt they notify me instead of charging me fine directly. Ridiculous and unfair management .Zero star.

Interesting... Our unit has no light fixtures and is one of the most expensive/larger units offered. Parking is hell. Closet racks have fallen and dishwasher is still a work in progress. Management has a lot of improvements to make, especially for the price they want for their units. I walk extreme distances after fighting for parking when I get home early in the morning. Something has to give...

This apartment complex allows towing companies to take their residents cars. We had our car for over 2 years and lived at the complex for over 4 years, and yet the apartment complex had our car towed with less than 10 days before Christmas. We also pay for 2 reserved parking spots. Yet, we have to pay more than $300 to get our car out. This car was going into the shop for transmission problems, so now we have to put our safety in jeopardy trying to drive it home. I guarantee that the apartment wont pay for any accident we get in or harm that comes to us.Stay away from the apartment complex like the plague!!!

Her People skills on point . When she asked if I had any questions I was like nope you explained everything I needed to know .

I moved in about 2 months ago and I am happy everything seems to be getting better. Last month I noticed the property had a lot of trash, but its been much cleaner recently. I spoke to the property manager about this and noticed an improvement. There does seem to be some turnover with the staff in the office, but everyone seems really nice. After living at a JRK property, Im much happier with Greystar!

I’ve been at this property for almost a year and a half....over the past 7 months I’ve had 2 flooding issues from the upstairs apartments (clearly not the properties fault)…however after the 1st flooding incident they did not replace the carpet….pause…a little back story on the carpet, when I moved in the apartment I let management know that the carpet was not in good shape and I documented it on the apartment condition form when I first moved in…..now back to the issue at hand, on Sunday 10/21/18 we had the 2nd flood incident (entire carpet in all 3 bedrooms and living room soaking wet) …they told me today that they will not replace the carpet that is in really bad shape…in addition to this issue….the trash is horrible and is always running over, the gates are not working the majority of the time, Arlington PD is always over here about some issue, my car was stolen from my reserve parking space 2 months ago, I have over a dozen cracks in the walls of my apartment from the ceiling to the floor with chipping paint that is being blamed on a foundation issue. In short, I’m a reasonable man, I pay my rent on time(early), I mind my business and take care of my family. Please stay away from this apartment complex. Not worth the hassle, spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Had a great experience here, the property was well maintained and those inside the office extremely helpful. Chantel was very kind and helped with any issues we encountered.

Love living here weve been here for almost 6 years now..the community is great and the office staff is amazing Chantel and Charles are so attentive and helpful.

Been a week and the gate entry remotes dont work.. makes it a pain for tenants while still doesnt keep criminals out. Its a JOKE really.. cant get out on the motorcycle unless someone else is going out because no remote and not enough weight to trigger the gate to open!They fixed the gate after two months, once again the remotes do not work. Deanna? says you have to get really close.. like plug your wireless remote into the unit to get it to work. This is the 3rd time Ive told her that they NEVER work after the idiots come out to fix the gate.. she is in denial saying that it works you just have to be really, really close. Arbrook Park is a joke.. 10+ times in 2 years same freaking problem!If you dont rent their washer and dryer and they leave them in your unit prepare for the washer to flood the apartment after they realize they made a mistake!

I lived here for about a year,was pretty good for the most part staff was good, never had a problem with rent or apt. Now in the other hand parking was terrible,some of the neighbors were loud and the apt next to me got broken into, sucked for the lady felt bad for her she was a nice person. The triple homicide come on now you cant blame the apt.staff for the action of a crazy person that willing to go that far over nothing. When the water broke cause of the WEATHER again out of their control yea it sucked a week without water had to shower at gym and parents house AGAIN they cannot control the weather and they gave a discount off $200 off the rent for that month to be fair to the renters didnt see anybody add that to the their review, just saying as far as how it is there now i have no clue i was happy there for the year i lived there, just the parking was terrible.

OMG!!!! WHERE DO I START. From the first phone conversation just asking question about the property it was almost time for them to close. The young lady I spoke with answer most of the questions and I told her I will call back tomorrow for the one question she had to get more info on. Woke up the next day with a email from Arbrook Park Apartments. A long email with a very detailed message from Ms.Tricia. We decided to go visit and they were very professional and friendly. They have been wonderful. There are days that Ive called back to back with questions, and after reading the reviews I was like wow! I dont know about this. But we did not judge a book by its cover we did our homework. All I can say is please keep up the good work . You all are wonderful. 😙

I applied with these apartments months ago and did not get approved they said they was refunding my administration fee and every time I call I get the run arounds they say they mailed it to a different address that I never gave them then after that I call back spoke with a guy named Charles who is not helpful at all and I dont know why he is in the position he is in I gave him the correct address again he stated he was going to have them to cancel the other one and reissue the new one which was almost 3 weeks ago, I call back today and he act like he didnt know what I was talking about so I told him everything he then said what is your address I asked him what address do he have down cause I just gave it to him he said I cant tell you that but the funny part is the last time he gave me the address and I told him that wasnt the right one smh. It seems like these apartments are only out for money and the staff I have dealt with is very unprofessional by far. I asked to speak to someone higher and he wouldnt let me I even asked for the corporate information and they said they can not give that out which is strange to me because you should be able to contact corporate even if only thru email. All I want is to see what is going on with my refund thats it Im not even hassling them. So they would not get any stars if it was left up to me.

Worse place to live. They dont care about anything but your money. First few months was okay but once they change stuff they expect to know everything before them when they dont update stuff correctly. The fees are ridiculous and theres only two people that actually helps. My apartment isnt fixed and the foundation sucks. Again, worse apartment complex ever! If I could give zero stars I would.

I lived her for like 5 months and my mom Had to pay $70 For a broken blind that was broken before also the neighbours are rude and bang on the ceilingAnd the staff is so rude I hate this place but sadly I have to live here

I have to say you pay a little more for less. The appliances are so out dated for what I would pay compare to other apartments.Maintenance is poor. I have placed work orders over a week ago and no one has come by to view what the issue is. All door jams are uneven.I would recommend this apartment but feel that if the management is not caring about what the tenets are complaining about then I would not want to renew my lease come next year.

Even with all the bad reviews here, our experience with this property, the manager Tricia, and her maintenance crew was nothing short of AMAZING! Tricia and her staff were very professional and went above and beyond to help get us get approved and settled in. We were already having a hard time finding the right place for our family being that were from California, but Tricia and her staff made us feel welcomed and made our transition here stress free! There were a few maintenance issues upon moving in, the fridge was out along with a list of other minor issues, however, after putting in the work orders Saturday (move in day) & the following Monday, the maintenance crew took care of my list of issues same day and gave me a new fridge next day! Thanks Les! You and your crew rock! Thank you again Tricia for everything! We LOVE our beautiful apartment and feel blessed to have found this place!
