I’ve lived here for two years and I have had a great overall experience. The management and staffing have always been helpful and professional. Maintenance requests have always been completed in a timely manner. Jose Hernandez is polite and courteous and has been there for an emergency situation. Keep up the great work!
NEVER WOULD I WISH MY WORST ENEMY TO LIVE HERE I asked to transfer to a different apartment before my lease was up did everything the office asked for me to do and they gave me the impression everything was good to go gave me a new address and made me sign a notice to vacate they waited a week later to tell me I cannot transfer units and they gave my apartment to someone else and I had to move out a month before my leas was even up which I advise them if I could not transfer apartments I wanted to just renew my lease they get new management every month when I did first move in the apartment was even finish cleaning lady and maintenance had to come while we was moving in it took 3 months for them to bring my washer and dryer I asked for a reserved parking spot they waited a week and then told me they don’t give them out as of the day before I asked for my kids to be on the lease they still have not done that terrible terrible terrible apartments they don’t care about none of the residents Wish I COULD RATE A ZERO!!!! MY KIDS ROOM HAD A LEAK FOR 3 months and they took forever to fix it... ANTS EVERYWHERE THEY BIT MY SON UP AND THEY NEVER CAME TO FIX THAT. I WORK FROM HOME WND MY PREVIOUS DOWNSTAIRS NEIGHBORS WAS SO LOID THEY CHILD WOULD SCREAM AT 2-6 in the morning the office told me to go down and talk to them
We came to visit Crossroads at Arlington and we couldn’t be more than happy. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Melisa and Gaby were very professional and can tell they have experience in what they do. I look forward to calling this my home soon. I recommend!!

STAY FAR AWAY. Im not the type to leave reviews at all, but this place this needs one because its awful here. Pretty sure the 5 star reviews are fake because there is nothing worth 3 stars here.I like the maintenance team a lot, but the problem is this place is so poorly put together that they are constantly doing maintenance everywhere and struggle to keep up with orders.There has been 3 different property managers since I have been here for 11 months and probably a 4th coming soon due to the rudeness she has displayed. I have a broken floor in front of my fire place that cant be fixed until I move out Took them 3 months to replace my fridge that was not properly working and spoiling my food.This is an okay LOW expectation place to live, but there are plenty other places to live at that blow this place away.In order to get anything fixed I had to reach out directly to corporate and even then... Eh not the greatest experience. Will never be living at a property managed by CAF Management.

When you need something to get done they take forever and a day to get it done. They barely respond when you call .If you don’t put specific information about your vehicle it will get towed. They towed my vehicle from in front of my house. They have people working there that don’t know anything. Save your money.
The staff at this property have efficient and friendly customer service. Jose from maintenance, the assistant, the office agent, Gaby the manager. all very good team.
My experience with maintenance and with Jose Hernandez, has been nice. They are diligent and committed, working sometimes odd hours to resolve house issues.
It was infested with roaches and when I let someone know they just told me to purchase roach spray and deal with it on my own. Balcony door was jammed and no one came to fix. There was quite a bit of broken glass in the parking lot.
We’ve been living here around 5 years and we’ve never had any big problems any little issues at home our maintenance guy Jose Martin Hernandez always comes right away and fixes it, he gives us good service we have no complaints

So far just doing the application process over the phone. I had like a million questions and called three times while filling out my app online with more, and Ms. Maggeret answered them all and was very helpful. After calling multiple complexes this one by far surpassed professionalism. Cant wait for the tour.

Ive been living here for years and everytime i have trouble with my apartment jose hernandez always comes and fixes it as fast as possible. I appreciate his kindness and friendliness. Never had a problem with the leasing staff either.
Gabby Is the worst manager here at crossroads at arlington. Ive been living here for almost 10 yrs and I will say this place Is not worth your money whatsoever. People will take advantage of you and wont fix youre stuff or problems for weeks or even months and then theyll be even rude towards you when you go to your office and make up lies when its the total opposite. Its utterly the worst of the worst and the apartments is the worst of the worst

Not a fan of these apartments at all. When I initially moved in not only was my apartment not ready on my move in date but I had to wait and when I did get the keys the apartment was cleaned sub-par to say the least. Bedroom closets were off track, bathroom/kitchen drawers were off line and barely closed, had termites, big and also tiny roaches, the list goes on. My biggest complaint is how I was treated in the final days of what was supposed to be a month to month lease. There was miscommunication that ultimately resulted in my unit being rented out to someone else and the office staff offered very little to barely any help. No complaints about the community and neighbors however.
Went apartment shopping w the old ball and chain and let me tell you something, every other place we looked at was not even compared to this place! Tristan was absolutely remarkable w the amount of knowledge he had of the property and made the process ten times easier! Will highly recommend this place to anyone who asks, great experience

There are many different problems with this apartment building that I will go into in full context. I am hoping to convince you to not be drawn in by their nice office and broken promises and to honestly consider going with anyone else but crossroads. First off I have lived here for 5 years through the several different management companies that have run the place. All of them have been pretty terrible but I honestly think the newest one takes the cake. Their maintenance department is completely unqualified and do an awful job of maintaining the apartments. I have had several problems throughout crossroads existence. The biggest being the literal molding wood underneath my kitchen sink. There has been a leak in my pipes for years now. Multiple times the water has even sunk through below to the neighbors that live under me. Instead of ever actually fixing this problem they just take out the molding board and replace it with another board that begins to mold. This is pretty much their solution to any problem that you encounter while living here. Quick band-aid over fixing any problems because they are not professional enough to do the work themselves and refuse to ever actually hire professionals. Another major problem is the bugs, there are literally tiny cockroaches that live inside my kitchen. I have had the apartment people come out for a bug spray when all she did was spray a tiny bit of poison in the center of the kitchen which was dangerous for my cat. The lady who did it worked in the office and was completely unqualified. This has done literally nothing to solve the problem! Which i personally think is brought on by the molding wood underneath the kitchen sink. The apartments are also extremely cheaply made. The wood is fake plastic and most of the apartment has no chalking in the showers or on the cabinets because it was horribly put up with no care or effort. My carpets are disgusting and very old have asked many times for replacement with nothing but broken promises. They only upgrade the 1200 dollar new apartments which are also a complete joke. I would never pay 200 dollars more a month for new cheap plastic wood and carpet with a back-splash in the kitchen and new cabinets. That is literally all you are getting! The AC is also terrible the actual unit inside of my apartment looks like its from the 1970s and barely works and held up by duct tape. I hope that with this post I can at least in form of what this apartment building is actually like and you make a better decisions. Also dont be fooled by their website they claim to have a resort style pool which it definitely is not before covid it was barely ever open and they do a awful job of cleaning it. The community is also not that nice their is a lot of crime in this area I have seen cops here at least twice a week for years.I have attached images of my beautiful crossroads apartment as proof. I am having a hard time reaching the someone in the office. I completed the online applications, there was a glitch in the system when processing my application fee. The system would not take my credit card info but accepted my bank account information for payment which is a little suspicious to me. Ive been sending emails and calling the number listed online and have not heard back from a person. Is this a real apartment home or a scam?

I am a 22 year old, recently graduated, college student from UT Arlington. I have lived at many different apartments in the Arlington area ranging from very luxurious and expensive to practical and affordable. In my two years living here, Westwood Canyon has proven to be far superior from any experience Ive ever had for several reasons. 1.) They are very affordable AND of good quality. 2.) The management of the community complex is service oriented with a clear goal- To go above and beyond to make their residents happy, safe, and included. 3.) The maintenance lead, Tony, and his team are quick to act and very thorough when ANY repairs or replacements need to be made, not just in emergency situations. 4.) The ease of access to all services with quick communication from staff is top notch. 5.) The people here are great and Ive never felt unsafe.I highly recommend Westwood Canyon.
I have been here at Westwood Canyon my family and I for about a year and a few months and I have to say we have not any concerns or issues. Maintenance is great office staff is and always has been very nice and professional towards us and caring at the same time. Our apartment has NO INFESTATIONS OF ANY KIND. THESE APARTMENTS ARE VERY QUIET,CLEAN, AND GREAT AREA TO BE IN. VERY FAMILY ORIENTED. THE ONE ISSUE IT HAD WAS CAUSED BY SOME RESIDENTS IN ONE OF THE BUILDINGS AND AFTER THE COMMOTION THEY WERE ASKED TO LEAVE WITHIN 30 DAYS AND NO LONGER RESIDE HERE. I WOULD SUGGEST THIS PLACE TO ANYONE WHO DESIRE TO LIVE AND A AFFORDABLE QUIET AREA THAT IS FAMILY ORIENTED.

I’ll make this brief, The new management is amazingly sweet and well informed and helps you along the way of the transfer very well. I had no problems getting information as well as update in regards to my transfer the girls in the front or very kind especially a Estephanie and Jordan . Very prompt and efficient young girls who help at the moment of need. I don’t have anything to complain most of my complaints have been meet, with Solutions and much help from these girls . I really appreciate the amazing help that they gave me especially with the amazing letter that they sent in for me I appreciate their help and continue to live here without a problem
Worse apartment EVER-lacks in service and communication.I am on the board with the college and made sure they did not suggest this apartment—- it would be an injustice to the students. Please do yourself a favor and do not rent.I am in fear of retaliation for my son and hope this encourages him to finish his education and never treat anybody the way this apartment has treated us
I absolutely love my home here at Crossroads at Arlington. The office staff is like family, maintenance included. We get together and have fun memorable times, like move night, pizza parties, a much much more. I look forward to getting to know my neighbors.
Would give it a 0 star if I could. This place is horrible. Moved in with so many things wrong, missing doorknobs, microwave didn’t work, no blinds on windows, lights in rooms didn’t work, no washer or dryer to be found. Took more than 3 weeks after filing in a report for them to fix it. Trees are poorly maintained. A big branch from the tree fell on my car and broke off my side mirror. There was no heavy wind or storms of any such. Trees are just poorly maintained, overflowing on top of apartment rooves. Called them and they said they won’t help in anyway. Wouldn’t recommend at all, moving out of here as soon as possible. Wish I could add pictures of the tree on top of my car and how broken it is.
I toured the property looking for a 3x2. Theh provided me with all the information i needed for one of their sister properties. I was shown a model, it was great, front office very respectful and knowledgeable. Very welcoming atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

I have lived at Westwood Canyon for over a year now and I have to say that I am completely satisfied. The maintenance and office staff has been extremely courteous to us. When I first moved some neighbors told me it was the worst decision but I beg to differ. Yes maybe sometimes certain work orders might take a bit longer than usual to get done but the office staff does not fail to keep me updated on when it WILL get fixed. I appreciate you Westwood Canyon Team for making this a place to call home.
Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!!! I absolutely hate living here and we can’t wait until our lease is up. Worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. Stuff is always breaking and it takes forever to get it half fixed. They tow cars constantly whether your guest is in a visitors parking space or not. They aren’t even nice enough for the price or the nonsense!Update: We didn’t have AC for a month. We had to call the City Code of Compliance to get a new unit. I have two small children but these ppl did not care. They’ve since gotten under new management so hopefully she does better than that other piss poor excuse for a manager.
First Angelica and Betty were amazing and very professional. The deal we got was absolutely amazing (application fee and security deposit for $99) that’s a steal. The apartments are well kept and staff is very sociable and friendly. When i did have a problem with the toilet flushing maintenance came in a timely manner to fix it and showed me exactly what the problem was. Pest control is done on the regular. So far so good guys !! Keep up the amazing work !!
Pros: the maintenance is amazing, they fix everything quickly. The girl in the front office is always nice. Betty is an awesome manager, I had a problem with the charges on my account and she was able to help me solve the problem.Cons: I have been here for about a year now, in my first 3 months here, I had a package delivered to the front office and FedEx showed Rodriguezsigned for it, but they couldnt find my package and they didnt even try to help to find it. There have been 2 shootings within a matter of months, and I woke up this morning to a lot of people surrounding two people fighting outside and yelling.
I moved in a couple of days, and the office staff is so friendly. The neighborhood quiet and close to everything.
Ive lived here for over a year now and I can say it has been a good experience. The office staff is really nice and helpfully and its really quiet in the building I live in. The only bad things I can say is the parking for your visitors is horrible. They only have a couple spots for them to park in and they are always filled. If they park anywhere they will be towed. Also the area by the dumpsters need to be cleaned.
I applied for an apartment in late April of 2017. I was denied even though I told them my background and the manager said they accepted 2nd chance leasing.Well I paid $300 for application/administrative fees and deposit.I have called several times and kept getting the run around only got refunded $100 when they were only supposed to keep the application fee and return $200 deposit. One lady I spoke with said to read the paperwork only get $100 back then her manager said she would send the additional $100.Its July and I havent received the additional $100 and cant get them to answer the phone.Bad business!!! Shady!!! Let me call corporate!!

I so love living here. i have been here and have not seen a single bug or infestation problem. the office people are very nice. I have children and my children feel save here. i have not had any problems with neighbors or anything. I would request this please to anybody! it will be hard to move.

Random outrageous charges5. It can take days/weeks for maintenance, office staff, or corporate to get back to you6. They will do anything to keep your refund check (took me almost 3 months to get mine back)7. Literally like 10 visiting parking spots, everyone else will get towed8. The apartments are not remodeled. They are NASTY apartments with a few upgraded items mirror, door knob, etc)9. Horrible location- you hear traffic all night10. SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND HEADACHE. RUN!!!!I wish I could post pictures and e-mails. But you get the point.
Worst review but it’s got to be done,I have been out of AC for a week and nothing has been done about it in a house with a child.Im highly disappointed in this as I have stayed here for 3+ years but I have been dealt a low blow cause this is absurd and inhumane.Texas is flipping hot and no one seems to care
Dont move to these apartments. I bought brand new front load washers and dryers and they kept saying it was my brand new equipment. I returned and bought 3 new sets!! Same issue with the ducts not working right in these old apartments. They cost me thousands of dollars for failure to fix the problem. They staff caused emotional distress over 3 months.They did not treat me as a loyal resident. I dont recommend these apartments. Dont be fooled by the fake reviews of this place. Go somewhere else.
I have been very pleased with living here. The staff are always professional and helpful. The pet fees are the lowest Ive seen for apartments of similar quality/price. Tony, the maintenance guy, is super friendly.

When my husband and I first moved in i never had issues, once the management changed to a new one, everything went downhill from there. At the beginning of the new management, we always owed more money for some reason. If it wasnt because we always try to save proof of what we pay they would had made us overpay like 3 times money that we didnt have to pay. Their customer service compared to the employees before them is horrible. Hopefully this will get their attention and not do this with future residents.
Ive lived here since it was westwood canyon. I like the apartments, and the staff is nice. The only reason I didnt rate it 5 star, is because I would like them to require screens on the windows, so we dont have to pay extra for heating and cooling. Otherwise, I enjoy the property and the management.
When we first moved in 2 years ago the management was great and we had no issues at all. Once the new management came in it all went downhill, we always had to pay more than we did the previous months and it just wasnt adding up plus the utility bill came in a different statement? It was very inconvenient. It seem like theyre more interested in socializing than taking their management job seriously. We got more emails about parties they had than any notice that concerns about fixing things in the apartment or why the rent is higher than last month, or any notice that actually matters. Our last month here was horrible bc they dont know how to communicate with tenants about issues and they just assume which is very unprofessional. Dont live here.

The staff is pretty friendly about the only good thing thats going on here. Mailboxes were broken into. People had to drive do the post office daily to get there mail. My tailgate on my truck was stolen and a Dodge Challenger was also left sitting on blocks 3 days after. They call there courtesy officer but he cant do anything about it. Peoples cars and apartments are getting broken into a lot and they wont do anything about it. I even metioned how Im armed and they ask me to not shoot anyone if there breaking into my stuff and to just call the police. Ive also had several packages from UPS and FedEx dropped off and a couple have came up missing. Dont move here. We dont feel safe here.

Beatrice Bolden is the worst community manager. She is absolutely disgusting and gives the worst service. They take forever to finish work orders. The office staff rarely pick up their phone. You have to call them 5 times in a row for them to finally answer. The apartments are rat and bug infested. It is not a safe environment either. Please dont move here. The apartments are of very low quality.

I lived at this particular apartment for 2 years and it was by far the BIGGEST waste of money. My Move in day was July 23, 2015 but it got pushed back on two different occasions because the apartment was not ready!!!! Secondly Not even a week after I moved in my apartment was flooded with toilet water. Try bringing a newborn baby to an apartment flooded with toilet water. I had my daughter August 18, 2015. A lot of my important pictures and family heirlooms were ruined. The rent I was paying $681 a month. One persons car got towed by no fault of her own and the staff at the apartment told the tow company that they towed her car in error and to not make her pay but they did make her pay and didnt reduce her rent or anything so she left. The maintenance does the best they can I guess but I put in a work order for mold they came and said ohh thats not mold and SPRAY painted over it!!! My apartment flooded with toilet water on another two occasions leaving carpet soaked and me to clean it up. I wanted to break my lease but they said they would have to charge me so I stuck it out. I moved out August 23, 2017. I am telling you, you are better off buying a house because what they charge and you and the apartment you get is NOT worth the money. Most people are new at this apartment because everyone moves out! All of their buildings have sewage problems but instead of spending real money to get them fixed they just put a band aid over the problem.

This used to be westwood canyon and I was happy with it. Now its under new management and normaly that could be a little scary to people who already live here. But to my surprise its very amazing. Everything is more organized and things are getting repaired. Even when it comes down to my car and the towing they call residence individually to make sure everyone is good. And E-mails are consistent!. All in all everything is looking up for this compleax
I had been looking for a nice apartment community for my family and I luckily stumbled upon this gem. I called and spoke and then met with Rebecca Gines and she truly is a sweet heart. She was very knowledgeable about the property and answered all my questions with care and clarity. The apartment grounds are very nice and the staff seems to be as well. I recommend this place if you are looking for friendly management. Fingers crossed we are approved. Wish me luck!!!

I have lived here for nearly two years now and cannot wait to leave once my lease is up (08/2017). The A/C is the worst Ive ever experienced anywhere Ive lived. It appears as if our (residents) service requests are the least of the apartment staffs concerns and after multiple A/C service requests my A/C system is still not fixed. If I could do it all over again, I would not have moved here. Hopefully my A/C gets fixed soon, because paying rent on this place and not having A/C is absolutely ridiculous. The rent is incredibly high for the quality of apartment you receive as well. I would look elsewhere for an apartment if I was looking to move. - UTA Student

Theyve gone out of their way several times out of schedule to help out, any time Ive had a question Ive either got a call back or an email the same day which is really all I ask forThe appartment is nice, no bugs (I just saw one ant one day, hahaha)very clean. The girls who work there work 6 days a week and the office is open all 7 days of the week. Its pretty easy to get a hold of them.So im just happy so far, keep up the good work
Keep the grounds up on the outside, but on the inside its a different story. Bad roach infestation where I stay since I first moved here, (the outside view will fool you) told the office about the problem multiple times and all they do is send somebody from a random pest control company and the only thing they do is spray one or two areas of my apartment and thats it and the problem still remains...
Betty is the rudest person. Dont not rent from these people. Very poor customer service. I do believe the good reviews are fake because this place is nothing like they make it seem
Ive been here at Westwood Canyon since November of last yr. The staff has been awesome since day one. If theres any issues or concerns, Becky takes care of it and she does it right away....thank you maam!!!
Best service I’ve had at an apartment community !! Everyone so attentive & helpful specially Gaby she went out of her way to help me. I definetly recomend this property, you want to go where the ppl know what they are doing and this place defínetly has the best staff.
Very big living spce love the place,staff is awesome and maintenance does there job very well love the pool..love the coffee in the office..
This place is infested with mice, rats, and roaches! When you report an issue to management, they (management) goes into the system and marks it complete when no one came or even bother to call to identify the issue. The rent is unpredictable, you have your flat monthy fee, however, the amenities seem to vary from month to month making it incredibly difficult to budget!
The old mgmt company was bad for several reasons and this new one CAF that currently runs the property now are probably worse.. Poor communication with the staff.. Im not sure they even talk to each other. And they will do everything in their power to keep yor deposit.. 1st move out statement stated i stayed a wk past move out day which was not correct.. And after 3 wks of calling CAF to get this issue addressed someone finally answers and states yes they did make mistakes and should of handled better and was correcting the isssue and would get bak in touch b4 end of day.. Well at 5:08 a revised statement came thru on my email.. I laughed out loud literally.. Not only did the amount changed.. They trumped up diff charges and added s 140 water bill.. Like seriously the month i decide to move out my allocated water amount trippled that one month out of 12.. Then i left trash this time and got hit wit a trash removal fee as well as a cleaning fee👀👀👀👀.. Like if they need it that bad cool.. Ill just write my review and register my complaint wit the BBB... Like they so linked up in the dfw its unreal.. I have nvr experienced such.. B weary of the staff and mgmt companys from now on.. Find out who runs the staff and read their reviews as well because they can only do what they are taught and allowed..Lol.. Google says they arent even registered with BBB.. That states it all!

Would not recommend living here to my worst enemy. Been robbed twice seance moving here. Both times managnent refused to hire security. Door has been broken and rigged up for the last 6 months and they wont fix it. Air conditioning was out for the entire summer. Management offered to move me apartments, but then stated only if I renew my leace. Then charged me a extra month of rent because they wanted 60 day notice to vacate. Stay far away from here

These apartments are amazing for their price, quality of living and location! The whole process has been so smooth and nice thanks to all of the girls in the office who care very much about the residents here. We had a couple issues with our restroom floor needing replacement and ducts needed to be replaced as well as other small things that needed a second look at in the apartment. They managed to get our work order done within a week of our move in even though they were struggling with only 1 guy on site. SUPER HAPPY with living here, so glad we choose the 2nd floor too!! Must suck to live downstairs right in front of the parking lot!Also just wanted to let any one know that if youre worried about having bugs, these apartments are kept up with pest control... So Infestation is NOT A PROBLEM eveyone -_- If youre a dirty person youre going to get bugs and not do anything about it, but if youre a clean person youre going to prevent bugs from moving in and if you happen to get them youll do something about it instead of waiting on pest control to handle your roach problem. Ive never had a roach problem because weve made sure to prevent with something before we even see them lol
The apartments are decent but the apartment manager Jessica has terrible communication skills which is costing me even more money after my move out date. Other than that the apartment itself is good

Car has been broken into, hard to get ahold of front office, staff nice, air sucks, cracks in every window, door doesnt fully shut...Way to much activity going on outside late at night that I feel unsafe!!!
UPDATE: Westwood canyon honest review from a responsible 2 yr tenantDont underestimate The highway noise. Car wrecks on 30 have the ability of waking you up even with a white noise machine on and earplugs deep in ear canal. Loud motorcycles, 18wheelers, racing cars... Youre probably better off living next to train tracks.Floods when it rains like a river down greenway glen drive. Get ready to get your shoes soaked while jumping in/out of car.When we first moved in, Old Thermostat wasnt working. Couldnt even read what temperature it was at. Went to office to tell them someone had stuck something into it and broke it. They had no solution. We Bought a new digital one and asked maintenance if they could install it, they said no because the wiring wouldnt fit the new model. We Looked up YouTube video on how to wire. Husband installed New thermostat up and running for the entire 2 year lease.Thermostat works but what about old a.c. unit not strong enough to cool 700 sq ft? No new a.c. filter helped cool the apt. Westwood not willing to invest in new units. If you think 88°f for your apt is too hot during summer then dont move here bc thats the lowest temp. its going to get with fans ON during the hottest days.Like friendly & professional office staff? Nasty attitude is what youll get. I swear if you dont like your job please move on. I believe they need 200+ hrs of professional development on customer service. I never gave her attitude but somehow ended up receiving it. Im talking about the assistant manager.Ghetto people walking by apartments at random times during the night. Always felt unsafe. Called police multiple times for different reasons. Highschoolers getting high at doorstep, neighbors throwing parties then ending up in fights, gunshots & fireworks in the middle of the night.. I can keep going.Mailbox was broken into once. Bike was stolen from our staircase.Buildings are way too old. Hear everything from next door and below/above.One positive: no roaches/bedbugs (in my unit-we kept clean)Was returned $30 something from $350 refundable deposit bc they didnt charge me water bill for months. And for cleaning fee for apt when the apt only had minor carpet use (I had rugs at entrance and 1 large one that covered more than half of the living room) from the day we moved out. We left that apt super clean with no smells not like when we first got it, smelled like pot especially when a.c. was on. If you decide to move here, then expect nothing in return.Advice: if after all these honest reviews you still decide to move here then I suggest you change your door knobs to key ones. (On the apt community website I read a few tenants alert others about breakins.) This was the only way I felt my belongings were safe during work hours or when we were out of town. We placed all our most precious belongings in our closet and locked it every single time we left the apt. 3 doors to unlock with key every. Single. Time. When We came home. Front, bedroom, and closet.Make your $800 worth something. Find yourself a safe home Where you can actually sleep.Old review: I have definitely seen this apartment complex improve in a year. Potholes were covered, parking lot was resurfaced, and better neighbors seem to be moving in. I was surprised to see how clean the swimming pools are and Im finally considering trying them out. Im also very happy they hired a different towing company. I think its unfair to take cars within minutes and without a warning. However, my friends and family always struggle to find visitor parking. I wish that could be fixed.
Wow, I just called to inquire about a 1br 1ba and the lady I spoke to was VERY rude. Did not let me finish my sentences and kept interrupting me. She was speaking to me very mono tone like and did not sound like she knew what was going on. Because of that experience will not be looking to rent from these people.
04/24/2017 Do not rent in this location: They had a recent shooting there involving drugs and shot a person. The people involved in the shooting STILL LIVE THERE after three weeks at the apartments selling drugs!!! If you care about your children, unlike management, please do not rent there. I suspect that management must get some kickbacks for letting those people live there dispite them being involved in drugs. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else. Dont let these drug dealers take your life or your childrens life. Nothing has changed there. Management supports murders and drug dealers... They can care less about you jsut what money you got in your pocket. Surely Management will respond to this review and say their end of the story. After the eviction: If they really cared, they would have 1: Changed the locks (some how these criminals still have accress to enter whenever they want), 2: have the COURAGE to evict with full extent of the law, so they can leave the premises and 3: have Arlington Police do afterhours visits to the apartments to make sure they are gone. However, they are there still there and every day that goes by, management is willing to take the risk to have them there and that your child can be hurt or killed. EAch moment goes by. everyone is in danger with these people. This is why i think management can care less about you or your family just your money.
I was going to write a long winded complaint, but I think I will leave it as You definitely get what you pay for, maybe a little less.
