I have been to this establishment twice. The first visit was fine. On the second visit, I asked the nail tech if the tools were clean. She had just finished a pedicure. I did not see her using different tools. She became very defensive. She stated that they could not buy tools for every client. I said I was just asking if they were clean. She said that I may purchase a box for $50. I have been to other salons were the tools are removed from a plastic bag - hence CLEAN. With everything going on, one can not be ignorant. I will never go back! Buyer be ware!

VIP Nails has been go-to nail place for well over a year now. Im pretty particular with my nails and go routinely and they always do a stellar job. They are so friendly, do what you ask, and are very clean. The salon is relaxing, comfortable and contemporary. They have a giant TV which they play Netflix on. Color options are great - lots of OPI and Essie.

I was very happy with VIP nails. Everyone was super friendly. The owner was sure to come say hi and welcome me. The only reasons for 4 starts vs 5 was that they do not do dip manicure and did not offer any other type of pedicure. They had really fun color options for regular and no chip. Another great perk was they had friends playing on the big tv which was so much nicer than seeing the news. I will definitely be going back. I would recommend trying this great salon.

Beautiful interior! Friendly and professional techs and service. Extremely impressed with the sanitation as a cosmetologist myself. I don’t know her name, but she did a beautiful job on my nails taking her time and care. I’ve been looking for a new nail tech since I’ve moved here, and my search has now come to an end :)Thank you again and highly recommend!

I got a full set of gels done by Tamir. It was awesome! He took his time and didn’t rush. I’m a nail picker so he had his work cut out for him. He did so well with making them look great! They look fantastic and I have gotten so many compliments. I requested he make them shorter to look like natural nails, everyone thinks they’re my natural nails and love them! He also was so sweet and we had a great conversation!

I love the clean, conteporary look of this salon. The pedicure was perfect and I really enjoyed it. With some scrub and massage. Place looks very nice and all furniture looks like new, chair is very comfortable. And pedicure was not overpriced, just $30. Highly recommend 😊

I came here to get a pedicure and a gel French manicure before my wedding. Not only was this nail salon extremely clean, but the ladies did an amazing job on my nails. I brought my mother along and she also couldn’t believe how much time they spent on us and how meticulous they were. I couldn’t be happier and know I will be going back next time I need to get my nails done. Make sure to make an appointment! We came in on a weekday around 1 and they were already pretty busy.

I have been going to this nail salon for over a year, and it still beats out any other nail salon I’ve been to. I even drive out from Chicago! The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. They are also honest with my crazy nails idea if they know the designs won’t last or be worth the money. The salon is also clean, reasonably priced, and the tv selections are entertaining. I would strongly recommend this nail place. So far, my sister, friends, and family now choose VIP Nails over other places.

One of my close friends had recently gone to this nail salon . She made an appointment for a manicure and a pedicure, she did in fact like the pedicure, the design was very well put on and the colors were very seasonal . As for the manicure, she did not have the same experience as the pedicure . The person doing her nails, had offered to do acrylic gel nails, not very long ; an average length . after choosing the gel color, she did not in fact do the extension of the nails, it was just a standard manicure . The lady then proceeded to say there was not enough time, when they were the ones to offer and it was not busy . The person also seemed to rush, she cut the sides of her cuticles . My friend was not pleased, she did say that they do get to work as soon as you walk in which she appreciated .

Been here many times and thought they were great. My last two manicures/pedicures took hours My very last appointment was an hour and a half and I ended up with no polish because I had to leave for a doc appointment. Oka very friendly. Staff way too slow. And my nails are a mess this last time. Not worth the time and expense.

They use cheap nail polish. Mine came off the next day and once I removed it completely the nails were stained pink.Didnt remove the cuticles they way it should be done. Disappointed and definitely not coming back.

This is a wonderful, clean place, with great ventilation. There are no harsh smells, so I brought my newborn with me:).

I wandered in without any expectations and without an appointment, and I was blown away. The owner, Oka, is so friendly and skilled and the salon is clean and beautiful. I received a glorious spa pedicure and no chip manicure for my honeymoon. She joked that I should take her with me to look after my nails during the trip, but they stayed perfect! Two weeks later, the polish on my nails and toes are still completely intact, which is no small feat considering I was tubing on river rapids, rock climbing, hiking miles in close-toed shoes, and walking miles of sandy beaches barefoot. I have messed up many a mani/pedi doing FAR less than I put this set through.Okas attention to detail was perfect, and I was impressed with her dedication to using natural ingredients and no acrylics. She wrapped my toes with oil and saran wrap so that I could wear my winter boots home without damaging the pedicure, and told me to come back if I needed her to touch anything up before I left for vacation three days later.I was a little put off by the price, but for the wonderful experience PLUS the quality of the results- two weeks of perfect nails and counting- I will definitely be back.
