Workers are very nice seems like a family oriented place. Usually have a good experience here however last time I went there the person doing my nails was very rude. Other than that theh do good work and even offer drinks while you are there.

I’ve been here several times and brought friends and family. My favorite nail technician is Lynn.. my sister went to another lady once and she made her cuticles bleed because she cut her live skin.Even after I move I will continue to come all the way, just for her. The staff is friendly and always patient. Definitely recommend coming here!

As a potentially new customer I called to see if I could make an appointment . It was somewhat last minute so I completely understood that I would be taking the first available appointment. The individual who answered the phone was totally unprofessional and bordered on being rude. Needless to say I wont be patronizing this establishment.

I treated myself and my mom. This was the best pedi experience Ive ever had. My feet look brand new and feel rejuvenated. The paraffin wax smelled amazing, like peaches. Such a nice salon!

I love this nail salon. I had been going to my other salons for over a year but they did not have the selection that I found here. This salon is thorough and stays current with the trends. They also are patient and detailed in service. I get to relax and really indulge in my pampering experience.

Just had the worst experience at Toe Paradise. The man who did my nailswas repeatedly rude to me- kicked a chair - insulted me about my nails and was unbelievably rude. At one point he yelled so loud that everyone in the shop including one of the owners stopped to look at us. It was shocking and not my past experience there but has now turned me off so much from this nail salon that I will never go back. So very disappointing.

I’ve been going to Toe Paradise for years and cannot recommend it enough. All the nail techs are friendly and do wonderful work. Everything is very clean! I pass several nail places on my 35 min drive to get there, and I regret nothing. Lol

This place is horrible!! The owner doesn’t sanitize anything! People were sitting where they sit to dry their nails..I was there for 2 hours and I didn’t see once, that area being cleaned. The person who did my nails did a horrible job, with my pedicure. It’s like I never got one done. DO NOT COME HERE!! They are not following COVID guidelines. I should report them..

Just stopped in today for the first time to get a pedicure, and I will definitely be coming back! Staff was super friendly, and Kenny was awesome.. 10/10 highly recommend!

Toe paradise is by far the best quality nail salon I have ever been to. I’ve been a happily devoted client here for the last 8 years. Toe paradise has had the same group of employees since I’ve been coming here and the consistency in the quality of their services has been nothing short of excellent every single time I visit. This speaks volumes to the type of work environment that’s been maintained here over the years. The nail technicians are all very skilled and amazing at what they do. As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted with warm, friendly smiles and they’re all incredibly attentive and accommodating to your needs. Their nail products and services are always up to date and you’ll never be disappointed with the variety of selections they have. The place is always well-kept and incredibly clean. Their tools and appliances look brand new and you really can’t find a better place to give you that “relaxing and pampered” spa day vibes. 11/10 always recommend!!!

Googled nail salon close to me and this place popped up. Great customer service, I didn’t have an appointment because I was visiting from out of town, but they were very courteous in letting me it might take a while before they got to me which was understandable. I didn’t have to wait too long, the prices are reasonable, the work is great cos three weeks after I’m still rocking these nails!Will definitely come back next time I am in Chicago.

Been going here since 2015 and live over 45 minutes away i will still travel to because i cannot find another salon near me that is willing to try so many colors and patterns on my nails, i do not use artificial nails so many places deny me because they say they cant do what i want on natural nails, this place always delivers! They are all so fun and nice! Give em a one two try and take the time to develop a relationship with your manicurist you will be rewarded. They also have instituted great distaand covid precautions... They also have a reward system to sign up for.

Terrible first visit to this place for my mother and me both. The lady who worked on my mom had to drain out the water twice because she overfilled it, she burned my mom with the water, then didn’t put her sandals on before she painted and had to re-do the polish color. Both my mom and I only received one coat of polish instead of two like all places do. They rushed through the pedicures and when we mentioned all this to the manager he didn’t even say sorry or anything. Will never return to this place. Poor service and do not care about anything but making money and turning people over fast.

The Technician who did my nails was outstanding!The Salon was a bit over priced. There were 2 of us 1 full set 1 manicure it was 95.00, not including tip.

Love this place!!!! Id given up on getting my nails done due to either poor service, price, or quality... When I moved around the area a coworker recommended them so I went in skeptically ready to give up doing my nails and feeling girly....and turned out to be my go-to nail place I dont always go and sometimes theyre booked and you wait a little extra but they always make it right!!!! Theyre wonderful people and have excellent customer service! I always leave happy. 12/10 would recommend!

First timer here. I had the most gorgeous set of pink and white ombré nails done today. They took their time, and were VERY gentle with the drill. Everything was so clean and ORGANIZED! Wow!! They had sanitizing practices that I haven’t seen in other nail salons. This is definitely my new go-to salon!!

I moved to AH about a year ago and previously never had that “one” salon I would continue to go back to. It was always hard to find a salon/nail tech that did a great job continuously and was affordable... until I found Toe Paradise!!! If you’re around the area and this salon is in your reach, it is 1000% worth it. I don’t have a specific nail tech because ALL NAIL TECHS HERE KILL IT! My nails look amazing no matter who I get. I just moved to the area, and me and my friend started to go here and havent looked back! Theyre very flexible, they are up to regulations in regards to covid. They have plenty of colors, a big open space, and great nail techs all around. Havent had any issues here my nails last longer than usual. Check them out they will take care of you

The owners, LT and Lynn are extremely committed to the safety of their staff and clients! I always enjoy a fabulous pedicure when I have time! If you need some pampering, they are talking all precautions including taking temperature, shields at every station to protect everyone, clients separated by a chair for pedicure and thoroughly disinfected every evening as well as strict processes between services. I highly recommend Toe Paradise!

Their work is so bad, I got my nails done twice and everytime I had pain in my nails and even the nails were chipping off. Plus the staff is so rude.

Toe Paradise is the ultimate nail salon. I’m very picky when it comes to nail salons, and I have been coming here for about 6 years. They’re so clean and kind and always making sure they provide the top service. They’re also such a great team, I have had my nails done by pretty much everyone over the years and each time was awesome. Love this place and highly recommend!

The moment you walk in the owner is at the front desk and she was a really kind person. I’ve been coming to this place for nearly four years now for a few good reasons. Number one - the hygiene. This is the only place I know where you’ll soak your feet in a plastic bag wrapped foot bath, and everything else is perfectly sanitary. Number two - his name is Vinnie. He’s a professional perfectionist. He listens and understands, has an extremely fun and friendly disposition and is simply a pleasure to be around. Number three - the choice of colors and methods of color application. I have not seen such a vast color selection anywhere else. The place was recently renovated and expanded and the interior is quite relaxing for such a busy place. Would I recommend it - definitely!

Recently remodeled, Toe Paradise is a great salon. Tanya is my preferred tech, though they all seem great. She does a great job and provides lots of suggestions for best value services and polish colors and brands. The place is spotless and her technique never leaves me in pain from cuticles cut too short or feet scrubbed too raw.

Only complaint is sometimes with an appointment you still have to wait as they seem to overbook a lot. Otherwise highly satisfied and only place I will go! Max is my usual technician and he is just amazing

1st time visit on a Monday. Greeted immediately and Jason fixed the shape of my nails and gave me a nice foil design. A little pricey for me, but satisfied with the service. My second appointment I wanted ombré nails and got blotchy nails.

Love love love this place to get my pedicures!! Everything is super clean and neat. The people here are friendly and helpful. Hey have a wide selection on regular nail polish and of no chip. They also have a menu of different types of pedicures with fragrant scrubs and lotions. The prices are reasonable. Good to call ahead because walk ins may have to wait awhile.

If you’re looking for a quick, simple one color polish, this place may be for you. My nail tech did a wonderful job with my nails. However, when I showed a picture just to show an idea of what I was looking for they told me they couldn’t do it. That was a bit upsetting (especially for the price I paid). So if you have a reference photo from Instagram/Pinterest and take it to this salon, I doubt they would be able to grant your wish.But again, if you’re just looking for a solid one color no chip, this place does a nice job.

Omg i love this place! It was my first time experiencing Toe Paradise and the vibe was so different than other places I’ve been to. I went to this place because of the reviews and l fell in love with my full set nails! Though the guy who took me should’ve taken his time with my nails, seems like they’re not adjusted right. Specially my ring finger nails. They looked glued on. I’m very disappointed because I tipped the guy so good and can’t go back because I’m vacation already!!! :(

This place is simply unprofessional. They dont help pick the color and show attitude on top of it, while all of the color sample trays are old, dusty and faded. Whoever is scheduling appts does not understand English, and sets up appts for something completely else. Male manicurists however you even call those guys, should have not been in that business to start with. Not mentioning they dont even ask how to file your nails and hold your hand like piece of wood till its numb. Overall terrible experience-DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Do not wax your eyebrows here! One bad experience and we wont be back!My daughter started coming here for full sets because of great reviews. I started bringing my younger daughter for full sets as well. Although my older daughter was still having a good experience with her fills my younger daughters quality was not as good. Needless to say the three of us along with my mother in law booked 4 pedis and a full set before vacation (just a week after my younger daughter had a fill) she had lost a nail.... we asked for them to fix the one nail and was refused. Really!!?? One nail.... anyway as we were waiting for my mother in laws full set to be finished my older daughter went in to get her eyebrows waxed. As you see in the picture.... this is not a chemical burn, it is frankly no experience in waxing brows ... the girl that waxed her brows has no business waxing.... this was a lifted bruise of the eyebrow. She obviously does not know how to wax! We wont be back! This picture is 12 hours after the waxing.

LT was great!!! He was very funny and conversational! He listened to what I wanted, offered water and took his time with my nails. Didn’t try to make any extra bucks by offering extra. For months I had gone from person to person at other salons with horrible no chips. They peeled, they were warped, they were already grown out they we painted so far from the cuticle!! LT was amazing!! So happy and will definitely be back :)

The worst experience I have ever had! I step by for no chip and the “ technician “ named Jason “took care” of me. The “ service “ was so painful and that Jason was so rude! When I noticed my nails are so curvy I mentioned that I used to do nails long time ago and can you believe what he said... “ I don’t care what you think...” Two minutes after I already realized that Jason has some mental disorders... I know that’s not funny, but he is not supposed to work there...plus he was also blind... At the end all my nails were different length and wide... I didn’t said anything, because he was so abusive and aggressive, he yelled at me and I was so scared of him... that’s absolutely unacceptable... I assume that this person is a relative of the owner, a son or a cousin and this is the reason he is giving him a job and a chance to make money... but this shouldn’t be at the expense of customers... at the end I paid 45$ and tipped him with another 6$ because I already felt so sorry for him... that boy is not supposed to work there and I’m definitely going to report this! On the next day I went to another nail place so they took everything off and did all over again... I’m still trying to realize what happened to me...

I like to come to this location for my pedicure done.They have some nice treatments and are nice to wokr with. Nail services are not the best in the area. But thye do have a lot of people working and a lot colors to choose from.

Tanya is the best for a dip manicure and always helps me to pick a beautiful color! Clean facility and friendly staff. Love to have a glass of wine while I have my nails done after work.

I’ve been here a few times with great service. However today, I went for a Mani-Pedi (had an appt). I felt I was rushed and the “massage” to my legs and hands was VERY short and not satisfactory (I could’ve done better myself).Not sure if it was the technicians or......I also was not given a selection for my pedicure. I always upgrade. Obviously not today. Apparently they weren’t interested in making more money. Or didn’t have the time.I’m always a good tipper ($17.00 today which included eye brows, standard pedicure and manicure with no chip. Regular polish for pedicure).I would think that each technician would do a GREAT job in order to get a GREAT tip.When I go again (which I will), I hope to get technicians that actually want a good tip.If it happens again, I’ll tip accordingly. Not like today. Just my feedback.

Love this place to get my no chip manicures. I also get my eyebrows done here. Very friendly service and not too bad on prices. I always have a glass of wine whenever Im there too. Theyve a lot of colors to choose from as well. Have to bring cash for tips though.

I would not recommend this salon. Three of us went there for mani/pedis. Even with three different techs we all left feeling the same way. It felt like a production line. The techs were not friendly and everything felt rushed. Instead of a foot and leg massage, I got an intermittent leg pounding with lots of stops so she could talk to the tech next to her. The foot bath water was scalding, as was the hot towel wrap, she was very rough with all the tools, and with all her pausing to check her text messages, it seemed like she had much better things to do. My polish is bumpy too so I cant even say that was ok. On top of all that the reason we were trying this place is because my daughter wanted nail art for school. She couldnt even get that because the tech forgot and put on glitter polish instead.

DO NOT COME HERE YOUR NAILS COME OFF TWO DAYS LATER & THEY DO NOT REFUND YPU OR ACCOMODATE!!!! I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS I PAID 70$ FOR MY NAILS TO COME OFF WITHIN TWO DAYS!!!!!!!!

Very clean and an average job on nails. Not great not bad but since I see clients on a daily basis Im looking for great. Could be more comfortable and more friendly service/talking to customers instead of co workers especially in other language for extended time, although some is okay I felt it was 80/20.

Waited awhile. Told me that they take walk ins but appointments will have to sit and wait. Kenny did my nails good and took his time which I enjoyed..but as far as all other employees the kept staring at me since I was someone new..kinda pricey..just make sure you make an appointment before you go..

I’ve been coming here for over a year and they’ve recently changed their no-chip nail polish that it stains terribly in less than 5 hours of application. I complained every time I went back but it never changed. Certainly will not be coming back here. :( they’re good people tho!

I found this place through its great reviews online. So I had to check it out myself because the last 3 places I went to by my work were really careless. The staff at Toe Paradise is Extra friendly, I fell like I got to know almost all of them so far. They take their time on every customer so I always walk out really pleased. The shape is always perfect and my nails look like candy for 2 weeks. I have no plans of going anywhere else :)

This is my favorite nail place. They are clean, friendly and super talented. I have never had a crooked nail or a subpar looking manicure. My mother has arthritis in her hands and after I brought her here and she found Lisa, who is gentle with her knuckles and mindful of my mothers limitations, she will not go anywhere else. The recent remodel gave the teqnitians more room and an open feeling to the shop. I would recommend anyone who has had a bad experience with other salons to try this place. If you have a design in mind they will do there best to create it on your finger nails. Horrible place

I had a mixed experience at toe paradise. In a local moms group it was so highly recommended after they reopened from their remodel. It was 20% off, so I figured Id give it a shot.I got a mani/pedi/wax.Pedi was nice- I got one up from their basic and it was generally relaxing, nice amount of massage, paraffin wax, good scrub, good in length and comfy massage chairs. The lady doing my pedicure was REALLY rough with the cuticle cutters.. but tollerable since everything else was great.The wax was with one of the owners. it was fast, my brows look good and Im satisfied enough said.The mani was really average at best. I had recently grown out my nails to a beautiful length andtheyre healthy. she asked if I wanted them cut, i said no, just shaped and showed a picture of the oval shape I wanted. She said she needed to trim a little to even then out. Well I may as well have no grown them out because all the length is gone :-(.Again she was brutal with the cuticle cutters, scraped up my nails- some couldnt even be buffed out and I had to ask a couple hang nails to be cut that werent there when I came in..the paint job is really average at best. Theres bumps and some of the color is uneven. Im a bit disappointed but glad i just had a regular mani not a no chip, because I wont be too devastated to take this off for my csection in a week.Overall, nice salon. Friendly staff. You can tell theyre very close with their regulars. Great wax, good pedi, and my specific tech- super average mani. And I did speak up a few times when I noticed bumps in the polish or a cotton fuzz stuck on the nail getting painted over, but it just lacked attention to detail which makes me uneasy, and I get my nails done to relax..
