I am very disappointed! the owner had done my nails and not only did he not do what i wanted…i even showed him the picture of the blue and picked out the color…he did his own thing. I want leaving for vacation right after my appointment and i 26 hours later got to the hotel and my nail broke. then i call to talk to them and they give me nothing but disrespect! i will never step foot in this building again! learn how to treat customers!!!! waste of $75

Great experience! The place was clean and the employees were very professional. 5 out of 5 stars. I cant wait to go back!!!

Service was for the most part good except I felt like he was a little rushed since I had my appointment at 6:30. The picture on the left is what I got, picture #2 on the right is what I wanted. The nails are super clean and done well HOWEVER, they are not very good at picking correct colors to match want you want. I feel like you can barely tell it’s an ombré. You can also see the sheerness(can see line from where nail starts) on the orange. I don’t love them, I think they look kind of tacky. Maybe they didn’t have those colors in dip, I’m not sure.

I am very pleased. He(danny I believe im unsure) made one of my nails crooked and then re did it. Im very pleased with his service. He asked me multiple times if it was whT i wanted and I appreciated that. I will be coming back here!

I got my nails done at a different salon and the design I have on my middle finger was done poorly I wasn’t happy with the design so I called the Natural Nail bar and asked if they could fit me in and fix my nail. They got me in ASAP! Chay fixed my design and the price was very reasonable, I will be coming back.

I had made an appointment a week before we came in. I was bringing my daughter in for a special night since she was in from California. I thought the Nail Bar would be a nice experience. It was not. We had our pedicures done first, that was fine. When they took us out to do our manicures, my daughter was out there first and they argued over who was going to have to do her manicure because NO ONE WANTED to do it. When I got out there to get my manicure, they moved me to three different chairs because they were all arguing over who was going to do my nails. Because NO ONE WANTED to do my manicure either. It seemed it was the end of shift for many people and they just wanted to go home. The person who did my nails, did them so fast, it was far from a nice experience, it was almost comical. Checked his cell phone during my manicure, it was so apparent that he just wanted to get done and leave.I totally could see if my daughter and I had just walked in and expected to get these services done, but we did not. I had an appointment a week in advance hoping to have a good experience. I left a tip for each person, which I now regret because Im not sure that they deserved it. It was an expensive night for a poor experience.I also had someone sitting next to me, and I said I feel like I am in a factory where they were trying to get people in and out as fast as possible, not a spa, and she agreed with me. It was not a relaxing experience. I will not be back as it is more expensive than many other places, and my experience was not that of a place who should be charging more.

Kate was awesome she did a really nice job on my toes. Ben did my nails in record time and they turned out amazing.Natural Nails is a little pricey compared to other places but worth it.

Got a gel manicure. Called last minute and they fit me in even though they probably shouldn’t have. It was balls to the walls busy in there and the receptionist was so stressed out she couldn’t stop sighing and rolling her eyes. BUT my glitter gradient gel manicure came out great and MOST importantly, it has held up without chips for over two weeks. Can’t beat that. I’ll be back biweekly until the heat death of the universe.

The staff at Natural Nail Bar are top notch.. I booked a pedicure/manicure combo with anyone available. When I booked it I noted that I was hoping that Chay could do my manicure. She is so pleasant to work with and is extremely talented. However she was unavailable all week, and I needed them done for a Wedding on Saturday. I got a call the next morning that she had an opening from a cancelation. I truly lucked out!! She gave me the most beautiful manicure with gorgeous nail art. It is exactly what I was hoping for. Kevin is also great at his job, he gave me a very relaxing, lovely pedicure. My toes look so cute. Thank you to all the staff at Natural Nail bar for having a clean, safe place. It will always be the place that I go back to to get my nails done. Thank you!

I have always loved coming here for pedicures because the space is so relaxing. I had Lou for my pedicure today and she was so sweet and my toes look great!

They do a decent job but I always wait so long for my service to begin even if I have an appointment. As I sit here and write this, I am still waiting to begin my 6:30 appointment and it is 6:54. No one has said a single word to me after I checked in at 6:25. I might as well leave.

The pedicure was amazing! The ambiance was relaxing. The hot stones were fantastic! My toes are cute. Will be back!

I’ve gone here twice now, and the staff is always super friendly and do an amazing job. I also love how clean the shop is and that they have sterilization boxes (not sure of what they are called) but it makes me feel super safe knowing that they have them. I’ve gone to two different artists there and would recommend them both highly. I can’t say enough nice things about it, it really is five stars.

Tony did a fabulous job today once again! They always turn out exactly how I would like them. The skill and attention to detail is evident within their work as well as passion! The environment is always calm, peaceful, and friendly!

I dont get my nails done or treat myself very often so I never know where to go or what Im talking about when they ask me what I want. Chay always does an AWESOME job!! A little snafu with the desk booking my appointment 3 weeks ago; but Chay was able to get me in the next day. But then I was able to get in later in this afternoon thanks to a client who decided to get regular old fashion polish!

Had a fantastic experience! Very nice and helpful staff. Beautiful color selection, more so than my usual salon. My salon is under construction to expand, but needed my nails done. Reasonable pricing, and the fella that did my nails (Kevin) was extremely accurate and precise. Will definitely be going back!I had to give this review an update. I soooo enjoy this place! My fiance FINALLY talked me into having a pedicure, as Ive never had one before. I agreed on the condition he join me and have one, too. He so agreed and we partook....with ZERO REGRETS! We were both just simply amazed to be led back to such a serene and relaxing environment. I opted for the $50 pedicure and oh my...soooo worth it!!! The lady ever so gently took my pedicure virginity, and I enjoyed every minute! My pedicure consisted of the usual along with rubbing and wrapping my calves in a warm towel. I enjoyed a green tea soak, complete with a parafin foot wax. This took about an hour. Lemme tell yall.....it was one of THE BEST hours of my life! To say Im definitely doing that again is an understatement!

Loved the pedicure but the manicure wasn’t up to my expectations. A couple of my nails are crooked and the color wasn’t exactly what I wanted. My cuticles weren’t cut. The pedicure was very nice though. Nice chairs to sit in and the waterfall backdrop is pretty.

My experience today was the best I have had in a long time my technician was amazing & it was so relaxing I would recommend to anyone. I drove 40 mins and well worth it. I will be back!

I asked the tech 3 times for green nails, still gave me black ones. 2 of the nails are crooked, and the pinkies are super chunky looking. And they are so far away from my cuticles they look like theyve already been on for a week and I got them 2 days ago. Also did the design on my ring finger when I asked for it on my pointer. Will never go back again

I called 2 weeks in advance to set up this appointment, I told them I wanted acrylic full set. I was told to show up 15 minutes early. I get there, sign in which they had issues with, then they don’t know who to have me work with. I take a seat, pick a color, then a gentleman starts working on my nails. Didn’t ask one question at first, then he goes “do you want to use your real nails?” I said “no i want acrylic full set”. Apparently this guy only does SNS. Then this lady came over and made me feel bad for not wanting SNS. I get moved for the 4th time 15 minutes past my appointment time. Another gentleman starts doing my nails, doesn’t talk to me the whole time. My nails turned out absolutely terrible. He didn’t do half the stuff you need to, to make the nails look natural and nice. I have never been so unhappy with a business. I get up to pay, he then brings me this survey card and stands over me to watch what I put. I was so uncomfortable. 10/10 would not recommend.

Came in for the first time as a recommendation from a friend and left with very nice nails! Was nervous to come in but service was way better than anywhere I had been before and they were sanitary. Excited to see the new salon!

This place is completely overpriced. I got my nails done on Saturday and the next Friday one of my nails had already fallen out. If I’m paying $65 to get a full set of nails I don’t think it’s okay for them to come off in less then a week. The girl I had was horrible. She had not cleaned off her brush prior to working with me and got glitter all over my nails (I had not asked for glitter). Once I corrected her she rolled her eyes and chipped out the glitter without even smoothing them over after!!! Not only do I still have some glitter in my nails, but I now have chips in my nails. I will never go to this salon ever again and I hope everyone can take this review into consideration before scheduling an appointment. Overpriced low quality nails. No thank you.

I’ve gotten SNS completed on my nails at Natural Nail bar nearly every three weeks since the summer of 2018. They do great work! Recently, my bridesmaids, mother-in-law, and I had manicures and pedicures the night before my wedding. Everyone in the party was impressed with the business and my nails looked great for my big day. I hear Natural Nail bar is expanding and I can’t wait! They’re also fairly good with COVID procedures from what I’ve witnessed.

I went there on Thursday to get a new set done. I heard so many good things about this place, so I was excited! When I got there I was told to pick a color and soak right away. I told the lady I need to person redoing my set to look at them first because I’m picky on the thickness and curve. It was about 15 minutes and two people asked me if I was there for a fix, I said no a full set. One of people who asked me that came back and told me I need to sit here for service not there. Nothing right right after that.Long story short, he didn’t put tips on (I wanted them), didn’t do the shape I wanted( and the shape he did isn’t the same on every nail and every nail is a different length) he hurt most of my fingers (either cutting with the Dremel or by the filing board) 3 of them are still hurting and today I noticed there are gaps of area around my fingernail that doesn’t have and dip. It was probably the worse experience I had in a nail salon.

The worst customer service I ever seen in a nail salon, they gave me gel without asking, charged me for it, charged me for coffin nails but clearly I got square nails, didnt do my feet properly then got offended when I asked them to do it the right way etc. the worst nail experience EVER and Ive been getting my nails done since 2005. then had the nerve to be overly priced and charge for stuff I didnt have, and dont let me even get started on the pedicure didnt even offer a discount based off how unhappy I was with their services and the managers attitude when I brought it to her attention is the most unprofessional thing Ive ever experienced in my life, how can you tell me you dont have time for this because you have customers because I dont agree with the prices your charging me and need a clear understanding. I will NEVER step foot in this place again THE WORST

Dingy atmosphere. Pushy nail techs trying to make you do more expensive products. People walking around hovering over nail techs,watching everything. Very unprofessional behavior. Unorganized. I dont understand why they use a dremel for everything, ruining your nails, and worst of all making you soak your hands in acetone that is heated up, and is hot. It also runs your nails, and kept pushing my hands into the hot bag of acetone.. Asked for sqoval shape more square and very sharp. I had to file my own nails at home. Not worth the money I had to pay. Dont waste your money on the bad service. Never again!!!

Got my nails done here all the time and they always look GREATEST. I got the dipping one and love it and they last for so long without any chipping or nothing, my nail bet seams so much better and stronger. Love their atmosphere and they know what theyre doing. Highly recommend.

I had my hands soaking in acetone for almost 30 minutes. They used a dremmel on my natural nails as they would on someone with fake nails. My nails are now brittle and soft after this manicure. Not the experience i was seeking after seeing the reviews they had on the web page. The 3rd person to work on me was detailed but by that time my hands were sore from the soaking in acetone.

I was highly disappointed with the acryllic and gel ploish set of nails that i got today! The SNS was heavily pushed on me instead and trying to talk me out of what i actually wanted. The person doing them didnt seem to know what they were doing and cut me and made me bleed numerous times. My hands r throbbing right now! The polish job was soooo rushed and sloppy my 8 year old could have done better. I had high hopes but will NEVER be returning here!

My technician gave a great pedicure.

I have gone here for a while and the past 4 times that I have been in to get my nails done I have hated them. I was told that a certain glitter would look better as I proceed to say I wanted the white glitter and the nail technician refused to give me the white glitter. So I settled with the silver glitter. The nails just look off overall and I was not satisfied with the nails at all. The nails also look like fish tails and I hate them.

I have frequented this salon many times over the years with great experiences. However the last two appointments were very disappointing. Especially the lack of cleanliness. The amount of dirt and dust and filth on the work station and sink area was disgusting. The polish bottles were coagulated with layers of sloppily spilled polish. I asked for a powder dip and received one layer of dip and had to ask for two. It was barely enough for a base coat. My nails were not filed evenly. And they topped the dip with a coat of gel polish. Also, the tools they used were NOT sterilized. I had to request a freshly sanitized pack. All in all there was very little effort on their part to provide a clean professional service. I’m giving two stars instead of one because they were friendly.

I have been going to this nail salon since it first opened. Each time I go, service is spectacular. However, I have been living out of state for three years and look forward to coming here when I’m back in town. I had a gift card that I received as a birthday gift and waited eight months to use. Today, the service was very subpar. Booking an appointment online was simple. Once I got to the salon, the lady who checked me in was rude. The gentleman who did my nails was just awful. His hands were super rough and nails were filled with dirt. 🤢 He tried to convince me to do a different shape when I asked three times to have my desired shape. When he brought out the color, it was wrong but I actually liked it so I didn’t bother to correct him. He then again filed my nails however, he filed the skin by my nails to the point that they are raw and hurt. This experience was terrible, I’m now hesitant to go back.

After looking at the photos I gave this nail salon a try because I like a natural look. The service was great, I would give David 5 stars! TheyUThey did continue to push SNS when I usually get acrylic, and now I think I know why! The gel peeled right off on a couple nails within days. I went to get one fixed/repainted and now two more have peeled off. I paid over $100 for my nails and I shouldnt have to continue to get them repainted. I dont have time for that either.

Very clean 😁 and the technicians are all great. They do a good job on the designs..I get the SNS nails and they last a long time. Love the manicure. Didnt get a pedicure this time but they make your feet feel wonderful.

The receptionist suggested the color and design and I love my beautiful vacation nails. Everyone working here is friendly, helpful and makes you feel sp relaxed and special. I’ve been going to The Natural Nail Bar since Spring 2018 and now won’t go anywhere else. Janie does a fantastic job on my nails, no matter how much I challenge her with difficult nail designs including foxes, birds, and snowmen. The place is clean and all their tools are top notch. Janie’s husband Anthony is great. All of the team is friendly and professional. I go once a month and have never been disappointed. Book early though! They are truly busy!

I told the guy that I wanted my nails one full color but he said I could only get ombré, my nails were crooked and oddly shaped, he filed my nails down shorter than I wanted them, he cut me multiple times and when I talked to them about it she said that they could take $10 off but if I wanted my nails redone then I’d have to pay for a new set

I was introduced to Natural Nail bar by a friend in December 2019. Daughter / Mommy days here are a must !The professional team at Natural Nail bar is very good at what they do, and keeps me coming back for more. There is honestly no other place I would rather go.

I have to disagree with Angela. Every time I get my nails done here the girls that are “the face” of the salon are awsesome. It is a very popular nail salon and therefore the receptionist is always busy, but never have any of the girls been rude. They always make me feel welcome and I enjoy talking and joking with them, esp the receptionist she is referring to. They are also great at helping pick out designs and colors. Everyone there is awesome!!! I love the people, the services...the entire experience!

It was the first time I went for a pedicure and I got an infection. I have never had a problem with my feet until the Natural Nail Bar. I don’t think they use clean tools or clean anything worst pedicure and to get an infection on top of that! Worst experience ever

My sisters and I went for pedicures there. They did a good job. They have 3 different options for pedicures. Its really based on how long you want the foot massages. I got the shellac which was an added $15. I had Pete and he did a good job.

Absolutely horrible. DO NOT GO HERE. I had gotten my nails done this morning two of them broke off by 1 in the afternoon after opening a door for crying out loud. I called natural nail bar in a frantic seeing if there was any possible way that I could get them fixed today before I leave for Arizona at 8:30 tonight. They said they do not take daytime appointments for some reason. They then offered to get me in on Monday after I had explained that I was leaving for Arizona and I will be out of town. They were not willing to compromise with me in anyway which was very unfortunate. I offered to pay full price for the nails and everything all over again after I had already spent $40 on them this morning. absolutely ridiculous will never ever recommend this place to anyone.

I went to the Natural Nail Bar for a pedicure. I treated myself to the all inclusive package. It was the most amazing experience, it was wonderful, relaxing with no rushing. Low lights, soft music and the best massage I have ever had. I have had pedicures before, but this was by far the best - amazing!!

Ive been to the Natural Nail Bar a handful of times. Its always been decent, but not exceptional. Today, I looked forward to a pedicure a few months post ankle surgery. She had already chuckled rudely at my color choices, but I brushed it off as a language barrier. She put some callous cream on the bottom of my foot, and it splashed onto my leg. I told her it was hurting and she ignored me. I wiped it off myself, but it clearly needed to be washed with water, because it burned my skin to the point of blistering. When she finally realized it was happening she just kept telling me it was a dry skin patch. Then, she continually twisted my (still sore) ankle so she could get a better look at the back of my leg. I really just wanted to move on with it, and continually told her it was alright asking her to leave my leg alone. Instead, she started yelling across the room for someone else to come look at it. Ultimately, the person I think was the owner came over and tried to cheer me up with light conversation. Honestly, the humiliation of becoming the center of attention and the ankle twisting was even worse than the mild burn. Then, I still paid full price for the worst pedicure experience Ive ever had. The owner offered truly sincere apologies on behalf of his employee, and gave me a $10.00 gift card for my next visit, though I doubt Ill ever be back. I understand human error, but she shouldnt have ignored it and the way it was handled after was a bit ridiculous.

Today I visited Natural Nail Bar for the first time and I am SO INCREDIBLY PLEASED with my experience!! From start to finish I enjoyed a relaxing atmosphere, friendly people, and quality work. Giana was my nail tech and she was fantastic, although everyone there seemed to be doing a great job on their clients as well. I cant wait to come back! My total cost was even less than I expected! I definitely recommend anyone to come check this nail salon out for any nail service. Id encourage you to make an appointment though, because its clear they have a big following and are often busy.

My husband booked a surprise mani pedi day for me at natural nail bar this past weekend. When I arrived the receptionist was on the phone, I stood there patiently waiting and she never even looked up. After she hung up she looked at me asked what I was there for and if I had an appointment, then told me to “pick out a color”. I quickly did and then once again waited while she talked to two other customers for at least 5 minutes. Another employee asked if I was ready and directed me to the back for my pedicure. The pedicure was nice however the massage chair would only work for 1 minute and kept shutting off. The employees seemed to get annoyed at me as I touched the buttons to reset it.Once again the same receptionist stops back to inform me my husband is on the phone and wants to pay for my service, she asks what I am getting “pedicure”, “which one”, “gel, designs”. Blurting then out one after another then says “so how do you rate your service, excellent, good or poor”. This is all halfway through my first service! How do you reply to that? Moving on, I get my manicure and it’s awesome!I go to leave a tip and because I had two different employees I said, please split it in half, $7.50 each. She says “we don’t do that”, you need to give in even dollars.This woman is supposed to be the face of this salon and because of her I will never be back. Too many other options with much friendlier faces!
