Absolutely love all of the girls at CNS. Super friendly, helpful, and you can tell they love what they do. Pedi’s are never rushed and I love how they have the privacy curtains up so you can really relax. Competitive pricing and great quality every time I’m in there getting my nails or toes done. Also, May is amazing at acrylics and shaping my nails exactly how I like them. She tries her best to accommodate my crazy schedule. She is truly a gem when it comes to customer care. I wouldn’t take my business elsewhere!

I have never had acrylics last so long or even a gel pedicure. They take the time to do it right and they wont ever let you leave unsatisfied. This is the ONLY nail salon I will visit. Also, you just feel glamorous when you visit, the location is beautiful ❤️

Color and finish of my Gel set was beautiful. But I had 3 nails loose with one almost off within about 2 weeks. The pedicure was great and they are LGBTQ friendly 🏳️‍⚧️ 🏳️‍🌈

They were amazing! I was being a bit difficult with my nails since things were not turning out how I thought they would. The two women there helping me were so accommodating and sweet about making sure I left happy. Recommend for sure!

I really want to love this place. It is so serene and clean and staff is very friendly. However, as a previous review said, workmanship was poor. I had the most expensive pedicure to start. I do not feel for the price that I was given a proper pedicure with the massages included. The French manicure I received second was incomplete, of which I didnt notice until I was gone. The right hand didnt even have the coating on it. I did turn around and go back and a gentleman fixed it promptly. So I am appreciative of that. And I noticed this evening that the white tips dont even cover my entire width of my nail bed! Also, nails are crooked. For paying over a hundred dollars to pamper myself for a family members wedding, I expected a little better of an experience. I may go back to try for a better experience, but definitely will only buy the basic services.

A very good friend of mine went there and was treated very poorly by May who I used to go to but will never again. Her experience was in nail color which was t the color she picked out by the previous owner and had it redone and then came back when May took over to just look at the nail colors and May said you’ve done this before so don’t think we’re doing them again for free in front of another customer and that is beyond rude on Mays part. Such a horrible experience for her so I told her to go and see Jay at top nails cause he is the best and his one girl does great pedicures

My wife has been having her nails done for a long time. Enamel was her standard because they lasted longer than the regular polish. This place uses a powder type polish that stays on and looks great for several weeks.

At first it started well and spiraled downward after my pedicure. Near the end of my pedicure the technician told me that she was going to have someone else finish since she had an appointment. That’s fine and understandable until the second technician started my manicure and then shuffled me off to a third technician because he too had an appointment come in. The third technician had no desire to finish my nails. In the midst of it she said the no chip nail polish was bad (it was the base that was bad as she put it on it was clumpy). She then proceeded throw a bowl of acetone on the table, instructed a child (under the age of 18 and not a licensed technician to remove my polish). She then went to go work on a different client while this CHILD attempted to take off my polish. This poor child had no idea what she was doing and burned my hands with boiling hot water. At this point I had lost my patience and requested that the polish be removed as I had to go. I had been there an hour and 45 minutes only to walk out with a pedicure and I arrived right as they opened at 10am. Terrible experience. Will NEVER go back there again.

First time there today. Friendly people, great atmosphere, clean and welcoming! Nails look great and they took their time on the manicure and polish. I will definitely go back! Give them a try if you havent yet. I have been to a few other places in Appleton and have not been happy - this was a much better experience!

DO NOT GO HERE! Middle aged lady did my nails. I have never had such a bad experience... I got acrylic nails and she did it in 30 minutes top! When I left my fingernails looked like clown shoes...Cons:-Too fast-Very rough-Left to do something else while in the middle of doing my nails.-Didnt ask if I wanted natural nails clipped.-Left with cuticles hanging off my fingers.-Charged for nail shaping without doing any shaping.-Nail polish was on my skin and she did not clean up the uneven nail polish.PLEASE save your money. Will never go here again.

May is a gift from the nail gods

I have been there a few times and each time my service gets worse. This last time, I went in and had an appointment--staff didnt seem ready for me. I got a fill and the tech did not do a good job. Less than 72 hours after, my shellac started to chip and I had to use my own darker polish to go over it so it wouldnt look so ridiculous before the holidays. 5 days later, my nail broke right off! I have never had this happen before as I have had acrylics for years! I paid $35 for a fill which is expensive compared to other nail salons in the area. I am hopeful they will fix it before the holidays! After they fix it, I am not going back.

Took time on the pedicure and really did an amazing massage. Probably the best Ive ever had. I wish they had the rolling massage chairs, but everything is very clean and the nail technicians always have a smile.

Twice I’ve come with an appointment made. First time I waited 20min to even get started. Second time I sat for 30min. Got my SNS removed and I won’t be back. Three nail techs for five customers. The third nail tech didn’t even come to help until I was there for almost 20min. I won’t be coming back.

Everytime I visit I get EXCELLENT service. The salon is upscale and very clean. I highly recommend!!!

The environment is clean and serine but the work is poor. I went in for a shellac manicure, within five days, the polish had peeled off eight of the nails. I went back and they graciously offered to re-polish my nails at no cost (which i very much appreciated it) However, the shellac started peeling off again, after two days. With shellac manicures at other places, I can go 2-3 weeks without polish chipping or coming off, not the case here.

The nail techs are awesome! You will never feel rushed and the salon is immaculate. Highly recommend.

I got a mani/pedi today. They were very busy with the holiday so there was a slight delay before they were able to begin for my scheduled appointment time. With that being said, I was continually checked on to make sure I was well taken care of. Everyone was very nice and polite overall. The gentleman that did both my mani/pedi did an awesome job. He had quite a high attention to detail and was very nice. After my appointment was over, I had two of my nails need additional attention after I paid because they accidentally caught on something in my purse. He didnt hesitate to fix them. It was my first time at Cartier Nails and it wont be my last. Thank you for making my treat yourself day so relaxing despite the influx of business.

Did not receive good service. They kept pressuring me to get shellac or SNS when all I wanted was to have my SNS removed and a manicure with regular nail polish. They did not ask if I wanted my nails trimmed so when I asked the person doing my nails got upset. My polish chipped in less than 24 hours. Will not return.

Expensive for poor work. But from a distance nails look good. Only positive thing is their lotion smells good.

1 nail is crooked and the rest are all uneven and very thick. Loved the service and color, but disappointed in the workmanship and didn’t realize how uneven they were until after I left.
