When I got to the salon, I had to wait an hour as there was no one in there. There was 4 people working and apparently only one of them knew how to do nails. I asked the guy if he could do a plaid design on my nail and he said yes. Half way through the appointment, he told me he could not do the design I wanted. Then instead of the plaid, I asked for sparkles. They did not put the sparkles I wanted on my nail. So I said that is not the right sparkles. So he redid my nail for the 3rd time. Also none of my nails are the same shape, They are very bumpy, my nails are already chipping after 4 days, and my nails have air bubbles under the polish. Not to mention, this place is very dirty! DON´T get your nails done there!!!!

The people were nice but the quality of my nails did not turn out as expected. My friend and I got acrylics and some of our nails were separated from the acrylics leaving a gap in between the layers. The nails on my left hand are drastically longer then the ones on my right hand and some of the nails are slightly slanted. Lastly the gel polished felt uneven with some nails being bumpy or one being too thick.

Guy who did my nails did not listen to me. I had to explain several times I wanted him to repair a cracked nail. He said ok but didnt repair. I kept questioning him and he just kept ignoring me. When done, I didnt like color so he added another layer. Ok with color. But would not recommend this place. First time ever I did not tip. When totally done he roughed the edges, taking the color off the tips and leaving all the edges uneven and no longer smooth. Color on my fingers, nails are not smooth. Just overall not a professional job at all.

Honestly the worst place ever. There was no one in there and my sister and I had to wait an hour to get our nails done. Didnt even do them how we liked. They looked absolutely terrible, rough and uneven. They ALL fell off within 2 DAYS! If I wanted nails to not stay one for very long I woulda just went to walmart and bought them and save the $80 that I paid for our nails to get done. They he didnt even do as we asked and completely messed our nails up even more.

Absolutely terrible, very slow, (1 and a half) shouldn’t take that long for nails that look horrible. un even acrylic nails, nail polish chipped 1 hour later

The lady that did my daughters pedicure did awesome! The gal that did my clipped a huge chunk out of my toe and then put nail glue on it. Finally 4 days later my toe was so sensitive I peeled the nail glue of my wound and it was like a blood blister. Never had issues there until that day

It wasn’t very clean. I got a acrylics and they even didn’t trim back the skin above my. The polish has a bit of lumps and I was hoping for more of a wild look but just went with a accent nail. The people were really nice and spoke great English and were very helpful. Probably would go again.

I was able to walk right in and sit down! The lady who did my nails was super friendly and we chatted about our kids the whole time. She did have to get up to greet a customer halfway through doing my nails but excused herself politely, was quick, and apologized when she came back. I got acrylic nails and they turned out perfectly and she asked throughout if they were looking good. I will definitely go back!

Beyond the worst nail experience I have ever had. My friend and I had shellac nail polish done and it took almost 2 hours and my nails started chipping less than a day later. They did not honor the discount they had advised for 10% off and when they were done it was a mess polish on my skin and my cuticles not pushed back nor trimmed correct. She was an elderly lady and I feel it was her first time ever. Will never go again was not worth $60.

This is the third time I’ve went here and I had to wait hours before someone got to the shop to do my nails. They don’t speak English well hardly at all they can’t understand people and vise verse. The quality this time was very poor and when he used the drill it made me bleed. By far the worst nail shop I’ve EVER came to.

My husband and I have been all over the world (see previous posts for details), and i can say with confidence that Elite Nails was the BEST pedicure we have ever had. They paid extreme attention to every detail and the foot massage was INCREDIBLE (atleast 25 minutes of just massaging). In the words of my hubs, “the lady popped both of my toes, and every time she smiled after she did it”. This is a dang good pedi.

I went on a Sunday when my normal place was closed and they were rude, the First Lady I had was forcing my nails and when I looked at my nails they were crooked. The lady kept leaving while doing my nails and I could tell around me I wasn’t the only one disappointed. They didn’t glue my extensions on enough and most are off and it hasn’t even been a week. Very disappointed

Every time I have tried to come here they have no idea how to estimate their wait times. You’re either coming back multiple times to see if they are finally ready for you or you sit in the chair for 30-45 minutes beforehand. They also have rushed me out of the salon before my nails were properly dried and they ended up smearing. This company needs to learn how to accommodate their customers better. I will no longer be giving them my business.

Very disappointed with my pedicure. The lady filed my nails down without asking and filed them down way to short. She dropped the scrub on the ground and picked it up and still used it on my feet. Then my friend had to sit and watch me get the little massage they do give while her lady filled the warm towels

I asked for a manicure expecting it to be just regular polish and therefore $15. The guy was nice and its a fine, basic manicure, but then Im told its $35! He says he used Gel Polish which lasts longer because everyone wants it. No. Everyone does NOT want it - I did not ask for it or want it, and he didnt even ask if it was ok to use it. Not only is it more expensive by $20, it doesnt come off with nail polish remover. I shouldve argued with him over it since I was not consulted about the product, but I didnt. Will definitely not be going here again.

I would give negative stars if it was possible. Do not go here. Went in for a pedicure and the tech seemed to have no idea what he was doing. He drained the water almost immediately and proceeded to do everything on my feet while they were dry. Due to that, the top of my foot was scratched and now scarred. Also, the paint job was uneven and horrible. Definitely not worth my $40.

Horrific service! I got my manicure done there and it came out HORRIBLE! I got out from there with nail polish on my finger tips and without my cuticles cleaned. The guy who was doing my manicure cut my nails and didn’t bother to file them. Even a 4 years old kid can apply a nail polish better than that manicurist.I will never step back into that place again!

This place done very well especially considering the prices. They are very easy to talk to and get helped with what youd like to get. When things get busy though, (mainly the walls ins) it is difficult to give the estimated times because of how many people just walk by and decide that theyd like their mani or pedi done... I have usually made it just before the rush when I have walked in. When I have, and that rush comes, people can be pretty rude.. Im not sorry to say that just because walk ins are welcomed. If you dont have an appointment you wont be rushed to to top of the list to be seviced... they are a successful business and dont need to be crucified for just doing their jobs. Everyone does work together to finish up with people without a rush job, all for another customers order because those people are unable to have patience. Make an appointment if your like to just walk in at a busy hour and have your order done. Also, considering all this, have a little empathy, sometimes people can get flustered when people just pour in and these guys more than ever would love to have your business but as if it were anyone else, you are allowed to feel overwhelmed with trying to service and help everyone in satisfying their needs. Besides all of this nonsense, the salon does a GREAT JOB. Just like a hair cut though, you should know how your like you order done, if you dont like it, SAY SOMETHING. If you dont speak up, they wont be able to help fix the issue. I wouldnt call them unprofessional though, you are paying a low price to begin with so if you are looking for a high class treatment go somewhere else... they all communicate and do their best.

Have always been very happy with the service except for today. She sat me down to dry my pedicure, and after a while asked for her money and then went to work on someone else. Never set an alarm (like the other ones do telling how long to sit under the nail dryer), nor told me how long to sit there. My pedicure got messed up coming home with my shoes on.

Much better since new ownership.old owners had rushed poor service, barely spoke english and at times were rude now they are much better although still overpriced. Not a fan of playing soap operas on tv though but the girl did a nice job.

My daughter and I were getting pedicures, they were very busy and were rushing one of my toes were bleeding she did nothing about it. Today not even a week later my white tip is chipping off as well as my daughters a waste of $50 with tip .

Awful... no wonder they have signs at the front desk saying no refunds & want put up front... shaped horribly. Looked like a 5yr old shaped them. I had to say something because my French manicure had spots he missed painting then put clear coat over before fixing. When I set my hands on the counter I had someone elses nails & soak all over me(couldnt see them right away), I said something & all he said, uh huh...disgusting. Next day paints chipping. Should last more than 1 day. The person across from me while drying was upset and complaining too.

My nails look great. Had a lot of fun getting my nails done here today. The guy who did my manicure was really cool at first he seemed sort of unprofessional but really hes just a funny dude with a lot of personality. They got my friend and I in really fast and they did a good job time managing they were very busy.The lady who did my pedicure made it a very relaxing experience .I have to give it 3 starts though because its not very nice and fancy needs new ceiling tiles for sure. It kind of took away from the exsperience to be having my feet rubbed and be reclined back on the chair and looking at the ceiling and seeing stains on the ceiling.Another thing is that the lady who did my pedicure cut my big toe way to short and now I have an ingrown toe nail. I already keep my nails short and have no idea why she cut the corner of it so short. OUCH .HOPE IT DOESNT GET INFECTED .

Would not recommend this nail salon. I was the only person in there due to an ice storm and the place was filthy. I didnt notice until already seated at the table. Each salon station was very dirty, nails on the floor, dusty, junky. Was very uncomfortable as there was no pad for my arms so had to rest arms on the edge of the table. Nail polish was old and it didnt cover well. With 48 hours the polish chipped off. Staff didnt seem too friendly - tried to get me to upgrade and all I wanted was a plain old nice manicure. Didnt even put lotion on my hands. Wont ever go there again. Mary Weibel

Worst nail salon Ive ever been to. Very unprofessional & my nails are trash. & they have a very small selection of nail polishes. I could have done my own nails & they wouldve turned out better. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Second time i have gone there the first time they looked great, this second time 8 out of 10 nails were sticking up (the tips) i went back in there to get them fixed and they said no matter what they would do they would stick up like that. i have NEVER had this happen before. they blamed me for it. all they did was file them down they would not redo them and would not give me a refund for my services. i will never go back again. Also their sign says full set for 25.00 but i got charged 35.00 i asked why and they said that that special is no longer going on even tho they still have the sign out there. i will never go back to this place again.

Five of us had appointment didnt get in on time. One worker left during pedi to get milk for his child. Some of us got hot water some didnt. Feet still have dried skin. Not happy! Very expensive!

Ive never given a bad review before but they did no maitnence on my hands before they started.My nails are too short, uneven, and not the right color they started chipping before i even left the mall.It was done sloppy, parts of my nails didnt even have polish on them and when i said something they said it was too late to fix and theyd do better next time.I wont be going back.

Not the greates mani. Depends on who does your nails. The guy did mine and he used way too much nail glue, tips are crooked, and slanted. And he got glue on my skin. They look horrible. Some of the ladys do a decent job tho.

Dont bother making an appointment because they dont honor them and take walk ins over appointments. Took over an hour for 3 pedis... The owner yelled at employees in front of everyone and when one girls pedi took an hour 30 and asked for a discount due to the time was given a ton of push back until they offered $5 off. Not professional nor put customers first. May as well go somewhere thatll appreciate their workers and customers better.

I went with my friend and her guy was honest and gave her a nice gel set of tips, my lady was rude and charged me for a gel set but gave me acrylics, my friend started at least 10 minutes before me and my lady got done with my nails before hers. Most of the women here are rude and make sure you are getting what you pay for!!!!

Terrible experience... scrubbed as hard and fast as he could.. very unpleasant personality.. dropped all my implements on the floor and didnt sanitize them.. I should have walked out but thiswas my neices first pedi and she was having a good time. Burned my feet with a hot stone.. the nail polish came all off looks like a 5 year old did it. Im extremely unhappy and the place was filthy and to many stations cant even walk. No music they are were yelling the whole time. NEVER AGAIN. 75$ UNREAL, to expensive for that experience. Terrible experience, 3 of my friends and I went to get our nails done for prom today. They kept telling us to go to different people in the middle of getting our nails done. One of the men that worked on my nails cut me with his nail through his glove and part of the glove got stuck in my nail and he left it in there. My other friends got cut a lot too. The end result looks horrible and I would never recommend the place!

They are just terrible . Each and every time I’ve gone there it was nothing but terrible work, one acrylic nail fell off, one time the shine over coat peeled off and the other time one nail cracked . It took 2.5 hours for them to finish my nails .. it should never take that long . Very unsatisfied with my visits.
