We were set on another vehicle at a different dealership, but Staceys awesome personality got me to give it a second thought. The next day I literally sat in my pool getting the deal done via text. I got a deal on my new car and they gave me more for my trade in than anyone else. The next day, they delivered my new car right to my house!! I would have never even considered buying from a dealership almost 3 hours away, but moving forward, we will only buy cars from there!!

Bergstrom Kia and Kia cars are the best! However, Kia Finance is the worst! This is my third Kia and first and last time I will finance through Kia Finance. The customer service is terrible and they are not looking to solve issues. According to the representative, they have so many faxes it might take 7 days for them to update the mis-information on my account. The previous three representatives said I should create my account (financial one with them!) using the incorrectly entered information. Still shaking my head.

I’ve had one best experience overall with Bergstrom Kia- Appleton! I recently got into my first big car accident and unfortunately, my car got totaled. Having to purchase a new vehicle so sudden was definitely unexpected and devastating. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful, most especially Mo, my sales agent. He made me feel at ease and assured me everything will be ok. He provided me with all my options, and listened to all my needs. Please, if you are in the market for new or used vehicle, please come here and ask for Mo!

My initial review would have been 1 star because Kirk was horrible to deal with. He went on and on about how much money he was making, made us wait 30 min because he ditched us at his desk to wander around the lot and start selling a car to someone else, and brought us the wrong car to test drive. Thank God we talked to Stacey shes fantastic and I will definitely work with her in the future. Always have a great experience at Bergstroms but holy smokes Id ditch Kirk he leaves a bad taste in your mouth and gives the dealership a bad name.

Great dealship! They dont presser you or try to con you into extra services that you dont need, they let me test drive as many cars as I wanted. They made sure I was comfortable with my purchase before I signed. I cant recommend enough. Ask for Adam Wunderlich, he was my dealer and will be for my next vehicle as well.

Went in for maintenance on Saturday 3/13/21,dealt with Joe Debruin and could not have asked for a nicer service advisor. From start to finish he was friendly, kind, helpful and all around a pleasure to work with. I have to go back in the future to get something replaced and I hope I can work with him again! Lobby and waiting area were clean.

I have been working with Austin and his team in the parts department for several years. There is a Kia store just a few miles from my shop, and they are no comparison to outstanding staff at Bergstrom Kia. The Bergstrom store is over 90 miles from here, and I get better service from them than I can get from down the road.Austin is extremely prompt and professional in how he conducts business. He always returns phone calls, and does an exceptional job at ensuring I can get my customer back on the road. Not only does he do a great job getting the right parts, in a timely fashion....the pricing of the parts is better than the local Kia dealer.I wish that every dealership had parts personnel who are as committed to customer service, customer satisfaction, and doing the right thing every time. There is no other place I would even consider buying Kia parts from.

Went in for routine maintenance. The work was completed quickly and the staff was courteous, friendly, and professional.Coffee was fantastic. The waiting area was clean and well kept.The only thing that could be improved would be to have more comfortable chairs in the waiting area. The couches are comfortable, but difficult to get out of for people with disabilities because of lower height.Otherwise, the service was excellent.

This was a fantastic experience ! My daughter got her first new car and it was so simple and straight forward. She test drove this past Saturday and she picked it up today. Really friendly and down to earth salesperson and the woman in the finance department was very nice and really thorough. It wasnt like buying a car it literally was like the beginning of a good relationship.

They dont check your oil before they change it. Caused family of 4 to buy a new vehicle. Kia Bergstrom should have owned their incompetence and at least give a quiet deal to this family on their new vehicle. I gave three opportunities very nicely to do so. They couldnt find any way to help out at all. I took my 19k to another dealer and bought another brand. They could have tried. All I got was a thank you for being so calm and not being a crazy nuts customer. Just for the record it was the right thing to do but didnt get me a thing there. Choose wisely.

We had a great experience with our salesman Shawn. He was great. He was new, only had two weeks under his belt. He made a few mistakes that we overlooked. One being that he had us under the impression that we were leasing a car. We were not leasing since we were looking at used cars. The second mistake being that he totally overlooked that we asked to finance through our credit union. The finance guy Eric was a bully through and through. My girlfriend and I are 21 years old but by no means are we foolish or uneducated. I am fairly educated on cars and it is not our first time around purchasing a vehicle. Eric treated us like scum. He acted like we knew nothing. He scolded us as if he was our parent. All he wanted was a sale at the end of February. There is no reason that just because I am 21 years old I should be treated like a 5 year old. I have probably seen and done more in my 21 years of life than he has in all of his years of life. Just because I am a woman doesnt mean he can be a bully to my girlfriend and I. If I had a man there with me would he have treated me the same? Bergstrom should consider themselves very lucky that everyone else at the Bergstrom Kia location treated us nicely or I would report this to Better Business Bureau. This could be seen as discrimination on the basis of age, gender, and sexual orientation, all of which could RUIN a business. This is not acceptable and could lose your business a lot of existing and future customers. As for the actual location of the dealership, we found it very welcoming and aesthetically pleasing. We enjoyed the comfort level of the facility as well as the entertainment. The music was great, the snacks and drinks were great. We were overall happy with our experience and our new vehicle if it hadnt been for our experience with the finance guy.

Misquoted service time on several occasions. Today was the second time waiting over 80min for a simple oil change.*reply to response. There was no work completed on the recall, no diagnostic. When making the appt I specifically asked for diagnostic because the vehicle is close to 100,000 miles. I was assured that could be done in 2hrs with an oil change. In addition, we were never given any information on the recalls or what to expect for when we do get work done on that. I will say we are always happy with the work done but the communication is lacking.

I bought a Kia, just not from here. The manager at the time (dont know if hes still there) made the two day process of test driving and negotiating such a terrible experience that my wife ended up in tears, and we were looking to buy a car for me! I give this place an extra star only because the service center is closer to me than the dealership I actually bought my car from, and the amenities offered to you while you sit there for an hour and a half waiting for a simple oil change are better than just sitting alone with your phone and no cookies or drinks. They offer charging stations for you devices at least.

Bergstrom is a great place for all your newer car and warranty work. They cater to their guests and has a great lounge with fresh delicious coffee, other drinks, and cookies while you wait.

This should be a zero star review. The experience I had with the service Dept. Was horrible!!!! Had a warranty issue with the Kia Forte and it took over two weeks for them to diagnose the problem. In total it took 96 days yes I said 96 to get it fixed and When I picked it up the remote starter doesnt work. This place is a joke at best!!!! I am sure I will be having more issues with their repair and it WILL be going to Dorsh in Green bay to be fixed right. Bergstrom is horrible and will never be back!!!!!!

Like my van but that was probably the worst experience I had purchasing a vehicle. During the sale all the salesman could talk about was keeping my word on coming back to make the purchase. He on the other hand had a difficult time deliverying on my expectation of heated seats that he promised. Then when he messed up on the heated seats he tried to make up for it with a gas card and oil changes. Said he mailed them and I never saw them. Told me he would get me some other ones and three weeks later I still haven’t heard from him. I was worried about working with Bergstrom from the get go and their salesman confirmed it for me. I won’t buy from them again.UPDATE: Since this post managers have really done a great job to make everything right. Tom reached out over the phone and Gary took the time to listen and make sure that the Bergstrom dealership would remedy any problems we had. We appreciate their time.

I have consistently had poor service at Bergstrom. I avoid all the locations when I can. Too bad as they he is the big player in the Fox Valley.

I usually bring my kia into another repair/dealer but I decided that I would take it to the Bergstrom Kia in Appleton. I also mentioned I had a noise that sounded like the front end. Jennifer and Julie ( I hope that is right ) the mechanic were great. Julie checked everything out for me, Jennifer kept me up to date on what was going on and in the end really made me feel like I mattered at a customer at this dealership and it is really nice taking my car to people who know the brand. Thank you ladies!

I highly don’t recommend! Bergstrom informed me the car was safe after they “inspected it” and it wasn’t. The front struts have failed and the coil spring cut the tire. All I did when the car got back home, was remove the tire, and there was the spring hanging off the collapsed strut. Needless to say, I had a local ASE certified mechanic diagnose and repair the problem. You may ask why didn’t I call the service manager? I did and never heard a word. I went as far as putting a review on their Facebook page a week ago and was told they will get in touch with me ASAP. Well, I am still waiting.

Amazing Company, Amazing Team. Hands down best car buying experience I have had in the last 7 years. Nicole in sales is absolutely amazing. Communication is 100% with her, nothing to hide. She explained it all upfront no shenanigans we knew what we were buying cost all upfront. She was so amazing, sent my sister in law day after to buy her own 2020 Kia from Nicole because it was a breeze!!! We have purchased from bergstrom many times in the past, made the mistake to leave for another dealer and oh did we regret that and came right back to bergstrom for some honest car sales and prices. No hidden fees and they are so friendly and not pushy. We learnt they have open prices, which they explained right away how it works. This was a relief knowing I wasn’t going to be pushed into purchasing something pricer for their benefit. 10/10 recommend them to anyone looking for a new ride!

About 2 hours and 10 minutes for an oil change and a minor software update. Last time I think it was about 90 minutes for an oil change too... Ill add a star on here every time from now on if you guys keep it under 90 minutes. Holy guacamole.

The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. I was able to take my time to shop the market without being pushed. Most importantly I didnt feel like they were just trying to make a sale but were actually trying to help me find a vehicle that fit me and my lifestyle. I was so happy when they offered to go through my paperwork with me as well as give me an honest list of pros and cons (which you dont get too often even when you ask). Ive always loved coming to bergstrom. They are very accommodating and have all around great customer service. I recently came in looking for a vehicle that met my requirements and, NICOLE GALARNO, at the Bergstrom Kia location helped me find the perfect vehicle for my needs. I loved that she was able to answer every question I had about each vehicle and that I didnt feel like I was being haggled to buy anything. I can not rate the experience I had because there are no Minus stars. I had the worst experience with the arrogant salesman there. He is tall and gray( dont remember if he told me his name. and I felt like he dislike waiting on women. I told him I sold cars a few years ago and stated what I wanted and when he asked me right away if I had a co-signer or $5000 to put down he did not think he could help me. He did not offer me a test drive, let me in any of the cars or even say lets just run the numbers to see if there is anything we can do to get you into a car, even if not the one I wanted. I was there because they sent me a letter wanting my Kia. I would rather drive my current Kia til it cant move then buy a car from Bergstrom Kia.I know that they ask questions to help them figure if they can do anything but the way he asked and kept looking at my son I felt like he would have rather be dealing with him than me. He kept tell me about a women he helped earlier with a co-signer and a big chunk down. He continue to ask about any way you can get a co-signer and more money down. He made me feel horrible about myself and and made me realize why car salesmen are called low life snakes.

Absolutely terrible trying to get an appointment here to get a simple service done. I Lived in Milwaukee and Racine prior to this, and NEVER had an issue getting into those kia dealerships with only a day or two wait at the absolute max, usually able to get in by days end the day you call. This place however, every time I have tried getting in here, its a minimum 1 and a half weeks wait. I cant speak for their actual service yet because thus far its been impossible for me to get in without booking 2 months in advance. if there was another option in the area to use my prepaid service vouchers from my Milwaukee dealer, id never go here.

We came down to Appleton to ask a question about our lease on the 2015 Sorento which was about to expire. Cory answered all of our questions, showed us some options, took us on a test drive of the new 2017, improved Sorento, and--long story short--within five hours we drove back home in a new vehicle! The vehicle is great, the salesman was informative without being pushy, and it was a great experience. We are pleased that we took the time to drive down to Appleton for our fourth Sorento.

Probably one of the worst dealerships to go to in a 30 mile radius. Pushiest salesmen, treat you like you know nothing about cars, and liars. When you ask if there is anything wrong with the cars they say of course not, even as you see broken vent handles, burn holes, broken hazards button, dent on front bumper, and deep scratches/gouges on hood. Not worth anyones time.

Had a 2004 Sorento, then 2012 optima and had no real problems with either vehicle. Traded the 12 in on a 2015 optima and not happy. The wind noise is horrible. I turn the radio up loud and the noise is still irritating. Told the salesman on a trip back over there and he told me I was just going to have to learn to live with it. Wish I would have just kept the 12. Pretty sure this wil be the last KIA I will own.

The service department will try to cheat you into unnecessary, costly repairs... crooks...
