I too love coming to Lube Plus to have my oil changed. I used to get anxious before finding Lube Plus in Appleton because more than one other business has tried to tell me I needed various other services and repairs to my car. My level of trust is very high, the staff is friendly yet professional. Try Them!

I’ve seen negative reviews of this place and I seriously can’t believe anybody had a bad experience. I love coming here, quick, effective, honest, and if I don’t need work done, they won’t lie or try to persuade me I need it done like I have had done at other oil change places.Friendly service too and it is the best place to go when I need a quick oil change on a lunch break!

Over filled my vehicle by two quarts of oil, forgot the drain plug washer and its leaking. Called and stopped in and manager/supervisor was very defensive and unwilling to redo their work or offer a refund. Highly recommend going elsewhere as this place is a complete joke with incompetent staff.

Service was fast, efficient and friendly. They guided me into a bay and had me pop my hood then they took care of the rest. I was going to have my coolant changed but they said it didnt need it so thats honesty on top of great service. Price was reasonable and much cheaper than other options in the area. Definitely going back!

This place is always great! But today they went above and beyond. Two days ago my wedding ring slipped out of my hand and went under the passenger seat. Somehow it found a small opening in the floors carpeting. Yesterday I removed my passenger seat to no avail. Looked and looked no ring.So today just out of complete desperation, I told Don and his coworker (wish I could remember his name) the story, as I got out of vehicle for an oil change. As they were down in the pit, they kept knocking underneath the passenger seat. Don came over and said, I hear something rattling around in there. So they pulled off a small access plate on the bottom of the car, and we removed the passenger seat again. Jackpot! This time I could see the ring wedged between the frame and floor heat vent.Thank you guys so much! These two completely made mine and my wifes day! Forever grateful!

I created a google account so I could leave this review. I have been going here for many years and they are always great. They send a $4 off coupon which is nice. I would like to recognize Nick, the assistant manager. He was super friendly and he engaged me in small talk since we have the same model of car. After I left, a large plastic piece came loose from under my decrepit car (nothing they did during the oil change, it was bad already). Get this—I called and he came TO MY HOUSE to fix it after he got off of work. Thank you Nick! You truly went above and beyond and It really helped me out.

Dont bother coming here. Once they mess something up, they take no responsibility for their actions and threaten to sue you for their mistakes. Retaliation isnt fair to the consumer, let alone legal. Learn to run a business, and not a ponzey scheme. Ive heard a lot of things about this place, but to see it for myself, its disgusting. Good luck staying afloat in the end if this is how you run operations.

These people didnt want to be bothered with my business, and probably not with your business either.Your loss of business that day was $132 and change. Went in before winter to get myOil changed. They stripped and impacted my oil plug. The owner was rude. I would never go here. I would give negative stars but I can’t. They refuse to fix it and get me a new plug. Don’t go here!

This is the best place to come for an oil change!!! Wait what they broke my vehicle and all the oil drained out on to my brand new, freshly paved drive. Oh they dont want to compensate me in any way whatsoever not even a refund for the oil change that did absolutely nothing for my car and refused to pay for the part they broke too. Oh well the past is the past and this bridge has just been burned so I will not be coming back.

Id be happy to edit my review. Since I cannot actually comment on the services, Ill comment on my first impression. I came in early (10 minutes before it was open), the guy scolded me for pulling up to far (didnt see the sign on the ground). He then sarcastically told me I was there too early (I was fully aware, had planned on waiting until it was open). When I said Sorry, its my first time here., he threw up his hands, walked away and said well then read the signs. As a first-time customer, seems pretty rude. Based on your response to reviews, seems par the course.

After getting an oil change I checked my dipstick and there was barely any oil on the stick.

I went this morning because according to the little sticker, I was date due for my oil change. The employees told me they would feel bad charging me for a service that wasnt needed and I should come back when the mileage indicated it was time to change the oil. I appreciate this honesty!!

While they were working on my car (oil change service) I heard a bang and one of the technicians swear using the F word. Turns out, they sprayed the side, top, back and inside of my open car window with their oil gun!!! They smeared the oil around with a rag using degreaser. The tech told me what happened but didnt even offer an apology. When I went to get into my car, the seat had oil on it. I brought it to their attention and he just wiped it down with a dirty, oily shop rag! I told them I was not happy and asked what the could do about it and the tech just shrugged his shoulders and went onto work on the next car. I had to take my car to a car wash immediately but the car, windows and black plastic still have a film. The very least you could have done was offer me a discount for my troubles or a free car wash. I wont be going back here again.

*I have not been a customer here* - I was going to stop here for an oil change. I decided I would rather drive 25 miles to Vavoline. This isn’t because the abundance of bad reviews, but rather the unprofessional responses to the reviews on the google page such as calling a customer a troll and I quote “STOP MAKING BOGUS REVIEWS, TROLL!” The person responding to the review claimed that person wasn’t a customer, but then why would they write the review? But either way, potential customers see the way you respond to bad surveys...and it’s truly unprofessional. I will continue to take my business elsewhere.

The people who work here are next level amazing, they not only had my oil changed in less then 10 mins they also helped me find a huge problem with my radiator, then they helped replace it, I wish I could give them more stars because they were just amazing.

I have never been so unhappy with a company. They changed my vehicle over to full synthetic. They did not ask me, or tell me just did it. I found out when it was time to pay the bill. I called customer service she was unhelpful and refused to do anything. She apparently knows more than the dealerahip and actual mechanics. Stay away

I trusted these people when they said they were better than Walmart. Wow, what a mistake on my part. Today I checked my oil and its a quart over full if not more. Not good. Very bad for my engine. I was wondering why it started acting wierd on the highway to work. I got the change on Sunday ended up getting a head injury so now I drove it with to much oil in it and realized after checking it its over filled. Walmart is 22 dollars cheaper and theyve never did me wrong. I shouldnt have to check my oil after a lube tech does his job. Thats after all what I paid him for. Its a hard lesson. Later today Im going to see what the boss has to say. Unless I get some type of respect from him. I definitely would recommend Walmart way before this place. Isnt that a sad thing to be held up to. Terribly Disappointed.

We have been coming here for 2-3 years Always quick even without needing appointments I am always in some sort of rush and I never wait more than 30 min if they are busy and about 15 if they aren’t.

How do you get a hold of the owner. This place is TERRIBLE, i wish they had a zero ratingOK NOW THE MANAGER OF THIS PLACE STATES I AM NOT A CUSTOMER BUT I AM. I went here today and got what was supposed to be an oil change. Instead you guys just added more oil and filled it well past the Maximum level on the dipstick. Also my original Fram oil filter is still installed, so you guys didnt even replace the oil or my filter. Your employees left my car with a dangerously high oil level that could cause internal damage.I expect you to send me a refund for the work you were supposed to do and you should send me money for my inconvenience and possible engine damage.Hopefully you send by refund quickly so I can get this resolved. I wonder how many other people you have done this to, that have never noticed? I suppose this way of working is why you guys are so fast.

Ive used them for several years but then when I recently got an oil change I had a oil pressure light come on the next day, The Dealer informed me that the oil filter was crushed and was likely never changed causing low oil pressure. After talking to the manager he said he could not refund my money and only the owner could. I gave him my name and info for the owner to call to discuss. I never heard back. My Recommendation is to never keep on driving as they obviously do not care about there customers...
