They buffed the scuffs out of the paint in a small area. Then they waxed the car. No charge. They also provided rides to and from my home. 2902 Vette looks spectacular!!!!

They have everything a Chevrolet Owner would need to stay out on the road!! Plus theres always warm cookies and hot coffee in the Lounge!!

Staff is great and always friendly but repairs are super expensive and after $5000+ worth of repairs on our car within the year we are going to find somewhere a bit more reasonable on the pricing!

Super happy with their service. Had a Warranty covered issue that Broadway in Green bay Could not fix after having the truck for a whole day, then fed me lies about why id doesnt work. I then made an appointment with Bergstrom and they did some research and found a bullion about my issue. They had it fixed with an Hour. Amazing!

Always a great clean friendly environment

Been trying to get an oil change and engine diagnostic done for over a month. Bought the vehicle there. Had major engine work done there before but cant get in for a routine oil change and OBD scan for engine light. I am forced to use another place to get the work done. Hopefully this is not a way to let my warranty run out before I can have the issue resolved.

I felt appreciated for my business from start to finish of the interaction. I was greeted pleasantly and promptly, my vehicle was serviced, and my questions were answered. I will continue to have my vehicle maintained at Bergstrom.

Great people that dont crowd or make me feel pressure

I went in for an oil change in my free tire rotation and to have a bulb replaced . When I got my bill it was extremely high$$$. I looked at it I was charged for my tire rotation so I mention that to her she took that charge off. my bill was $136 I was not told in advance about any charges about how much the bulb was or that they raised their oil change price so Im not happy with that but I am happy with the technician.

Very disappointed. Misdiagnosed our problems. Charged 157 dollars to check electrical system when any auto parts store does for free.

Slow. Horrible customer service. I sat for over a half hour after they check over my car for the guy to fill a tire up and write it up.
