Not what I wanted at all :( I wanted a French tip with a solid color and heart on one finger. He attempted to do a French tip which was like more than half way up so I ask for just solid and than the heart is so ugly I asked to just make it all green and he said “no it looks fine”.

Definitely make an appointment. This is a busy shop, but for good reason. My nails came out exactly like the picture I showed them! Super excited and will be coming back soon! My techs were Hanh and Luan and they were great. 💅💗💗

Clean and no wait! Made an appointment in advance. Fully staffed salon. Watched their crew attend to each station immediately after a patron left. The manicurists were meticulously hygienic & skilled. Enjoyed my Spa experience.

I have been getting pedicures here for a long time. I Went today to get a pedicure and was very disappointed. Prices have been raised but quality has declined dramatically. My pedicure barely lasted 20 minutes start to finish, a very rush job. I should have just given myself a pedicure, I would have done a better job. Cash only!

I have my nails done here regularly, but I’ve realized the person who has been doing my nails is abusive and burns my skin with the drill and is very rude. I’ve put up with it for too long and she says I need to hold my arm a certain way . I’m paying for a service and I feel like I’m at work. I’m fed up with the abuse. I will definitely go to a different place.

They did a beautiful job and the technician was patient and just started on my nails while I searched for a certain color. Unfortunately they didnt have it, however, we did find a good alternative. I am very pleased with my nails.

Pretty decent nails. Not exactly what I expected, but still very cute. Wouldve given 4 stars but I got nicked a few times by the electric file and bled because the stylist was a bit inexperienced with working with small finger nails and customer service wasnt the best. Great nails though.

I have been going to this salon every 3 weeks for the last 4 years for a gel manicure. Today I went to get a nail fixed from last weeks manicure. When they found out what I wanted, the owner dismissed me and the tech got a horrible attitude and did a lazy, sloppy job in the wrong color. Ive never been treated so horribly at a nail salon. Ill never be back.

I have been to so many nail salons. This one is the worst. Rude staffs. Not professional when doing nails. Rush through things. And the nails didnt last for long. Very disappointed. Will never go back again.

Pricing seems about normal for their services. Or on average. My first time here but the prices have increased since a gift certificate was purchased for me back in Feb 2020 and I went there today, Dec 2020. But other than that, staff was friendly, they took precautions to keep themselves and their clients safe. Overall good experience.

I had a mani and pedi, the girl that did the pedi was polite and gentle but rushed and I paid 61 for it.. smh also the girl that did my mani didnt even ask what I wanted and rushed thru that as well. I had to go home and fix both! Mani was 21. Not worth it. Def will not be going back.

The worst and most painful pedicure Ive ever got. She used the grinding tool so hard on my toe to remove the thin gel layer that she cut into my toenail. She cut so deep into one of them, in almost afraid it will fall off. My toenails are now lumpy and hurt. Not to mention the laughable paint job. From literally blobbing on the base coat so there was no way the color would go on smooth, to not even painting half the nail.

Well as pretty and clean as this place looks I noticed a few things that were off. It can be way too easy to catch something nasty. Thats why I took a picture of the box she pulled out all her tools from which are being re-used instead of having a clean package opened in front of you as should be. tools are to be thrown away immediately. (If they got tossed after they were used on you, chances are they got tossed after the person before you, as well.) This was definitely not the case. So Im just grossed out by it and I will never be going back here again. Idc if they say they clean their tools. disinfection and sterilization are not the same, I like to keep my feet and nails thank you very much. Lady was nice tho and I still tipped her. All I know is that for the prices (way over priced) they charge they need to put the customers health first.

I started going to this facility a year ago, because I followed my manicurist who moved from another nail salon. Even though some of the staff isn’t very friendly, I have always felt they did a good job on my nails and toe nails.However, I didn’t have a good experience this past visit. The communication was a problem due to the language barrier. So my toes did not come out like they were suppose to. The nail polish was very thick because she kept trying to make them look better by adding more polish. I cameback in to get my polish fixed and they charged me $16 for a “polish change”! Which was very disappointing, because I just spent $75. The owner was very argumentative and unfriendly. She Told me it wasn’t their fault because I didn’t like my polish. She had always been unfriendly.So I will not be returning to this salon. Seems like customer service is not the owners first priority.Would not recommend.

Ive been coming here for a few years and had different women doing my pedis. Not once I ever been hurt, or cut. Always clean and after each client they sanitize their equipment.

I am very disappointed! I went and got my nails done there and that night they started chipping. I went back and asked for them to redo my nails or to give me my money back and they refused to. And they put a heated pad on your neck while getting your feet done! Very relaxing!And as for my fingernails.. I just love the way Robert does my nails!! Very professional guy!

I had a gel set done on Sunday and my thumb nail bubbled off in 24 hours. I returned to have them fix the issue and was turned away simply because I was unsure of the technicians name. Absolutely uncalled for and unprofessional. If this is the way they run their business, I will not be returning. It was a waste of $40. Very disappointed and ill be letting family and friends know to not come here!

Ive been going to this salon since they opened, and have been a customer of the owners & family for years prior. I can tell you from over 10 years of being a loyal customer that the negative comments about the discounts for cash are unwarranted. They DO give you a discount for paying with cash as I always do. If you look at their price chart BEFORE agreeing to an extra service, then youd be aware of the additional prices. Its like any other service oriented organization....they will always try to up their sales. Thats what its all about. So.....just make sure you read the fee chart or at least ask if there is an extra charge for what they are asking you,before saying OK.Also......I have never heard the owners being rude if they are booked up and have to ask a walk-in client to come back. Make a damn appointment ..........then you wont have to worry. I dont see how this is their fault. Theyre obviously doing something right if they are that busy!!!!In my book, you will always have a wonderful & pampering experience here, and the staff is very accommodating.

I have always gone here for my pedicures but this time was hirrible. Looks like a 3 yrs old painted my toes. Needless to say I wont be going back after this.

Have come back again for my fill in as well. I went at 9 AM on a Friday and I was the only customers. Theyre attentive and friendly & I know I will never walk out with ugly nails ever again. Personally, I feel that its better for my nails and shiny. Definitely will be my go-to spot. They have wonderful customer service.

Very disappointed. Got a gel-set put on and less than 24 hours later they bubbled and started peeling. It happens. But my issue is the customer service I received when I went back to have my nails redone or taken off. They refused to help me at all. Never coming back.

I was hoping to find a good nail salon closer to where I live in Apple Valley and I came across Euphoria. The environment is very new, clean and quiet and the women there are kind. I noticed the lady doing my sisters nails was SO precise with her work and she did a great job. Her name is Cindy. I had an awesome experience at Euphoria and refuse to go to any other nail shop to get a full set.

I been coming here ever since April and I have nothing but nice things to say. The manicurist did my gel manicure and really did a great job. Place was very clean and neat and didnt use any harsh products. I was really pleased with my experience and will absolutely come back!

I thought me and my daughter would try this place since we were in the area, and it has such high reviews online. My first impression of the salon is very nice. The lady who did my little daughters nail was not kid friendly but the lady who did my pedicure was nice and friendly to both of us. Towards closing time, I felt rushed and under appreciated after spending over $100. My 3 yr daughters pedicure was $16 and the polish was already coming off before we left the salon. I might give them another try but Im not sure.

My story. Had an appointment with another indepenent manicurist at 11:00am at another salon. I arrived early, like usual 10:45pm, and she told me that she was running late. So I thought, I am early, no problem. Time went by 11:25am, so I approached her table and asked how much longer it would be, she said 1/2 hour or so. I was thinking, are you kidding me, NOT. I told her I could not wait and left. She asked if I wanted to reschedule. The way I look at this...my time is precious, so no. I made an appointment so I wouldnt have to wait. I left needing my nails done, so I decided to look for another salon. I called Euphoria at 11:30am on a Saturday just hoping I could schedule an appointment around 12:00pm. How about 12:30pm, she asked.. Yes. Just ask me if I was happy. My experience there was great. Very clean, polite and accommodating. My nails done by 1:16pm. Exceptional.

Use to love this place but went back after months off after foot surgery, the prices went up. I got a 31.00 special pedicure and it was not so great, she put some polka dots on my toes and the charge was 38.00 plus the 10.00 tip. I havent much to compare it to because Ive only been 2 other places but compared to before my surgery it seems to have changed.

I got a new set done here 2 weeks ago and the guy that did them didnt paint all the way down the nail so I already need a fill. Im wondering if they do that to get you in sooner to spend more money.Not to mention he rushed and didnt care about how they looked.It looks horrible and when he was removing my previous set, he was seriously hurting me. I wanted to get up and leave after the second nail! Ive never seen any other nail salon remove acrylics like he did. I will never return. Very unsatisfied with my nails! Ive been to dozens of places and this was definitely the worst!

Very uneducated staff. A lady had psoriasis and they refused to help her and they told her to see a doctor. The lady does and her legs looked fine. I have psoriasis as well and it’s not contagious like they said to her. They didn’t need to call the whole staff over to discuss it in front of her and embarrass her. I deal with psoriasis too and it’s never been an issue. Very unprofessional staff. Will never return.

Had the BEST spa pedi and mani in Euphoria Nail Salon yet. I am always satisfied when I leave this place!! They WERE so pretty and cute. I appreciate that they dont use a drill to remove old gel. I appreciate with their efficiency. I really think the ladies here can do anything you would want. & pricing is very reasonable.

Was not happy with the service or product. I never have my nails done, so I thought I could at least provide a picture and the person could guide me on how to achieve that look. The pictures they show on their website made me think they could do more than a solid basic look. This was not the case, I was just rushed to pick out a color even though I kept asking for help. In the end was not happy with the result and did something I never do, which is ask for the nails to be re-done, they refused. Left the salon with two nails already peeling. I felt so disrespected, it wasnt about quality or satisfaction, just about getting my money and getting me out of there.

Completely unprofessional treat me like I was going to run when I went to the car to get different form of payment and I still had my girlfriends not to mention she took pictures of us from her cell phone... Throwing the cameras in our face and now have been here for almost 6 hours trying to figure this out and Not to mention the nails are completely Messed up and not what I requested

My sister and I went to get a manicure and pedicure together but werent able to sit near each other to talk so that sucked. She got seated for her pedicure and they let the water overflow to where she had to pull her feet out to prevent water from pouring into the floor. We asked for it to be drained but were ignored. We sat 15 minutes with her feet out of the water while employees spectated at what was happening, but did nothing to help so we just decided to leave.

This place was amazing we went as walk in and they took all 3 of us right away. It was $44 for gel acrylic, theh did an amazing job friendly atmosphere.

I felt very sad for a young mother who got the chance to get away for a bit to pamper herself and the staff treated her like she was a tweeker! 1st they made her pay before they provided services than they questioned her on why she had bruises and how long she had the bruises! The young mother explained they blew a vein and they still proceeded to treat her unkindly! Made me want to just walk out, but I was half way thru my services! It made me feel uncomfortable to hear how she was being treated! 😢

This was my 1st time here because theyre known to be great but I will never return. Within 5 days of getting my nails done my nails were lifting so I called and was asked to go in, I did, and all they did was add nail glue to all my nails which left the white residue by my cuticles and looked ugly. Two days after that my nail fell off and the others are lifting. All this within one week.

My first time here and very satisfied with the service atmosphere. Just what I needed.It was recommended to me. Next time i do the hot stone massage.
