It was my first time there and Im glad I went. Alvin gave me exactly what I wanted. Black matte coffin long nails with a wed design by Alvin. Place was clean and holding standards of cleanliness.

I am so impressed with Alvins salon. Every other salon I have used, I had lifting and breakage. Not here. Alvins uses a superior product and the staff is amazing. What a game-changer!

Bad customer service, made appointment at 6pm for two pedicures. One was started right away, second person was waiting for 30mins never got helped. Group of four came in after, was helped right away. Don’t recommend coming.

The staff were amazing and totally exceeded my expectations for my nails Im so happy to of found the shop, hidden along highway 18 I would defenatly encourage them .

*long story short* -I went in two days ago asking for a very basic mani and Pedi, I have long natural nails so I just wanted them filed, cleaned up and repainted. felt rushed thru the whole process, each one of my nails has dried bubbles from not letting each coat dry, booked too many people for how many workers there were, very rough left both my hands and toes bleeding a little at the end of the night, when hang nails were removed they were yanked out ?? Leaving Each of my big toes bleeding, swollen and very sensitive to touch. The salon looked like they shouldve been 5 stars. Wish the workers managed their bookings better.

Great place to get your hands feet and waxing done

So this has been my shop for the past year since I’ve moved to Corwin road. Always had a good time taken my friends there. I’ve never really had to many issues besides one time telling the man sitting behind the man doing my nails, to get out of his nose LOL it was pretty gross that was like a couple months ago. Well fast forward to now, I got my nails done and they were fine but then I went and go my fill done, they started popping off like literally a couple days later, I called Alvin he said I could come in and he would fix it. Well I ended up not being able to make it because this was not in plans I’m very busy. Like a lot of us are. So I call today ask for Alivin. Spoke to a woman, told her my situation Alvin wasn’t in today. She sounded like she understood. Asked if I could come in at 1, I said yes. That was that they didn’t ask my name, but I go in there and they all look at me like they have no idea what is happening. I had an apt, but then they asked me to wait. So by now I’m frustrated because the place was packed and no where to sit.... so I was like what an hour? I was like I can’t do that when I just made an apt this morning. So I just walked out because that’s just unfair of them as business. It is what it is.... but don’t make apt for people. We all have lives and we’re all busy with schedules. Also children and there schedules. I won’t be coming back.... You guys can do what you need with this information thank you

I had a great time here! I made an appointment the day before for 3 pedicures. I ended up being 15 mins late with a call ahead and they still sat us all together which was awesome. The salon is beautiful and covid compliant. They did a great job on all of us and didnt rush (took us about an hour). I had Steven and I highly recommend him and his massage 👏 My only relatively negative comment is they had a huge list of pedicures with different scents and we all ordered different ones but Im pretty positive they were all the same. Still worth it despite that though and I will definitely be returning and reccomending.

I have been coming for 8 months now. Every time I get a pedicure and fill, every two weeks. $60 plus twice a month. They started off amazing, they would say would you like water? Took time on my nails and friendly. Now they rush I had three different nail technicians switch in the middle of a fill, now they always trying to do both at the same time. No good service anymore. When you get a luxury service like a pedicure, you don’t want someone doing your nails on the side in the middle of the foot rub. Twice this was done before I wrote a review.

Great nail salon! Very clean and organized. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Ive been around to a couple of different nail salons around the high desert and settled here. Give them a shot. They do good work. My wife says they do great nails for manicures. I just go for the pedicures! LOL 👍

Quick, friendly, and reasonably priced experience...

I had the pleasure of visiting Alvin’s nails and spa for the first time this past Friday and it was amazing! The beginning of my visit was a bit rocky but I gotta say Alvin and Holly did an amazing job. I love them! This is definitely my new go to spot. Totally recommend this place. Alvin will go above and beyond to make things right and Holly was super nice and attentive.

I just discovered this place, and really like it! Their equipment and decor is all new, and the people are caring and skilled. Nathan does a really good job of trimming cuticles really close without nipping any wrong spot. Nice massage of the feet and hands, too!

Love coming here, so nice and clean inside., I always go to Holly for my pedicure, she does a great job. I also like that they use new tools when you go that are packaged, so they dont reuse on other people. I highly recommend Alvins.

Or prices a little higher than some, nails came out good, but why arent they shiny, why do I have to put more clear polish on them...after spending 66.00 they should be shinier and not wear off so quick

Wonderful customer service, great mani/pedi service, and great environment. I would call this place my “back up” when my nail lady is booked, and after my last visit I might make this place my primary. I took my grandma here and they were patient with her, did such a detailed job on her pedicure, and spent time making sure her mani and pedi were done to perfection. Great people!Edit: Despite the great customer service, I have had very poorly done gel polish the last 2 times I’ve been. The last was so bad that I had to file the cuticles on every nail to fix the over-pooling, and the mani chipped BADLY within 3 days. The polish was patchy and the top coat didn’t even cover the entire nail.

I simply love this place! You must try the Aloe Vera pedicure, it’s the best I’ve ever had.

I just got a mani- pedi a week & a half ago & 2 of my acrylics have popped off & 1 broke. all of the tops of my nail polish on my toes is coming off around the edges. after reading the reviews I thought to give it a try but never again. at my usual place my acrylics will last me 3 weeks before any of them break off.
