This place is great the only thing is that I didnt get the nail tech that I was originally going with but the other nail tech was amazing

*see update below*I was very excited to come to this particular salon. I found them on Instagram and loved their art work! I came 30 minutes early of my appointment and didn’t mind waiting for whoever was my designated nail tech. They gave me to someone else who didn’t seemed like they didn’t want to do it. I showed a picture of what I exactly wanted and the finished project was way off, from the shape, the color and the quality. I was satisfied for what I was getting until she put the white design and top coat. She didn’t fix any mistakes she made and the top coat was very thick and bubbly. Not once did she ask if I liked them and nor did the owner, which she saw and thought they were good enough. I am very disappointed and now I have to pay for them to be fixed. Thanks for a waste of 2 hours and $50. I will be tagged the photo of my nails on their Instagram.Update: Enid gave me a call and set up an appointment to fix my nails for no charge. She did a wonderful job and had great customer service! I will definitely come back to see Enid in the future.

This was my first time visiting Enids. I am moving to the Apopka area & have been searching for a nail salon. I really enjoyed my experience at Enids. Even in the midst of Covid-19, from the time I walked in the door and throughout my service I continuously felt welcomed. My temperature was checked & washing my hands was a must 👍🏾. All of the staff was friendly and professional. Janice did an AMAZING JOB on my nails. Even when I booked, it was no hassle. I will surely be returning 👍🏾

Enid does an amazing job I always leave satisfied never had a complain about her work, other then her work being good she is a very kind, caring and respectful person when you go in her salon you feel like at home. If you are looking for good quality, price, and good work Enid nails its the way to go.

Good customer service, bilingual staff and super clean you feel like family

I had scheduled an appointment with Enid, for myself and 2 of my family members . She told me to be there at 1pm, I got there right on time and when I walked in she was not even there, the nail techs had NO IDEA about my appointment, so when I proceeded to walk out and decided to just go to another salon, since I didn’t have time to wait, the nail techs wanted to give nasty attitudes and speak ugly like I didn’t know Spanish smh . It was first time coming here, because I love Enid’s work, but after how I was treated I rather not come back again .
