It clearly says two for five yet Im charged $3 each and somehow attemptedly charged some beer that I didnt buy because she didnt know how to delete it out, then I get in line to try to fix it and she starts screaming all my credit card machine dont work in credit card machine dont work Knowing that the lines going to be held up and I aint got time. Youre right I dont have time, to be wasting my money on people that dont know how to do their job. Ill run out of gas before I get gas here again.

Seriously understaff! Only one staff in panic mode and kick us out to make us waiting too long.

Dont assume because I am a former employee that I didnt quit for very valid reasons. This store had the potential to be a good neighborhood store. But management refuses to let it be good. The kid manager treats this place like her own personal playground. Store isnt clean. Employees wont do their job, besides wait on customers. Forever tearing up things in the building and not fixing or replacing it. New owner doesnt care. Oh, and if you quit working for them, u are banned from being on the property. Lol, like I care. I get paid better and treated with respect at Walmart.

Great place cleaner than most gas stations and the best polar pops and the polar pop Machine Nozzles are always clean if you was to go to another gas station they are mostly not clean good people

Second and last time to this store. Both times it was terrible. The first time I came in needing to get change, and the idiot behind the counter said I had to buy something. So I did, since Ive been in retail before, l knew that the drawer sometimes only opens if you make a cash purchase. I bought a $0.25 thing I didnt want, but the idiot closed the drawer before i could ask him a SECOND time for change so I left and went to another place where their clerk has a brain, namely that Wawa right down the street thats probably about to put this location out of business...Tonight, 13 hour day at work, ALL I want to do is get home, but Rachel is behind the counter. Now the game is afoot to see whether she notices the card reader that says Waiting on Cashier, and the line that now 3 people deep, or if she will continue to talk with her buddies that just walked in for 5 minutes...Im not saying that you cant have your friends come in, but if you cant handle doing your job BEFORE you talk for 5 minutes about how you guys stink... I mean that in the best way possible. Then maybe the super busy Apopka FL Circle K is not your speed (thats sarcasm in case you didnt get it).Speaking of those guys stinking, maybe you should chew a piece of gum after whatever death you put in your mouth on the last smoke break? Seriously!!To whomever reads these and gives the same copy and paste answer about talking to Circle K management... Dont waste your time. If youre really interested in clearing this up, YOU take action and hire new staff. Im guessing youre in this business to make money, but your staff is costing you business, theres a very pretty very well run Wawa not a mile away. By all means, if youre looking to send people away, keep doing exactly what youre doing now. Its working perfectly!

WORST SERVICE EVER. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RACIST! I went into there location asking for change to put air in my tire all I had was a $5. Rachel denied any change and suggested I get a new tire. She then suggested I buy something I didnt want. I said I would like the managers information and she pointed to her name tag. I asked how else I can speak with and she said just her. I asked her not to be aggressive and combative towards me because Im asking a question within reason. She told me I could call the number on the door which was to open a franchise and then asked me to leave. When I asked for the change I originally came In for I was told shes calling the police. She then called the police but really I think she called her friends. I sat in the store waiting for almost an hour and no police but she had 2 friends come in and hang out front. One even followed me home I dont think he thought I saw him. She made a scene anytime a caucasian customer would come in. One of the customers gave me change so I could put air in and leave. I will be contacting my lawyer asap! Rachel thinks that was the best and right way to handle that situation. I know because she told me so!

Save yourself the time and money and go to the Wawa right up the street. This place is not only under stocked and over priced, but the customer service youll get is a gentleman behind the counter that will talk on the phone the entire time followed by a thank you as you have to bundle up all your things without them being bagged. 👎🏼

I went in this morning and the large lady with the fake red hair has a terrible mood. Went in to get coffee and cigarettes and they were out of coffee. So I decided instead of making a fuss over it, Ill just fill my cup with whatever is in the hot chocolate machine. Apparently the machine was broken because instead of filling my cup, it seeped down the machine and she comes sleepwalking over muttering about the machine always breaking and saying to me Thanks for making a mess, thats what cups are for. The audacity of this hag... So forget the coffee, forget the smokes, I just leave. Used to like this gas station location, but if these are the scum you hire, Im not going back. You guys cant hire the right people, you dont need to be in this business.

The Indian guy is very rude here! Needed change for the air machine and he refused to give it to me! Last time he tried to charge me double for a large fountain drink! I will never go here again!

Worst service. I have to wait 14 business day for refund that charged when I went to get gas casue they gave me the wrong grade cause the store clerk was on her phone and not paying attention to what I was saying. Im highly upset.

Place was clean ....in and out when they were super busy.
