My experience at the Apopka car wash location was like an amusement park; especially during the Covid-19 pandemic; nice to get out. Opening day there was a mile long of cars for the free experience. Although the line kept moving, my wait time was well worth the wait. The attendant greeted, distributed flyers and answered questions professionally. Another attendant directed you to steer your car into position. Amazing soapy suds, brushes, jets of water, sprays and dryer...all in living colors. That shine lasted for weeks! Definitely looking into purchasing an annual membership.

Great experience riding through this car wash. The attendants are friendly and helpful. They gave a prewash station for love bugs and heavy dirt. Once you pay for the options of choice like car wax, wheel dressing etc your guided through the retro wash tunnel where the attendant applies another prewash solution. Upon entering the tunnel you get a complete wash top to bottom. My vehicle came out squeaky clean. Off to the vacuum station where they supply clean towels to dry door jams etc. the vacuum is awesome and convenient located on both sides of the vehicle. They even have a floor mat washing device. Plan to visit weekly highly recommended.

This is a great place to purchase a car wash plan. The wash does a great job and wow, those dryers! The vacuums do a great job too. Theres also mat shampoo machines, soft cloths, and little air blowers for that hard to reach water leftover. Overall, great place to get your car wash and it has all the conveniences youd want after the wash. Very friendly staff to boot.

Worst place ever…..they do not stand by there word….. On August 25 2021 . I was there to get a ceramic wash . I started washing my truck at the truck prep area then I realized someone had put grease in the pre Bucket and on all the brushes . I stoped and got the attention of employe he got his manager female. They apologize and try to get it off the front of my truck the and the tire . It was not coming off the manager sent me through the car wash at what point it was still there. Woman manager offered 10 ceramic washes. And said it would be set up with my plate number and there will be no worries at all and apologized again and hope that it made this all better. Which it did. I went today 9/15/21 and was told by male manager that he has to history of it and he will not honor it and the best he could do would maybe give one free wash. began to make me feel very uncomfortable by making me go threw the whole event at witch point I left …… I will never go back this place they do not honor and follow there . …

Any car wash that an air hose for your vents and hard to reach places understands the frustration of having a clean car. I thought it was a thoughtful touch. Also, they have free car mat washers, window cleaner, and cloths. Every employee I have encountered has been friendly and helpful.

I went to try them out when they first opened and I was impressed! I like that you get your car nice and clean on the outside with the machines and it comes out clean and sparkly! Then you can use the elf serve vacuum, air blower and towels to clean your car from the inside. I ended up getting the special to try them out for 3 months and so far I really like it.The staff is very nice and attentive at this location, so that is a big plus!It has become my new go to get my ride nice and clean, they way I expect to want to!

I came in with concerns but Nathan absolutely took care of me, I have never felt so pleased walking out of a car wash and to be honest hate the car wash process, but when I come to Wash City... I went to wash city for the first time and i must say, i am absolutely satisfied with the service and tools provided by the employees over there. I was thrilled to use their air pressured gun to really get into crevices and tight spots, it allowed for easy extraction especially with the intense vacuum power, no dirt was left behind. I will be back and would highly recommend to get washed up at wash city.

The vehicle looks like new when finished. The problem occurred in not knowing what to do when the license plate was not read by the machine. About 10 others managed to go through the gates before someone arrived to help. Pushing the help button twice after 5 minutes brought no results. There are no other instructions available. However, there is someone to guide the driver onto the rails, so its smooth riding there. The trial period is a great deal too.

My husband and I went here for a car wash. Excellent first impression. Everything worked properly from the car wash to the vacuums machines. No dirt was left behind afterwards as sometimes with other car washes .The vacuum suction was perfect so it was easy for my husband to do the job quickly and efficiently. They also provided towels. Very professional. Hopefully customers treat the equipment with respect so everything remains in working order for years to come.

Paid for the top end wash, yes they had a special $10 for the 1st 3 months on any package. I just bought the 1 time wash for $25 to see if I should do the monthly...... not worth it. The free vacuum, using the provided glass cleaner, and drying/dusting towels make it a 2 star. The wash quality even after I prescrubbed, (nice option) not worth the money.

This is one of the best car washes around Central Florida. Excellent wash, strong vacuums, responsive personnel, brand new equipment, freshly washed towels provided at every vacuum station. This is how it should be done. Its a bit pricey but worth it in my opinion.

Torn part from vehicle, not accepting responcibility. I was told to come back when the pit was cleaned for parts, once a month. My part was a hood, stone deflector, about 5 feet long and painted to match my truck. I was told to check back several times....its a pretty big part! Eventually they said, it must have been thrown out....no liability, no responsibility, therefor I give them 2 stars. The carwash and vacuum center are great, but I dont have much faith when parts can be torn off and likely listed on Offer Up. So disappointed.

Wow! Wash City is the real deal and the best self car wash I have found in the U.S. to date right here in apopka, FL. When I pulled in I saw not one but four pre wash bug station all new clean stainless steel. Then I looked closer to see not one but three different tanks of clean soapy water with full a sized tire brush, smaller scrub brush, and scrub pads soft/ hard the good ones too. This right here alone I can tell you from experience traveling for years all over the U.S is non excistant. Wash City is the first to offer it to its customers and I am pretty jealous that there is not one of this stores in Chattanooga, TN when I am home.After cleaning the outside like I want if I was going to pre wash it myself I head to the terminals to pay. I was greeted by a nice young man in nice new clean uniform to help with the different options on the touch screen pad. This was my first time so I was thankful to have someone help get me through and on my wash to the wash tunnel.This is were the experience goes from good to best experience ever. As I start to enter the car wash tunnel I notice it is pitch black. The car is getting clean but all I see is soap, cloth moving back and forth, water hitting the windshield, noises of tires getting clean. Then it comes the bright red L.E.D lights in colums hitting me almost puts you in a trans with rows and columns of nozzles that were ready to blast ever inch of water off my car while going by. That right there was like riding in a boat or coaster ride in Disney and the surprise ending. Bravo 👏.You come out pumped to find many clean stalls to choose from and park. I have to say this car wash is the first to only have the one essential vacuum nozzle head attachment needed the smaller fine tuning one everyone fits over to use and not the big bulky one that usually is just sitting there nit being used. This car wash only carries the essential one. I also see a bins with fresh clean towels on top to use and a dirty towel bind below for the workers to pick up after to clean again. You also find a window cleaner bottle plus a hand sanitize station to to help fight the spread of covid 19 at each pull in station.I had the opportunity to meet and talk with the owners daughter who was cleaning her own car next to me. She was very excited/friendly about her families business you could tell as she talked with me about the history and why they had certain options.Also, this car wash has the first wash area I has seen with sinks to clean rubber mats in. What? 🙌Now that right there could have been handy so many times in the past to clean those rubber mats that get nasty from mud, sand, and etc from a fun day on the beach or trails.After throughly cleaning my car it was time to leave after knowing my car looks good. 🙃I noticed an employee out power washing every stall with a machine. I asked him how often he does this and the answer was everyday in between busy times. What? No wonder all the stalls are so clean in pristine condition.All I got to say is this is the cleanest, nicest, best equipped, friendly car wash I have ever been to in my life. If you get the opportunity to come here to get your car back to looking new again its here. HANDS DOWN BEST CAR WASH around. I was getting the dream coat the most expensive one at $25 but its worth EVERY penny. Then today, they gave me the monthly rate for that same wash for $10 per month. Wow! I can as many times a month I want to go. You can cancel at any time. I love the vacuums which are FREEEEE and they work really good. And you can wash your mats. Overall, I would consider working there. Get lots of exercise and stay super busy.

Best car wash experience. The complimentary vacuums, rags, and spray after the wash are a major plus. Always clean and in working order. They beat every competition around. Would highly recommend. I never sign up for monthly subscriptions. But I did in this case.

Once started using them is great but when you try to either suspend or cancel it does not work they still charge you every month! It’s ridiculous.

EDIT: I have edited this to 4 stars as they did get back to me and have made the video available. I am a member and went in for a wash. While in the tunnel the car in front of me stopped but the mechanism kept pushing me forward INTO the vehicle in front of me. It also kept pushing the vehicle behind me into me. We finally got out and reported the incident. I didnt notice any visible damage but when I was driving home my truck told me that my pre-collision assist wasnt working. I took it to a shop and they found the sensor had broken loose and I need to go to the dealership and get it realigned and the cameras fixed (truck says one is blocked). This is going to cost me a lot of $$. Ive called MULTIPLE TIMES and never received a call back, Ive written through the website and NO RESPONSE. Im disgusted by the lack of response to this issue. All I want is my truck fixed!

Don’t bother going here - first off you will wait in a line that is ridiculous, the owner says the line will only go as fast as the wash will go, which is true if the arms opened up to let the cars in which it did not do, then going through the car wash the brushes in two stations did not come all the way and just barely hit my truck and no soap came out. When I got out to wipe down my truck I looked at my wheels and there was no tire dressing at all, then I walked around to the back and the brushes never touched it at all.When I asked for the manager the young fellow said he is the manager and asked what was wrong after I explained the problems he said it is because they are out of water and the soap doesn’t come out when they are low on water ( OK so explain why the tire dressing doesn’t come out ) while I was in the office 2 employees came in saying that some stations are not working, so obviously the place is falling apart.Then a older guy walked in and said what is going on? And when I said who are you his response was “none of your business!” Well this“Gentleman” turned out to be the owner and if he is talking to customers this way that would explain why every time I go there it is all new faces. After I told him what I was told about what I was told about the water - his response was - that is not true then the “manager” denied saying that to me. So I cancelled my monthly plan for two vehicles. And he could care less,He obviously has my information and knows who I am, so if he would like to call me I would be more then happy to talk to him but being the arrogant “gentleman” with no people skills I wouldn’t expect my phone to ring. FYI the sweet water car wash, and the bubble car wash on OBT are close by and just as convenient, as well as a new one being built about a mile up on 441

City car Wash Apopka is a great place to get your car clean. Everything you need to clean inside and out. There $10 per month for 3 months unlimited washes is an excellent way to try them out. They have pre-wash brushes and soapy water and after wash places with vacuum hoses on both sides of the vehicle a car mat wash or vacuum, clean towels to wash windows and dwarf jams or a dash and steering wheel. Im a monthly member, but will be ending my membership soon.... I have a white car and everytime I go through in getting tire shine on the bottom of the bumper. The shine has caused dis-coloration to the bumper. Brought this issue to management and was told they couldnt tell me anything .

Wash City Car Wash is the one only place that I go to have my car washed. I dont know what they have in their water but my car is black and it comes out shining like a diamond. I love that they have the car mat washer which is fantastic after I wash my math they feel like theyre brand new all fluffy. And no one can beat their vacuum system that they have you dont have to go punch the key to start and then it turns off of you when youre not finished he have to go punch the key no no no. Wash City Car Wash there is a hose on each side of your car and the suction never stops until you put it away. I think Car City wash is 1 by itself. So far Ive never seen anyone do a better job and with their setup of their company then the one in Apopka on 436 fantastic!

I had a great experience here! The staff was super friendly and helpful. While they have different packages for different kinds of car washes you can purchase, I originally opted for one that was about $15. I was pleasantly surprised at how good of a job the machine wash was. After my wash staff member alyssa answered all my questions and tend to my every needs. I spent a extra 10 min vacuuming and running my floor mats through the cleaner. By the end of my visit I purchased the top package from the city wash manager nathan $10 FOR 3 MONTHS!. Highly recommend!

We had the monthly membership since they opened. Driving through several times per week. The car overall looked great. However the wash tunnel has started chipping the paint off on my suv. It is on both sides at the same height all the way around. I verified it was the car wash by checking after I went through each time. I now have 8 areas where the paint was taken off. Some the size of a quarter. I brought it to a managers attention and they offered a discount but not to fix the paint. So I cannot recommend this place.Edit: And clearly they dont care much because I sent an email to this person who asked me to reach out, 2 days prior to them actually commenting on this review. Its their canned feel better response.

Probably one of the best car washes in the area. Before you pull in, they have an area where you can pre treat your car by removing excessive bugs or spots with provided brushes and water buckets with soap. The car wash itself does a really good job and i have not experienced any scratches from the rotating brushes. You also get a covered free vacuum and drying area and they also provide window cleaner and clean microfiber cloth to finish the exterior and interior details. Overall, excellent service and would absolutely recommend it 👍.

Then it goes to which ever one you choose to have and you still get 1 wash per day if you want to wash your car that often you can and your vacuum is included. Thats right free vacuum for an entire month for only $10 for 1st 3 months. Then the price go up to the original price, depending on the one you choose...

Wash City Car Wash in Apopka has one of the longest wash tunnels in the area, allowing a better car cleaning experience. The one thing that I would love to see is professional detailing services made available. The car wash is state of the art, and the automatic tag reader eliminates the issue of touching a screen for the desired wash experience.

Amazing location!! We are from Pennsylvania and down here visiting and let me tell you something, this car wash is the ishhhhhh! $10 a month for the first three months and free vacuum cleaners unlimited window wash and drying towels included along with compressed air to clean out vents and crevices! We need more of these around!

This car wash is state of the art! Most of the facility is self service. As you enter, there is a prep area for you to wash off bugs, scrub your wheels and underside of the vehicle. The solution in the tubs is very effective. You then proceed to the automatic car wash where there are numerous options to choose from. You will be encouraged to buy a monthly wash plan, but its not required. The car wash is very thorough and the dryers actually work! After exiting the car wash you can leave right away or you can proceed to the vacuums section. Here you will not only find vacuums, but also a car mat cleaning machine, clean dry towels, a detailing air blower attachment. If you are used to detailing your own ride, youll love the amenities at Wash City!

I and three other people have had our cars damaged by this car wash and they REFUSE to own up to the damage their vacuums do to their customers cars. Its ridiculous.

I joined Wash City when they 1st opened as I fell in love with the services the facility and they had a great deal on opening, the 1st 3 months at a certain price for the all you could use car wash.Unfortunately at the end of September my lumbar spine collapsed down onto my tailbone bringing life to a halt and at the beginning of October I went into the hospital and had 6 hours of spine surgery putting 22 screws and a 19 1/2 rod in my back and then 6 weeks after that I was diagnosed with cancer of the throat and was not even a smoker ! I was just looking at my bank statement I realised that all this time I had been getting billed which was not the car washes fault but given the circumstances I was not able to use the services. I reached out and spoke with a manager by the name of Ray who was not only very empathetic to the situation but also understood that I was not asking for all my money back because yes its my fault. After explaining the situation again ray was very empathetic and so we were able to come up with something that was amicable for both parties.I love doing business with a company that is about customer service and having a great staff. As Ray was is an amazing custodian of the brand and was 100% about satisfying the customer given the situation. I do have every intent on rejoining the program once physically able to take advantage of the amazing facility and systems they have there. After being a resident of the area for 20 years Ive used every car wash in the area, if you want to save time dont even bother going to the other ones as Wash City has everything you need! Its clean its organised and they have an amazingly friendly staff. Obviously they are very customer focused and driven. I again would like to thank Ray for his empathy but also the customer service he provided and again I absolutely love the services they have. I cant wait to feel better and know that this great place that I can go clean my car here is here in Apopka that until this time hasnt been available. Thank you Ray and thank you Wash City! Again, if you have not been you should go because if you go to any other car washes the area your wasting your money!

I mean, I guess its a good thing not to have to buy your own stuff and use your own electricity for a fee. .. BUT.. 🤨 I thought full service would be an option!! I went there so I wouldnt have to do all the work, after traveling to Michigan and back. WRONG. Awesome customer service though and everything fully stocked!!! Thats why I gave a 4 star, not because of me sweating and working to get a clean car!!!

Best car wash. I moved from Georgia and had a monthly car wash, this is 10 times better. I moved to Tampa. If I stayed here would definitely have this on yearly contract. Cant beat the price for safe and great quality. Managers and employees are always helpful. Will definitely miss this place.

I’ve been here a few times and have been impressed each time. Their drive thru wash is top notch. My husband and neighbor both commented on how clean and shiny my car was and couldn’t believe it was from a drive thru wash. Their vacuums work great and there are plenty so you are never waiting. I love that they offer actual towels vs. disposable rags and the attendants are always diligent about keeping them stocked. Definitely a place I will recommend.

Wonderful place to wash your vehicle

Always good at this car wash. Its new, and well run. Their equipment is new and well maintained. The employees are thorough, and knowledgeable. My kids enjoy dancing in the back seat when we go through because of the LED lights. The vacuums are well above average, and they have towels, Windex, and blowers at every COVERED station.

My experience was pleasant and I love all the amenities offered. There is free window cleaning products, free mat washes, as well as, powerful vacuums positioned on both sides of your vehicle. Very professional & customer service was great. It’s a awesome feeling greeting people who love what they do. Nathan & James were exceptional today at my visit. I really appreciate the smiles even under the masks and enthusiasm they showed! Way to go fellas keep up the amazing work!
