AMAZING! We made an appointment which was great because they started us right away! They did such a great job, we selected the Herbal Pedicure and my daughter upgraded to the French pedicure. EXCELLENT work, very professional, I will go back! They have little seats for kids which I thought was awesome!

I’m new to this area. I must admit the quality is superb! I’ve had a pedicure and a manicure. Weeks later both still looks great. My daughter had her toes and nails completed as well. Anthony completed my dip nails and today is three weeks later and they are still looking great. I usually have issues with my nails splitting at the cuticle but not this time. I will go and get Anthony to do my nails again. I cant wait!

I took my daughter to get her nails done. She was cared for by Katie. Katie was very personable and funny. She made my daughters experience there great! And she made some really good suggestions. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing. I look forward to going there again! Thanks Katie!

Tina!!! RUDE!!! Me and my friend went to get a pedicure and both had appointments. When we arrived we were greeted and made feel so unwelcome and a burden to have come. When finishing up with drying of the polish Tina walks over and starts standing over us and starts clearly insulting and laughing at me and my friend and was talking to the people who did our toes. She was rushing me out of the chair to pay and kicked my shoes. She honestly is so lucky I was having a great day... they do good nails but are so rude every time you go in.

I had all new gel nails put on and two weeks later four popped right off. I’m very unhappy with the quality of their work. I’ve used them before but live in Massachusetts so I cannot go back for a repair. My nails were done June 11 and along with a pedi I paid $108!!! Plus cash tip!! Would like a refund

Ryan was the best nail tech Ive had in sooo long! He did sns with holographic powder and it looks amazing. I called ahead and made my appointment and came in on time and was seen on time. They have the barriers set up between each client and worker and have you sanitize your hands when you walk in. They prefer you wear a mask right now which is easy enough. Great staff!

I came in for a manicure, when it wasnt busy. I was rushed through my appointment, my nails are streaky and they didnt do the color I picked. I picked a color in between nude and soft pink and got bubblegum pink. The nail tech was watching the TV while doing my nails and I think that is why it was done so sloppy. I wont be going back.

Second visit, thinking of making it my regular salon since I am moving to the area. Clean, well maintained with modern equipment and friendly technicians. Very attentive, I got a deluxe pedicure and full manicure with dip nails and was impressed that they noticed (I didnt) that the dip hadnt covered well and immediately removed the top coat and dipped another coat. My nails are still like new a week later. Reasonable prices. Docked a star as the were slower than Id prefer (2 hrs for mani/pedi).

This is my favorite place to get a pedicure. The only reason its not getting five stars is because sometimes they have a hard time honoring your appointment time.

Nicely designed spa. Nail tech was good. Good color selection. Observed owners to be extremely rude to other customers and directly to myself. Too many other nail salons in the Apex/Cary area to be treated any way but as a valued customer.

I’ve been in a couple times. Every time the staff barely acknowledged me and took FOREVER to assist us. Nail job was done so poorly. Would never go back and pay that much.

Ive been there once before with no appointment and experience was fine. My technician couldnt commit with me not it was fine. She did a great job. Made an appt today and showed up on time. Never got greeted at door. After 10 min someone asked what we were there for. I said 2 pedicures and he walked away and nobody said a word again. After 15 minutes we walked away and found another salon close by and were immediately helped! We will not be returning to this salon again!!!

My daughter went in to get her nails done yesterday. The employee working with her was incredibly rude and actually insulted her. My daughter had been nothing but polite to this employee. Maybe the owners of this business arent aware, but there are at least a dozen other salons within a three mile radius who will gladly take their business and give customers a PLEASANT experience. If they are going to tolerate this kind of behavior from their employees, they had better invest in a going out of business sign.

First visit 7/16/19. BEWARE I don’t usually write reviews, this one was necessary. I went in for gel manicure, I asked nail tech to only cut a little of my cuticles because I get hang nails. He cut an excessive amount and cut my skin on three fingers. I have been using antibiotic ointment hoping I do not get an infection. My nails look like they were done a week ago it’s been two days. Staff was not friendly & a staff members little boy was running around from customer to customer being very annoying. After the tech was done with my nails he put the tools in his drawer, I hope they were not used before me or on the next customer. Will not use this business again.

This is the absolute best place to have your nails done in this area by far!!! These people know clean and friendly like no other nail spa! (And Ive tried a lot including high end spas) I am moving and dread finding a new place. These guys are amazing!

I just want to preface this by saying my mom goes all the time during the week, sees the owner, LOVES her, and swears by this place. But she gets the acrylics, not nail polish.I went on a Sunday afternoon and had the worst nail experience of my life. Ive sampled a lot of nail places around the city and Im really not picky. I keep my nails short with bright colors and if it lasts a week Im happy.It was not really busy. But they said 10 minutes wait, so we took our time picking colors and trying them out. Then, the lady whos going to do my nails comes up to us and says were taking too long, and are we ready yet? Okay, I guess Im ready, lets go.So we go and sit down, and she tells us how busy they are and I say I know. She yelled at me for not keeping my fingers in the water, and then she attacked me with the cuticle cutter. Like it hurt. She took a lot of skin off too. But 10 minutes after my cuticles actually looked really good and didnt hurt anymore, so thats a major plus. Maybe I just have terrible cuticles. Thats not a complaint.Honestly, I couldve handled it all and probably would have came back again. But she missed part of my nail, like the whole left side of it, and told me she was too busy to fix it for me. I could have painted it better myself. Actually, Im going to take it off and re-paint it. My nails have been chipping ever since. Its only 2 days later and they look terrible.My friend who came with me already took her polish off and re-did it. Dont go there !

This Bellas is a good place. I usually receive good quality service. The place stays busy so an appointment is recommended but I am always pleased with my nails upon completion.

This is now my go-to place for pedicures. So clean, with all tools wrapped & single use. Relaxing music & beautiful nature videos on the big screen add to the calming experience. Excellent value & wonderful experience. In a town where there are so many salon choices, this place stands out.

Ok so I have read all the review. People, if you groom on a regular basis you will know that everyone cant do nails or hair for that matter. Find a person that suits your taste and then learn how to make an appt. You cant always just walk in and expect to be worked on. They are busy all the time. Tell them while you are there if you dont like something instead of talking trash after you leave!!!! I have been going to Ryan for 3 or 4 years and you HAVE to make an apt with him. There are others that I have seen their work and are good also. Its called trial and error. The salon is great.

Yesterday was the worst nail experience I have ever had. Not only was the tech completely rude to me, telling me long nails are annoying to work with, he cut 4 of my fingers making me bleed and still charged me over $50 no apology or anything. My fill took over 2 hours and they continued to talk about me in another language. I was a regular customer but not after being treated with such disrespect and actually causing me physical pain. This is a disgrace

After 4 days my gel manicure chipped. The salon has a great atmosphere and service, so I am going to give them a second chance.

I went in for a mani about 10 days ago. Asked for a shellac or gel manicure. Picked out a color. The technician, who was very nice, offered me a drink. I got a water, which I was unable to open and drink, as my hands were being held hostage. In between rounds of filing I tried to open it, but the tech grabbed my hand away. So that was a waste.The technician used one brand of base coat, a different brand of the gelish polish color, and finished with a third brand of top coat. The polish looked fine when I left but after further inspection at home, the polish appears to have all been concentrated on the tips as there is a large bump on almost every nail in the front. To top it all off, after only 9 days, it chipped. I have never ever had a gel manicure chip before.I will not be returning.

I went to this nail salon based on the great reveiws. At first it was wonderful, staff were somewhat friendly and accommodating as I had my 11 month old with me due to baby sitting issues. Things went ok through my pedicure and then my daughter became restless. So, I asked if I could pay for my services (manicure and pedicure) and return later to have my manicure done. They said yes and I made an appointment to return, paid and TIPPED them and went home. I returned without my daughter expecting (due to a very nice tip) great service and a good manicure (gel). Not the case! Nails had uneven coats of gel making them look wavey and crooked! He rushed so much that my cuticles were not even removed properly.Within two days the gel was chipping as was the pedicure polish. Very disappointed. I work from home on the computer and so its not like I am rough on my hands or feet. 80.00 later (tip included) it lasted two days!! I will never return!

I had the gel polish manicure that began to peel within the first week. They gave me the same person that did it the first time to repair it for free and he tried to blame it on my nail growth. He wanted me to pay to have them redone and I said no. He repaired them terribly to where they are peeling again the next day after repair. Its too expensive for crappy work and I will not go there again.

I went for a pedicure and they cut my toes so bad they were bleeding when they went to buff them with the nail file on top. They proceeded to put tons of alcohol that made them burn and rub lotion on them etc etc that just kept making it worse. No one ever offered a discount or apologied. This place is beyond awful.
