I had a terrible experience at Braxtons. I took my car in to submit a simonize claim, Sherry failed to contact me after 5 to10 days as she said she would. No apology for failing to do so. Just all around poor customer service. I left a message with her associate when I called HER to follow up, which she claims she did not receive the message. Still waiting for a resolution.
