Wow what can I say I had an amazing experience with Toyota hendrix. My agents name was Bryan Blum. I went to a few different branches in my location and could not find what I was looking for. So the last location I tried was the Hendrix location. I Met Brian there and he was very polite and knowledgeable. He let me test drive a few vehicles and gave me a few pointers. However they did not have the vehicle that I really wanted. Then after a few day of searching online I found the car that I wanted. It was a Toyota Camry Hybrid 2018 in the used market for a great price. However there was an issue the vehicle was in another city. So Bryan offered to have one of his workers to pick up and transport the vehicle to his location at no extra charge foe my convenience. So it was a Saturday morning feb. 28 of 2020 and Bryan made the purchasing process so smooth and easy and he was also on the better tip for fighting for me to get an extra feature added on the car at a great discounted price.Now this is where Bryan really shines. Now mind you shortly after I bought the car covid happened and I was not going anywhere or taking any chances. So let’s fast forward 18 months later. I went to talk with Bryan to see if he would still honor the add on feature that we agree on 18 months ago. (I went in with the intent thinking at this point I will just see what he say and if they don’t honor it then I can’t really get mad). But after I talk with Bryan and ask about the add on he look at me and told me that he was glad to see me and asked about my family and was glad that they were in good health. He also told me that ofcorse he will still honor out agreement and was even on the better tip and gave me a free car rental so I didn’t have to call an Uber. Great service experience. Made appointment online - seamless experience. Marcus (Service Manager) got me checked-in on time and reviewed planned service and estimated charges - took just a few minutes. Everyone interacting with customer were wearing masks. I thought I needed to have coolant flushed and replaced - they checked service history of my vehicle and let me know this had been done previously, about two years ago at another dealer, and did not need to be done. Had 120k mileage service, and had them check function of A/C. They did not charge to diagnose A/C because they didnt find any issues. Honored a coupon that I had. Finished all work in less than two hours. Check-out was easy too. Marcus was great to work with. Will be returning for future service needs.

Oscar helped us with the purchase of our brand new 4Runner and he did a great job. It is a very tough time to buy a new or even used vehicle. They had a stock 4Runner and we were looking to order the same 4Runner just with a few upgrades and they were actually able to add the upgrades and we were able to have the 4Runner in 4 days rather than 4 months. The most important thing to know about them is the fact they honor sticker pricing and MSRP based off of Toyotas pricing. They could of easily held the 4Runner and sold it for $10k-&20k more than sticker to a more desperate customer. Overall, amazing experience and Oscar was a great help!

I plan to call and discuss why it took over 5 hours to have the oil and oil filter changed and a speaker replaced or fixed. My son was told the speaker was fixed and the only thing done was the balance changed so no sound came out of it. He now has another appointment next week.My wife has been in two times and getting ready to return for a third time since having tires rotated and car continues to pull to the right since the tire rotation. Now the tires are over-wearing on the right side. Pressure is same on all tires. I have enjoyed Toyota and your service for many years. What has changed in the past year?

The service department always does a fine job with the servicing of my Camry this time was no exception as it pertains to the work performed in a timely manner. I would give 5 stars however part of my visit was dealing with a burn in the interior of my vehicle that I wanted to have fixed as part of a protection package I purchased with the car specifically for burns stain and tears to the interior. The service writer who addressed me initially was not aware of how to handle the matter he may have been a recent hire, no problem there people need to have time to learn. He went to see a more experienced service writer about my situation. The senior service writer denied that the dealership would do anything about the interior burn and that it was not something that was covered. I calmly argued that burn in the interior was specifically the reason that I paid the extra money for the protection package. He still refused to accept my word when I knew without a doubt that the protection policy did cover burns. I conveyed the fact to him that I was very certain that the burn was covered but he still refused to accept my statements. I want to the sales manager and he quickly went off and collected my contact which showed that burns were in fact covered and gave that information to service with HIS apologies. The service writer who basically made me out to be either stupid or a lier never addressed his mistake or refusal to accept my word and verify the situation which I feel is how he should have handled the situation. He instead stuck to his opinion which was incorrect and put the burden of proving the information I already knew to be correct on me. And again never came back and apologized for denying that I knew what I was speaking about. I purchased my vehicle from Hendrix specifically because a favorable treatment I received from the service department, this last experience did lower my opinion of the department but I am a forgiving person so youll have the opportunity to recover. I hope this is seen as a coach able situation and that it is investigated further by your fine organization . His attitude came off as politely smug, probably not what you are striving g for. When I was in the car business we were taught that the customer is always right, definitely didnt feel that during my visit yesterday. The 2 stars that I didnt give you are totally the fault of the service writer that failed to treat me with the respect that a customer deserves.

We had a great car buying experience with Rochelle this past week. She took time to find out what we were interested in and answered all of our questions. When it came to making the deal Rochelle went above and beyond to make sure I got the exact vehicle I wanted. I received a phone call from her after the sale to make sure that all was going well and to see if I had any questions. My wife and I went here to check out a 4Runner that my wife wanted. We were going to try to trade in her Jeep Wrangler. At first we thought it was gonna be a No Deal. Sofia was knowledgeable and went out of her way to keep me updated on my car status and fulfilled all my requests, which made the process of car purchasing quick and smooth!

Some confusion over the cost of replacing plugs in my Highlander (V6). When I called they told me $528. When I dropped off the cost was over $600. When I picked up it turns out the $528 number was what they charged. So I think the advisor at dropoff just had it wrong. Otherwise it was perfect. No hassles. No attempt to talk me into extraneous stuff.

Bought a used car from this dealership well over 2 months ago. The dealership has yet to send me my permanent tags. Just got off the phone with Rebecca, if you can avoid doing business with this condescending wretched woman it would be good for your mental health.They treat you well when you buy a car, after they get your money they dont care about you any more. Glad Ive waited this long to write my review.There are plenty of car dealerships in the area, I would recommend visiting another one at all costs.

I dont want to visit another dealership after my experience with Hendrick Toyota of Apex. The staff was very accommodating. Casey and Ricky in Service are first class, Shiv and Rod Jones in sales were very helpful with the questions or concerns I had. Mac, Tracy, and Khalil also stood out from my experience at Hendrick.I had a very complex brake issue on my Tacoma that needed expert skill to handle. I took it to several different mechanics who werent able to fix the issue, but Michael Landov the lead tech and his crew provided the expertise and leadership to get the job done.Thank you all!

Just bought a 21 Tundra from Hendrick Toyota Apex.Adedeji Famoroti was my salesman. This is the 2nd truck Ive bought from Hendrick -- back in 2013, I bought my first truck from them....Very, very smooth transaction. Zero pressure, and I feel the dealership worked with me to get extra for my trade, which was higher than the values Carvana or VROOM offered.Sofia the FI manager (err, business manager), was great -- worked the cash deal with very little pressure to upsell an extended warranty or service package. They also worked with me so that I could take home and return the paperwork for my wifes signature.
