I own a 1973 Corvette with 64,000 original miles. It has its own attached garage and I treat it like a forth child. The AC has not worked this year. Another mechanic fixed it and recharged it last year but even then it did not work too well. I heard about Ten Ten Auto from one of my Corvette friends. Since it’s only 5 minutes from my house I decided to give them a try but I was extremely apprehensive. So I dropped my baby off and went home but being the person I am I decided to go to the gas station next door to them to spy over the fence. I saw the car in one of their bays and a young man put a fender cover nicely over it as to not hurt the paint. Later they called with an estimate and said they could order parts for tomorrow. Well tomorrow came and I brought it back. Not only did they re-rewire it correctly so there is no more clicking under the hood but it blows cold air more than my newer SUV. I frequent car shows. Knowing that, the owner made sure everything was neat as it would be in 1973. I belong to two corvette clubs and the American legion cruisers. This was yesterday and already I told a bunch of people at today’s cars and coffee.Update: Took my corvette for the shocks, starter and replace the alarm horn. Again perfect. I purchased the original parts and it took them half a day to install. Additionally they repacked the wheel bearings and tightened the hubs up for me.

Dropped off Sunday June 27, at night. Tuesday evening, still have not heard from them. I gave my number on my night owl form and wrote it again below in sharpie under instructions. Plan to pick up tomorrow and take it elsewhere.ETA: June 30th, magically I was called on the number I wrote on my form 2x and in sharpie but unfortunately Edie (sp?) wouldn’t let me get a word in edgewise. I finally was allowed to speak to a technician and while their plan was to sell me the same fix I’ve already received, I think I finally spoke his language and hopefully they’ll actually look into the electrical, fuse and other issues I’d previously noted and requested. This, only after spending the better part of an hour on the phone with them today going back and forth….We shall see. Will keep you all posted.ETA: July 6th received a call and was told again they’d do the same fix as before. Discussed again and suddenly they needed to re-evaluate (like they had said days ago).July 9th received a call and was told all was fixed. When I asked about specific items, I was assured that yes, they were fixed. I asked what the problem ended up being and the answer was vague at best. I requested he double check and waited on hold. He came back and said actually no, none of the items had been fixed and they had no clue how to fix.So after 2 weeks, a complete runaround and no car, I picked up my vehicle exactly as I dropped it off.

Could not have been more satisfied with the work completed. Jerry and the team were very quick to repair the issues and always kept me up to date with the status of my vehicle. Upon picking up my car everything repaired was perfect. Will definitely return to Ten Ten Auto for any future issues I may have.

I had a bad experience at Apex Transmissions where I was charged for a new alternator that ended up being bad and fried my battery in the process. I was left on the side of the road and Ten Ten auto took care me ASAP while apex transmissions made me wait 3 days. I would highly recommend this place and if your female like me, you dont have to worry about being taken advantage

They fixed an electrical issue that the dealership couldnt on the first try. While the dealer tried 3 times to fix and couldnt.

I have an old F-150 that we use to haul trash and large items. It broke in the yard. I had an idea what it was. It was the ABS module (actually the pump but you only can buy the module). I paid $85 to tow it. Ten Ten gave me an estimate of $4200 to fix a $2,000 truck. That said I wanted a pulled part that they valued at twice what it cost and most important they wouldnt guarantee it would work to drive it off the lot. I paid them for the estimate. I towed it to the second place and will let you know how they do.

I needed an inspection. They were able to schedule me in the same afternoon and completed the inspection in a timely manner for a fair price. Will definitely be back for my auto service.

There are not many shops that I would recommend, But this place runs like a well oiled machine and they are good at what they do!They service American cars, European autos,And have skilled people that work on classics also.From inspections, to oil changes, to regular maintenance, to major mechanical failures, this is the place to go!They also do very in depth front end of alignments.

They are pretty down-to earth and didnt charge too much for what had to be done. A convenient location, as long as theres not traffic. Consider picking up your vehicle in the morning as to avoid traffic shenanigans. Other than that, great place.

I have lived just down the street from this place for years, but only took my car here for the first time recently. I had an issue with my brakes and took my car to my regular mechanic, who said it would take about a week and a half to order parts and complete repairs. I called around a few places to see if it could be done in a few days instead. I spoke with and eventually worked with Chris at Ten Ten Auto Service.I received a cheaper quote from another local shop, but they asked me almost nothing about my car, the problems I was having, or the necessary parts that might be involved. Chris came across as knowledgeable, fair, and explained the available options then recommended what they could do for the best value.I dropped my car off a bit after 4PM and Chris called at 8AM the following day to let me know theyd stayed late and it was available for pick up.HIS OVER THE PHONE PRICE QUOTE WAS DIFFERENT THAN WHAT THEY ACTUALLY CHARGED! BEWARE, these guys charged me less than what I had already agreed to pay after the work has been performed. (I couldnt resist the all caps hope no one just scanning reviews misses what actually happened here). This was exactly the opposite of what Ive come to expect from mechanics.Again, they arent the cheapest in town, but bargain shopping for brakes sounds about as sensible as bargain shopping for a tattoo. They were, however, a several hundred dollars cheaper than what my regular mechanic quoted me and I am confident in the work they did. Also, Id expect the cheaper quote I received over the phone from a different place wouldnt be what Id walk out the door paying there.Excellent and prompt service; dont think Ive ever felt as good about paying a mechanic.

I usually get my propane tanks filled here and thought it would be good to have my girlfriend bring her car here since it is local with a good reputation. The experience of getting new tires and alignment went smooth. The state inspection however went completely awry. Her car ignition was fine going into the shop but came out with the ignition stuck in the on position and the key locked in place. Yes ladies and gentlemen, the car was given back to her running with no way to turn it back off except disconnecting the battery cables. Luckily my neighbor was available to help since I was traveling for work. I understand the car is going on 8 years old and there is a record of the Chevy Aveo having this issue but her model was not included in the recall and there have not been any issues during the entire life span of the vehicle until now. The problem I have is not so much with it breaking while in the shops possession (interesting coincidence) but how they handled it. Towing the car back the next day... What they charged my girlfriend for looking at the car that was damaged while in their possession and for the part that they thought needed to be replaced but started working again; it came out to over 50% of the total cost to just replace the part. Had that information been communicated when the ignition started working at their shop again, we would have opted for them to simply complete the repair and be done. We want to save money on older vehicles where possible while keeping them running. Although they say they try to help save you money they are still in the business to make money and that is very clear. I will reserve further comment until after I speak with them again because obviously this part is no longer going to last in place and will have to be replaced at some point.

I brought my car top Ten Ten after getting an estimate elsewhere for over $1,300 to repair my leasing power steering system.The reason I brought it in was a check engine light, Jerry and Mark got me out the door for $900 fixing my check engine issues, my power steering and changing out my transmission fluid.It is clear this shop is honest and interested in doing the right thing.I will be back despite a 20 minute drive because an honest mechanic is gold and these guys are the best.

The best autoshop experience Ive ever had. The staff were all very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. The waiting area was clean and had a few nice couches with water, soda, coffee and a TV. I always dread autoshop waiting areas but this one was really pleasant. Plus I got in and out in under 30 minutes for an NC inspection.I would recommend calling ahead/scheduling your inspection but I only called ahead by about 2 hours.

I have been going here for a year now about once a month. I rent a vehicle out that needs serviced often. Since I rent this vehicle out I want to make sure it is safe and therefore ask them to check everything and service anything needed. They VERY rarely have any additional services that they recommend. They have even talked me out of getting services sometimes saying that I can save the money, since its not needed. I think that this shows huge integrity on there part. I am giving them permission to up sell me and they dont take advantage of it. Their prices are basically the same if not lower then other locations and they do a great job every time. I have never had to come back to fix something they just worked on.

I stopped in Apex on my way to the NC coast. Had noise in the wheel and problem with the brakes. These guys took us in at about 3 p.m. and said they would get the parts and get the car back on the road that evening! As it turned out, I found a place to spend the night and picked the car up early the next morning. These folks are amazing! Their facility is very nice and well run. If you live in the Apex, Holly Springs area, this is where you should take your automobiles.

Jerry and his crew are a pleasure to work with. They recently replaced all their lifts and added a new Hunter alignment machine (the best around!). Jerry is willing to take on any task, big or small, and its always done right, on time, at a fair price. His shop is the only one I take my autos to.

My serpentine belt came off this morning on the way to work and I limped it into Ten Ten Auto Service. They got me right in, diagnosed the problem, ordered and installed an new idler arm, and got me going again. Great customer service for my unscheduled visit. Reasonable price as well.

Outstanding service. Jerry and his crew are top notch and can fix almost anything. I had an issue with the rear end of my 4 runner and had gone to Merchants. They said for me to check junk yards for a used rear end as they cannot fix it. They said they replace rear ends with used ones all the time. Estimated amount 800 plus the cost of the rear end; if I could find. A friend suggested Ten Ten auto and they fixed the problem for under half the cost and its running perfect. There is even a warranty for 24 months. Ten Ten Auto is the shop that I have full confidence in and dont walk away feeling Ive been ripped off.

I have been taking my many cars here for years. They have always been professional and extremely honest. I wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else but here.

I stopped going here for a good reason, they are liers and cheaters. They want money and will try to play you like a fool. I went in to see if they could help with my door ( i took it apart) and he told me it would cost over 500$ and he needed to sauder the plastic? you dont sauder plastic !!!! how ignorant can you be, all i had to do was lift the door over the frame piece and push it back in... they wanted 500$ for a few minutes of work. Worst place ever, would not recommend to my worst enemy.
