Ok first off I wanna start by saying I love the work they do. Always come out nice…BUT covid standards exist nowhere in this place of business. I honestly believe and may have witnessed them using the same tools on different patients, because “there was no more in the back.” No masks either, most of em. Another thing, I don’t like the way they talk to the customers and about their customers. It’s rude and disrespectful. On top of it all, the place is filthy.Will I recommend this place? Yes, but with warningsWill I go back to this place? ABSOLUTELY NOTUpdate: today makes a week since I got my nails done and two have already fallen off. I paid $130 for this mess. Not to mention the gel on my toes were done with no effort. Save your money and time and steer far from this place

Me and my daughter came in as walk-ins right before close. The service was awesome and their work is exceptional! We will be back but we don’t remedy our tech’s names! 2 very nice ladies!

I hate to leave a bad review but I have to share my experience, usually I see Sam ( great nail tech) was informed when I set up my appointment she no longer will be working for them. I decided to stay and give the others a try as the nail tech proceeded to remove my old SNS powder she asked me what would I like done, I replied the same (French) she frowned and passed me to another. Unfortunately for me she did a horrible job nails was thin, uneven, and lumpy. I didn’t tip due to not liking the work so the owner who always charges me $50! decided $55 I’m not the type to go back and forth so I will take me business somewhere else.

I am extremely happy with Elite Nails and will miss them when I move away. I have never had a bad experience, ever. Clean, relaxing, polite, attentive. Very kind employees and the owner is a hoot!!! Lol.

Did a walk in mid day on a Saturday and they were able to accommodate 3 in our party 2 for pedicures and my father for a mens manicure. They were patient polite and professional with my father especially who is hard of hearing and sometimes grumpy. Both pedicures were amazing did the Milk and Honey. We will be back. Thanks for a spa like experience.

Amy was my technician and not only is she professional and thorough, she is really funny. The combination made for a very pleasant experience. The business is very clean and staff are accommodating. Nail polish is not diluted and manicure/pedicure last a solid 2 weeks. Love, love, love this place!

BEST SNS manicure Ive ever had! My nails are very grown out - I just realized its been 5 weeks since I had them done and they are still perfect (just grown out!) I have been on the lookout for a quality sns manicurist for months since my girl moved away. I am so happy to have found my new place! Going to schedule a second appointment today.

Not only was the shop beautiful/clean when you walk in. I was also treated very nicely especially for my first time. I am allergic to acrylics but I wanted more than just my regular nails painted. Let me tell you Jennifer did beyond amazing on my short real nails!! She made the cutest design I’ve ever had!! I will be going back and I will be asking for her again!! 💅🏽✨ most professional nail technician I’ve ever went to.

I just moved to the area and was looking for a new nail salon. I tried Elite Nails and I was beyond satisfied. Kelly was fabulous, took her time, and paid attention to the smallest detail while doing my pedicure and dip powder. This is the only salon that has cut my cuticles back with dip powder without me having to request it. Nice relaxing music and very clean. HIGHLY suggest and this will now be my go-to salon!

I tried Elite Nails for the first time today. Kelly gave me the best pedi! The salon is comfortable, very clean and up to date. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I’ve been going here for years. Love this place. They are always accommodating and professional. They recently renovated Summer 2019, too. This is the place to go in Annapolis!

I showed her a picture of what I wanted and said my budget was $70. It was an acrylic set with some gems and I like my nails on the longer side. She looked at the picture and agreed she can do it for $70. She gets the tips on and asks me how long I want them. I like them long which apparently made her angry and she kept asking me really? when I didnt want them cut down so much. I think that is so unprofessional. Then she told me my nails will break if I get them that long. I have been getting them long for years and if done correctly, they do not break. Once the acrylic is on, I ask to see what gems they have so I can pick. She informs me that they dont have any gems. Keep in mind the picture I showed her had at least one gem per nail and she said she can do it. She said she thought I just meant sparkly nail polish. So now I am sitting in the chair with my nails half done while she just told me she actually cant do them anything like the picture I showed her. I was very upset but couldnt just get up and leave since she was half done. I let her just do the sparkle nail polish and as we finish she says it will be $70. How can a simple acrylic set (with NO gems or designs) be $70? She clearly said that because I made the mistake of letting her know my budget in the beginning. I told her I wont pay $70 when I didnt even get anything close to what I wanted, not to mention the simple set was definitely not worth $70. So she settles down to $55 but I am still very upset. Needless to say, 6 nails broke within a week and were so thin. I will never be back here.

Beautiful and modern Salon. My regular Salon is closed on Mondays so I decided to check this place out and Im glad that I did. Mai did a lovely job on my gel manicure!!!

First thing that attracted me to the nail shop was that there were no alters, idles, or God’s when you walk in. I loved the service. My nail tech was polite and initiated friendly conversation. The location is clean peaceful and inviting. My nails look great!

I will never go back, the worst pedicure Ive ever had, it lasted literally 10 minutes, suppose to be 30 minutes ... When I came home one of my toes was swollen where she trimmed the corner of my toenail to short, needless to say my toe is still sore after a week.... She did not massage my feet or legs at all, she rubbed lotion on them and that was it .....It was not worth $30, and I dreaded handing her my money ...

Excellent customer service

It was a nice and quiet space, and very modern inside. I came for a pedicure and was greeted warmly by the staff. It wasnt busy and they got to me right away. I was not disappointed, the pedicure wasnt overly expe sive as I opted for the Signature which was $40. I did feel as if the tech who worked on my feet rushed a bit however she was still very attentive and did a good job. I would definitely recommend this place as its very relaxing and friendly.

This place sucks! I asked for coffin shaped nails and from her placing the tips I knew she didnt know what she was doing. I asked her to stop immediately. She started speaking their language to her coworker (which is rude) and she proceeded to rip my natural nails apart. Needless to say, I Do NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Unprofessional.
