I walked in frantic to get my eyebrows done before my cousins wedding in an hour, and they were able to get them done for me with very little wait. They look amazing! Highly recommend. Very professional, friendly, and relaxed atmosphere

I’ve been going here for 15+ years and I always come back. The people who work here are friendly and professional. I recommend their pedicures where they really scrub your feet well. They also do great dipped nails which lasted me three weeks until my nails were too grown out to continue. They recently renovated their salon and the pedicure chairs are really nice.

This is my favorite salon. I have been going there every 2-3 weeks for manicures and pedicures for over 9 years always by appointment for a perfect service every time. It has been the cleanest salon i have ever been in even before the COVID-19 pandemic. They installed shields for their employees, customers are required to wash their hands when they walk in. Everyone, including employees and customers wear a mask. I feel safe there.

Rushed. The main man paid more attention to the phone and gave me honestly the crappiest nails I’ve ever gotten anywhere. When he was done he walked away. Offered no way to dry my nails. I had to pay flawless nails to fix his mess. Flawless did a beautiful job.

I went there about a week ago. I called ahead to ask if they took walk-ins and they confirmed so I then asked if they could take me in now or soon, and they said yes to that as well. I wasn’t expecting to wait very long, but I ended up waiting for about 50 min. I decided I waited too long and was on my way out. They then decided to get to me. The guy rushed through my nails (I got acrylic) and they didn’t turn out good at all. He didn’t trim my cuticles, or my natural nails (I know most people cut their own before but I figured they would, I was in a hurry). I didn’t feel welcomed also, no one was rude, but I was just blatantly ignored. I’ve worked in retail for a very long time, I know things get crazy. I thought the situation was a bit annoying and handled poorly. I think this place is great for regulars, I honestly don’t know if I came in on a bad day, but I know poor execution when I see it. Will not be going here again!

I had a great experience at Grace nails. I walked in without an appointment, told them I wanted a pedicure and was told to pick a color. I was offered water or wine and seated immediately in a comfy massage chair. They removed my previous color, removed my calluses and gave me a sugar scrub in the classic pedicure. It was straightforward and relaxing. Paid with card, but couldnt tip with it. Luckily I had some cash in my car.

I got a gel manicure that lasted about a week before it started peeling. The aesthetician filed my nails in a back-and-forth pattern, effectively weakening the nail, and the polish was applied in uneven layers. She did make sure I had the color I wanted, as the colors painted on their samples are not completely accurate. Better than a typical beauty school, but not good enough for me to go back for another $20 gel manicure.

Not happy nail broke 2 days later been in there TWICE to fix it still broken they ignore u when u go back in til u leave I waited 20 minutes today its one nail for one and it chipped putting a balloon in a knot.... I dont have time to going to get it fixed all the time anyways it should be done right first time but in the event I need a repair I expect to have them want to fix it quick and keep someone happy.... They couldnt care less

The best nail salon around!!! EVER! They take time to make your nails looks like your own. Not thick and wide. Everyone is always so nice and its such a clean and well decorated salon. Youll never want to go anywhere else-- and if you do, youll go back like I did. I only left due to moving, but found Im not that far away to go back and its well worth it!

Wasn’t sure what to expect because my nail beds are wide and I bit the nails down to about a centimeter out from my cutical. She was very kind and recommended what she thought would help keep them on and last longer. They look beautiful and natural!! So nice to be taken care of instead of turned away or laughed at like at other salons. Will defiantly go again!! My friend got her brows done for 10$ and they look better than they have the last 10x she’s gotten them done elsewhere!!

Because they have many regulars, I dont feel like I am welcomed here.Yesterday afternoon, I was told to wait about 30mins, which I was fine with and took a seat. No one attended to me while I was waiting or asked me to pick a color. Twenty mins after, a regular came in and was immediately offered a glass of wine and a guy offered to do her nails. I am sure she make an appointment, but at least that is what people should told me before doing another customer. No explanation was offered. I immediately went to another nail salon called Ts a mile away. They did a great job at Ts. Honestly, better and cheaper than here.Hugely disappointed and feel being discriminated because I am not a regular.Grace nail feel they are entitled, and I will never go back!Also, their staff dont have good things to say about the owners. I hope people investigate how many illegal immigrants are being bullied there!!!

Energetic and fun atmosphere. This has been my go to place for years and I have always had excellent and professional service. Staff is interactive and gets to know the customers. Unlike other salons, they work hard to fit people in even if they dont have an appointment and theyre full. Utensils are clean. They definitely go above and beyond. Jo is my favorite!

I tried many salons around Ankeny, I stopped looking when I found Grace Nails. The people are wonderful, the shop is clean, and my nails are always very well done regardless of who does them. I won’t go anywhere else now.

I have been going to Grace Nails for nearly three years since I moved to Ankeny and when I first went I loved it. The service is generally great and the staff is all very friendly but this last week I went with a friend to have our nails done before her baby shower. We made appointments and were seated right away but both of our appointments felt rushed as it was only about an hour and a half before they closed. We had them done on Saturday and by Sunday morning my nails were already peeling off. When they were placed the technician that put them on dipped the tips of the acrylics into what looked and smelled like acetone. The acrylics were full of bubbles and have now all completely fallen off, less then a week after being placed. I have loved their service for the most part over the last three years but I will not be going back any time soon.

Made an appointment for 4 o’clock, because I had to go to work at 430. Went into the place and they were slam packed didn’t seat my friend and I for an hour. I was late for work but nobody seemed to care. They seemed very understaffed, and the guy who did my nails was very quick and unorganized. He was working on my nails and two other people at the same time. Over all just not a good expierence and I wasn’t happy with the final results. My nails are crooked 🤦🏻‍♀️

This is my favorite nail salon, bar none. Everyone there is wonderful, never an issue with service. If youre in a hurry, make an appointment.

I’m from Davenport and was just googling places for a mani and pedi and stumbled on this place. All I can say is terrific service and they did an amazing job. I wish I had a place like this to go to in Davenport. Highly recommend!

Went to get shellac. As I was getting them done the lady asked “do you like your nails long?” And I said yes, and they proceeded to completely cut my long nails down to the nub. Then tried to put acrylics on even though I specifically had an appointment for shellac nails. Will not be returning.

These guys do a great job on nails. I take both of my daughters and their friends here. They are patient, friendly and know how to get all the latest nail designs the kids see on Snapchat and instagram.

We were seated very quickly, (even though we came late for our appointment) all the staff were super friendly and made great conversation, and they did a beautiful job on our pedicures. They also did not pressure us to get something more expensive. This is the best nail salon Ive been to!

Went in less than 2 weeks ago for dip nails with extensions. 3 of my nails have fallen off or broken in half with the slightest pressure. Took over an hour and $50 to get them done, not going back any time soon.

This is my goto nail place after trying many in Ankeny. Always clean and they take tools out of a new pack. They will use the cheese grater thingy if needed which some shops dont. I see this a positive but others might not. They speak good English and are very friendly. Make am appointment as it is usually pretty busy. If you call before you go they can usually get you an appointment about 30 minutes out.

I brought in 7 girls for manis and pedis the day before my wedding, and Grace Nails was fantastic. They were friendly, entertaining, and did an incredibly good job. Quite impressed.
