I think my nail tech name was Sandy.She did an amazing job. I showed her her a picture and she did exactly what I wanted. I gave it a3 star rating because I think they need to sterilize and clean foot spa by taking jets out and cleaning them or use spa covers.They use the same nail equipment for everyone. I dont think anything is sterilized.

The nail tech, who i believe was the owner, felt very rushed. She was going back and forth between me and another clients nails which i did not like. Upon doing my accent nail, she could not get the stickers to stay on, and after i repeatedly told her I wanted to do a different design, she insisted on me doing the cheap stickers that wouldn’t stay attached. They had a texture that was not smooth. Within a week, two nails broke. I always have trouble keeping nails attached because I have small nail beds, but never this quickly. Additionally, the nails were WAY too thick. Overall, an unpleasant experience. I have three stars because the nail quality itself was shaped nicely, and the polish has still stayed on. But if you are looking for a welcoming enviornment, this is not the place for you.

Very quiet shop. Tv but volume was off. Shop is under new management. Everyone was very nice, very professional. I really enjoyed myself. I had Helen, she did a great job. Nails, toes and eyebrows.I’ll go back.

I went to have my nails done today and asked for a full set. I wanted white acrylic nails with a flame design on two fingers.I received 3 cuts while filing my nails. The shape is not the same on each of the nails. Some are straight on the edges, some are bowed, some tips are rounded, some are not.My set was done in 45 minutes so it felt super rushed. I also feel that if you’re a nail tech you should be able to do some artistic designs, and not be YouTubing how to do flames while doing my nails. If you can’t do it simply express it and I could have gone somewhere else.I’m very particular with my nails because I won’t with my hands a lot and having nails that aren’t what I wanted design and shape wise, my skin is still glued to the nail underneath, cuts from rough filing, overall I’m just not happy with them.

My friends and I went in a few days ago and the service was terrible. The nails are not anything like we wanted. We showed her pictures and she said she could do what we showed, but it’s nothing like the pictures. Then, we were up-charged. Plus, we have been told by our school that we get a discount here and the owner would not give it to us. We will not be coming back here. Very disappointed.

About two weeks ago I got my eyelash extensions done, although the price says it’s $85 I still manage to pay over $100. Not even a week later I called back because my eye was not on the itching but burning and swelling in one. When I was on the phone the lady (the owner) was very rude to me and told me to come the day after. I told her I thought they were too much glue on the extensions and that most of my eyelashes were glued together. She argued back-and-forth telling me that they weren’t glue together. I didn’t wanna pay for a refill by this lady so I remove them at home by myself. When I remove them I had clumps of eyelashes and now have barley any.

Be prepared to bring cash. I was given a gift card as a gift and it was not enough to cover the total of my pedicure. I was going to pay the remaining balance and tip with my bank card. Nope I couldn’t because they don’t let you pay balances under $10 or leave tips on a bank card. There is an ATM machine though that charges a $2.95 fee. I sat and waited for my husband to bring cash. On top of this fiasco the owner is not friendly. I will NOT be back!

Just had a pedicure and I will be back. The nail technician was super sweet and fun to talk to! She did a fabulous job on my nails and the leg massage. I only got the regular pedicure and am anxious to see what the other options offer. This one was AMAZING! I highly recommend it!

This place is a friendly and clean place to get a variety of services done. The lash extensions they do are absolutely beautiful and the manicure pedicure service is a wonderful experience. Definitely a top favorite for places to go!

I went to Ts Nails today based on the great online reviews it has received, and I am so happy I did. I got a pedicure, and the nice young man who did my pedicure was attentive and thorough. He took his time and did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend this place.

We have gone multiple times to get manicures and waxing done and they are always pleasant, prompt and professional. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get a manicure done. I’ve had my eyebrows botched at other places and T’s does an awesome job at shaping evenly.

Deluxe pedicure was very nice. Its lasted several weeks now too! Chairs are a bit rundown and interacting was a bit more awkward than other places, but I think its generally more affordable than other places Ive been.

Went here about 2 weeks ago to get my nails done for prom and automatically the customer service was awful, i didn’t feel welcomed and i felt as if i was an annoyance by being there. the nails were done really sloppy and they’re already breaking and chipping. i had asked for some sparkly polish to be placed like a picture i found (it was a really simple “ombré”) and it was not at all what i asked for. sorry but this was the worst nail trip i have ever had.

I’ve been to many nail salons, not only in Iowa, but other states as well.I’ve been happiest w/T’s. Service is great, but also her creativity. She can do anything you’d like artistically I believe. Im adding to my review a over a year from my last review. I still go to T and she has amazing artistic abilities. I always do designs and there has never been anyone that Ive gone to that can compare. Well at least not in our area. Not to mention shes always very pleasant and gives me great quality nails.3rd time at Ts, great quality and so pretty.... Im very particular about my nails pedis not as much. Ive tried several salons in ankeny over the years and Ts is the best in Ankeny!! Lily nails had decent quality but the prices were never consistent and not just a lil difference (sometimes 45 and next time same thing different color always shellac $92 that was last time ever went but it had happened a few times) Grace Nails poor service bad quality had to go back 3x in one week for 1 nail gave them 2 tries never again...... this is my new nail place for sure also got a pedi there yesterday 2nd one actually first one was regular 2nd one was ultimate and it was heavenly I like the hot foamy stuff in the bag felt so good on my feet
