They were supposed to do a natural look acrylic. It looked pretty pretty bad. I lost my money. And not just that, but I also blended due to the cut they gave me. And they will use that same machine on someone else with my blood on it. And that’s how people get sick

I’d like to get this place closed, and replace it with a better nail salon. My wife is upset with this place they pretty much took from her mother. During these trying times this is uncalled for. I went to talk to them to get her money back, and the girls in there tell me the owner hides behind a camera. Well I don’t think it’s far, so we will be taking this higher up. Don’t go here there are plenty other nails salons other than this one their customer service truly does not fit the location at all they are rude!

I went in at 3:30pm for a nail appointment and asked for a fill with white gel polish. She rushed with my nails, and the shape is terrible. The polish is already peeling!! Gel polish is supposed to last longer, I dont understand my polish is peeling off already and its only 9:44pm

If you can get past the ambiance (being in a Wal-Mart that is and hearing dings of the registers), this is actually a great place to get your nails done quickly. The gals are extremely nice and do a quality job. Prices are reasonable too. Just be sure to have cash for a tip as you can’t add it to your credit card charge.I keep coming back as I have been happy each visit.

I paid 80$ for a manicure, pedicure and shellac service. This would be no problem if they were done well. The young gal said she had been working there for 3 years, she did a decent job on my pedicure, except that it barely lasted a week. The polish scraped off and dint last a three day journey in Vegas. Secondly the older gal told me she had been there for 19 years. With this I expected excellence. First, I have real nails, that grow long and strong. She took a drill to the tops of them to remove the previous shellac. I asked her to soak them, she said no this is how we do it. I listened because after all she was the professional. Finally, after she filed the tops of my nails so thin they hurt and I jumped back in pain. She said she had to get the old shellac off. I then demanded she soak them the rest of the way off. She did, but the damage was done. After she put a thicker layer than normal of Shellac, they did last my three day journey to Vegas, however, when I returned home that week, they broke and split all the way to my flesh, causing raw flesh to be exposed. I had to cut them all the way down. It will likely take me three months to grow them back. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I AM IN PAIN AND IT WILL NOT STOP UNTIL MY NAILS GROW BACK!

I only go to Regal Nails. Best pedicures around. Julie and Amy are very talented and very friendly.

Dont understand why when there are 2 people working and no other customers you cant do an eyebrow waxing. I guess shoving there faces with food is more important then customers

I wish they would speak more English. The two ladies are very friendly and good at what they do.

Terrible customer service. the whole time i was getting my nails done, she was on the phone and towards the end, she was even FaceTiming someone. my nails look so terrible - they are so short and stubby. i asked for the dip manicure and i’m not sure what i got. $45 later & i am going somewhere else to have them fix it!

Why I cant chose none star one, This nail place is best horrible place I have been ever.today is my first time Icame to here, because I want waxing and eyebrows,there have two employees here,they began saw me walking in, no any greeting,no any friendly. i told to the lady who help me do my eyebrows,I said just clean,but finally I found my eyebrows one is much thinner then the other one,even I want waxing my lips,she look like no pay attention at all .when she said really I check it, I found its no cleaned at all so, I have to ask her do one more time,generation,horrible place horrible altitude,if someone want to try, you can try

It was very dirty, the lady next to me getting her nails done her nails were a mess! I went to get my eyebrows waxed and she burnt me horribly and pinched my skin so many times. She also left wax in my eyebrows. This was the worst place I have been to in a very loing time.

I had a pedicure and my polish is totally gone after 1 1/2 weeks. In fact, I returned to get my big toe redone after 2 days!!

The girls here take there time with you. Talk to them though so they know what you want.
