Residential water system went out late on a Friday afternoon.. Called Summers and tech Brady came out quickly and accurately diagnosed problems within a short amount of time. Came back early Monday morning with all necessary equipment, supplies and manpower to get the faulty equipment removed and replaced and the water system back up to fully operational status. Clark was here at the designated time. Assessed the plumbing leak and gave us an estimate. We opted to try to have the leaking pipe capped to see if that would stop the leak. Which it did. Clark was very willing to try this even though we were not certain it would work. We were fortunate enough to have this work as that was the pipe to an outside faucet of which we have two. So we only lost the one. It also saved us money and gave us back water to the house. We appreciate Clarks willingness to try this and were very, very pleased with his professionalism and expertise. We have had Summers out five times in the last six months. They have replaced our furnace and also done several different plumbing jobs. Ryan was the first person we encountered from Summers and he is now our Go To guy for all plumbing issues; we always specifically request him. Hes incredibly knowledgeable, polite, and professional. He goes Above and Beyond. One of our service calls was because he had leaky pipes. We called to get an estimate-- thinking wed have to then schedule the work a different day. Clark came to our house about a year ago and installed a clean out after putting a lot of effort into trying to clear a clog. No issues since and am very pleased with the work! There was a leak in the master bathroom vanity sink. Brett arrived on time, assessed the problem, explained the needed repair and fixed the leak. He was courteous and also followed all the safety procedures for covid.

Dalton was friendly and professional. Set up thermostat on a schedule. I couldnt do this myself by reading the manual. I am so happy. He also explained how to efficiently use the heat pump system so that I understood that. Very nice young man that represents your company well.

I had 2 service calls over the course of the last 2 days. Justin came out the same day I called due to my air conditioning unit not working. He assessed the issue and provided my options. Andy and Dalton came out the next to to install the parts that were ordered. Both experiences were above and beyond in every sense, as well as my phone interactions (shout out to Jessie and Karen!). They worked around my work schedule (unfortunately I had just come off of working from home, so this was important) and I could tell each person I interacted with truly cared about their job. Fortunately, they were able to get our 17 year old unit up and running just in time for the next heat wave! Having both a 2 year old and a dog, I hope they know how much we appreciate the service and the kindness. Came out promptly when others couldn’t be bothered with an elderly heart patients air conditioning woes...not only that, but after Justin came out and thoroughly and thoughtfully explained everything, they set up a date ASAP. The day of install they sent two outstanding guys, Kenny Cook and Matt. Not only did these guys work through bouts of rain, a very old uncooperative house and a cranky hot grandma with dementia, but they also worked tirelessly and cheerfully! By the time they were through there wasn’t one speck out of place and each time they entered they put on fresh booties! Our new unit is going to save her so much on her electricity as it is so much more efficient! It’s so quiet which is also a big plus! I had a new furnace and AC put in on 9/13/19. I noticed on 9/16 the AC was running a bit too much. In the next 2 days it ran pretty much constantly. Being someone who cant afford huge electric bills, I called Summers back to come check the AC out. Andy was my service man, and he did a thorough check inside and out. He was able to explain to me all he was doing and I appreciated that very much. Andy was very pleasant and eager to help, as he realized I put a lot of money into the systems. He stayed a little longer just to make sure the AC would turn off after a certain amount of time that seemed fitting. Andy did a great job and was nice enough to tell me if there were any other problems or issues to call right back. He said he wanted my AC running perfectly for me. My husband and I recently purchased a home with spotty plumbing. We had a leak in the crawl space so we call a different company to have it looked at. The recommended an entire repipe and quoted us $13,000!! We called Summers for a second opinion and they quotes us half of that for more work. They arrived and finished the entire repipe and septic tank work that we needed in less than 12 hours! They are hardworking and honest. Summers has been great to work with. We have an older home with rusty old pipes and ducts. The gentlemen from Summers were very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They worked hard all day, not even stopping for lunch. All of our water pipes have been replaced, they installed a new sump pump, replaced a few of our HVAC ducts and cleaned out the mold and grime from our existing ducts. I feel their prices were fair, they didnt try to talk us into anything. Thank you, Summers!

I scheduled an appointment for this morning and was told they would be here by noon. At 12:37 pm, I called them to let them know that no one had shown up. I was informed that Im next on the schedule. Since Ive been waiting all morning and was told they would be here by noon, I told them to forget it. I dont do business with people that dont respect my time and me. I would have given a zero star rating if possible.

He and his crew did an outstanding job working through the many challenges with the extensive work that we needed done, and everyone was friendly and accommodating. As someone that has had bad experiences with other companies in the past, Summers was a breath of fresh air. They were transparent about what needed done, explained in detail what our options were, and presented a very reasonable estimate. Called in morning to see about scheduling an appointment for someone to come out and fix a leaking bath tub faucet and replace the faucet and shower head. Did not consider this an emergency but approx. 45 minutes later, Ryan was at the door. Went over costs and options. Decided on not only having the repair done, but adding an access panel. He completed the job in just a few hours including cleaning up. Very pleased with the results.

Summers has been to our house maybe a total of five times this year. Out of the three guys who came out to help us, Ryan was BY FAR the favorite. Andy P. Came out late afternoon when our air conditioner didn’t seem to be running correctly (not sufficiently cooling). He was so nice and helpful. They fixed the problem in one visit and answered all our questions. We ended up signing up for the monthly membership because we know we will always want to have summers come out. It’s such a huge stress reliever to have a great person every time who fixes the problem sooooooo efficiently!

Devin and Jeff were the technicians who were at my house and I am so grateful to them. Water from my kitchen sink was backing up into my shower, but my toilet was working. Turned out my septic tank needed pumped, so I had the tank pumped the next day but my sink was still backing up into the shower... Devin and Jeff came back and worked and worked until the problem was fixed. After they left, later on that night my toilet stopped working! I called Devin the next morning and he was so helpful, he said one of them would be there to look at the toilet as soon as they could. Jeff showed up a short time later and took care of the problem quickly. They were both professional, nice, neat and were concerned about getting the job done right. God bless both of them for the hard work that they do.

Jeff was able to diagnose the plumbing problem & find a service tech with the correct parts. Ryan Turner was able to fix the leaking valve and while finishing up realized there was another problem, the switch to the pump was stuck & going out. He was able to fix the problem & save future problems. Ryan also gave some advice on how to improve the tank/pump set up to improve access. I am so thankful he took the time & didn’t rush off. I highly recommend Summers & especially Ryan. (I did not personally meet Jeff, but he did his part in helping us also)

Clark, Ryan, Dan and Devin were extremely professional, efficient and courteous. They arrived as scheduled, completed the work despite physical obstacles that made implementation a bit challenging. They worked around those objects, displaying good attitudes. They addressed all issues presented. The “crowning moment” for me which melted away any of my frustrations of the day was upon completion. I went out to video the meter. Clark warned me that the ground was muddy and offered to video for me...I preceded out to the meter, pretty much shrugging him off, “that’s ok, I’ll do it. Immediately “shank” in the mud!😑Clark and Ryan had to literally lift me out...it was so hilarious 🤣 that I didn’t even think to be embarrassed! Thanks for rescue!!!

Awesome Service and Job Well Done!On Monday morning around 9:00 am I called Summers Plumbing because I had water on the floor around our water heater. Within an hour I had Mr. Fairchild at my door to assess the problem. He professionally diagnosed the problem being the water heater was in need of replacement. He gave me a fair quote and we decided to replace it. I thought it would take days. He made a call and told me it would be replaced the same day. Later in the afternoon Dan Lavoie showed up with a brand new water heater and had it installed and operational by 4:00 pm. Such tremendous service and quality of work. I was so impressed with Mr. Fairchild and Mr. LaVoie! They are true professionals. I highly recommend Summers. Great service and great work!

I have went with out a bathroom for 4 days almost and finally I decided to call summers. Best choice to make.. they sent out Devin and Dan I believe are the best two. They had a extremely hard task ahead of them, but they got the job done. Devin told me he wasn’t giving up, he was figuring this out. They ended up getting on top of my roof to fix my issue.
