I had a bad experience with one of their artists the first time I went there, nails were very uneven and sloppy, however, after some communication issues, the owner Natasha got back to me and wanted to make things right.I wanted to give Serenity another chance and agreed to get full set polygel from Natasha. The appointment wasnt rushed, nails turned out very beautiful. Nice even shape, clean edges, smooth surface. Love it!Natasha is a very nice and caring person.

So I’ve never got my lashes done before but I knew if anyone were to touch my face it would be Natasha! Didn’t know what I should get done for the first time so I told her to do whatever she thought was best. Her place of business is always clean and tidy, another plus! 100/10 recommend.
