As soon as we walked in I greeted the man and blonde woman . The man greeted us back but the woman looked at us and continued to braid her daughters hair. (I’m assuming it was her daughter) She finished braiding her daughters hair and directed my client to a chair . When she was finished she didn’t offer to help my client with his socks or shoes . When I told her we were leaving and not getting a manicure here . She charged my client $30.00!We’ve been here in the past only because it’s near by, and paid $45 for a manicure and pedicure in the past . I’m sure she overcharged him because he only got a pedicure. My client is 92 years old with dementia!!!! Sad world we live in

I went with my friend because they had really good reviews and it was really bad. first, they didn’t even ask what we wanted and started giving us acrylics which i thought was strange. second, the acrylics were put on too low, uneven, and didn’t even fit my nail and went over the nail. i had to file them down myself later on because they were giving me hang nails. they also messed up my cuticles and 3 fingers were bleeding by the time i was done and now my cuticles are peeling off. i do not recommend. people were nice but it was a really bad job and quite literally a painful experience. They also said it would be $25, ended up being $50 for a bad job. very disappointing.

I love this place. Its the only nail spot Ill go to in Anchorage. Yes, they are fast, but they have always done a very good job. They are fast becuase they have been doing this a long time. If your nails are crooked, its probably because you werent keeping your hands still.They charge a very good price for their hard work; I always tip them a little more because they always deserve it. I think I might just go tomorrow :)

Im a guy who had never had a pedicure before coming here. I wanted to have a great daddy/daughter day so I brought her here for us to both have our first pedicures and we had a great time. The owners/staff here are great and accomodating. They have fantastic massage chairs and will wash your feet, soften up your calluses, massage your feet, and trim your toes up to perfection.Your feet are in great hands here!

This place is amazing. They are gracious and courteous. I have very sensitive skin and need that little extra tlc that is very hard to find. They are very gentle. They are a great husband and wife team.

Really nice people/place. Love that they only charge $25 for a basic pedicure. Ill definitely be back and will recommend.

I went to Top Nails after a getting an awful shellac manicure at another salon in town.The staff at Top Nails patiently redid my manicure and they did a beautiful job. They were friendly as well. So glad my nails look better. Ill be back!

Came here because they were open at 7:30 and I wanted to squeeze in a pedicure. On one hand, they called in an extra employee to do my toes. On the other hand, I said no to a manicure and an upgrade, and after that, the woman pretty much rushed through a very very basic pedicure. At least they didnt overcharge me for the basic job I got.

The best nail salon in anchorage! So friendly, polite, and they will not overcharge you! They do a wonderful job and thats all that counts. If youre one of those people that like to go to salons that overcharge because they have a neater appearance or nicer decor, trust me you are missing out! No one is better than top nail. Ive gone to lots of places in town and top nail always does the best job. Everywhere else either makes my nails crooked or charges me way too much.

Been here a few times and they ALWAYS rush. Today I had enough... I decided to do regular polish instead of gel and they charged me for taking the little bit of gel polish off (just sat and soaked my hands in polish remover and it peeled off). They didnt even do a good job on the nails.... I honestly could have done this myself. Not wasting my money anymore and so mad that I have wasted my money at all here.

Absolutely terrible!!! The lady rushed through doing my nails, I asked for square tips but rounded a little bit and the corners were so sharp they cut me. She kept looking at her watch the whole time. Was told itd be $25 for a new set and charged me $45.

Would not recommend this to any friends/family the work was unprofessional and cheap nails fell off within the week and my natural nail you could see exposed poorly done. Not going back ever!! Would not even rate a one star

WORST SERVICE EVER! THEY WERE TRYING TO CONVINCE ME TO GET A FILL IN WHEN I WENT IN FOR A NAIL TAKE OFF ALMOST 2 HOURS BEFORE THEY CLOSED AND THEY STILL DIDNT WANT TO SOAK MY NAILS FIRST BEFORE RIPPING THEM OFF ALONG WITH MY REAL NAILS THATS BARELY GROWING BACK AFTER ALMOST 2 WEEKS NOW!! THEN THEY TRIED TO CONVINCE ME TO GET A MANICURE AFTER THEY DAMAGED MY NAILS AND SKIN! NEITHER ONE OF THEM KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING AND I WOULDNT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE.
