Not worth it. They only had 1 bay open and when I called the emergency number on the wall about an issue there was nothing they could do! They didn’t even have anyone directly there to help. So, their system took my money(I paid for the most expensive one), left with a dirty car, no refund AND the guy I talked to was very polite but was NO help. The fact that I couldn’t get my money back rubbed me the wrong way... I will take my business elsewhere.

I was trapped in their non working car wash for over half an hour. I finally had to get a cop to help me get out. The car wash was broken but they did not put turn it off or up a sign or properly block it off. There was had no response when I called their emergency number. If I could give zero stars to these kidnappers I would.

Called them twice to ask whether they have vacuum cleaners on site. Both times the person on the phone acted like they are doing me a favor for speaking and didnt understand what is a vacuum cleaner..

We used automatic car wash and after that car was still dirty. And when we tried to contact the business, no response.

I went through for a wash and it did not dispense soap during the wash. I spoke to the gentleman maintaining the car wash at the time and he was extremely polite and professional. Mistakes happen and do to the way this employee handled the situation I would not hesitate to come back to arctic rainmaker. I am completely blown away at how sincere and helpful this guy was. Hands down best customer service in Alaska.

I purchased the $15 package and my black 2011 Toyota Camry came out pretty much the same as it went in the only thing the water and soap did was spread out all the dirt around my vehicle. It’s 9:43 am and there’s no one here to help at least run the car through another cycle or answer the phone.

Finally got my truck washed and got the ultimate wash, what a waste of money. So now I have to get another car wash.

Didnt get all the dirt off and no vacuum hoses on vacuum

Paid for a basic wash. Got my car wet. Basically it.Winshield still covered in film. The blow dry didnt work. Had to dry car off by hand which made me realize the car was still dirty as all my green microfiber clothes came out black. And everywhere I had to dry (the entire car) was now covered in muddy streaks. Garbage. Not satisfied at all. Ill never use this car wash again. Basic is basic. I get that, but it was just lame to pay for even a basic car wash that left the car still covered in dirt.

I love being able to vacuum for free and pay for a good car wash, and my vehicle actually fits.

Purchased the $15.00 car wash (best available) and it only took off about 30% of mild existing dirt on the body of the vehicle. The body of the vehicle was still quite visibly dirty and only the lightest surface layer of dust was sprayed off.Would not recommend this place since their best wash was subpar.

Wash is ok. Machine gave me $4.25 instead my $5 in change.

Theres always a problem when I come through here, they always make an effort to make up for it by having us run through again when it randomly stops, or run things through again when it doesnt thoroughly clean your vehicle. It would be nice to wash my car with no issues though

Mediocre wash. Vacuums dont work

I always get the Ultimate wash and usually my truck comes out clean and shiny, but I was disappointed the last visit on Sunday 4/16/2017.I missed the heavy road grime the big melt down since I was out of town so only had light dust mud from one of the light rains we had a few weeks learner.I will give it another try.

I have a 2-part bad review for this company.1st off want to say that the manager Rayvaughn was 100% helpful and had amazing customer service the owner on the other was a shady business owner that doesnt take responsibility for his business.Part 1:On Sunday afternoon my wife and I went to Arctic Rainmakers. We purchased the $15 car wash. As we pulled in to the bay, the machine had us pull up and stop, then back up, then pull again, then back up again and stop. I assume to get us in the perfect position to wash our vehicle. As the rainmakers were in the process of washing out vehicle a 2011 Ford Taurus SHO we kept hear a clunk, clunk, clunk noise from the rear of the Taurus. We then proceeded to pull out our cameras and start to video the event. It was a terrible experience because we were basically stuck as a machine was destroying our family vehicle. On a side note we noticed that the machine was in fact broke on the side and barely held together. Once the machine was done, we pulled out the bay to inspect the damage which was on the rear of the Taurus and one of the employee’s came out he was a very nice and respectful gentleman only good part about this horrific car wash. The employee took my contact information and promised that the owner would contact me in a timely fashion. I waited a few days and then called the car wash because I never received a call from the owner. The gentleman that helped us before ensured me he had given my contact info to the owner and said he would call him immediately so I can get a call back. The owner did call and said he happened to be out of town and that was the reason for not getting back to me in a timely manner. A few days later I showed up to the car wash and met with the owner. He proceeded to tell me that it was impossible for his machine to have hit my car and that he always gets people trying to take advantage of his company. All my family and I did was try to use a local business and get the service we paid for and its sad but all we ended up with was a dirty scratched up vehicle and had our integrity put into a question by a man who is 100% OUT TO GET ALL Alaskan’s.Part 2:The car was also left my vehicle extremely dirty to the point where the employee at the company asked if he could rewash our vehicle because he didn’t know why it was so dirty after buying the most expensive wash.

Doesn’t clean a damn thing

They had attendants to prespray my truck before the wash. Did a better job than I expected.

I like that there is simple green to use as pre-wash. This time of year my rims wont get clean enough with it.

This is a very good car wash for just the kind of car wash with no brushes. The best thing is every car wash on Wednesdays the owner donates $1.00 to Friends of Pet. That is definitely a plus.

Not crowded and does a reasonable job of cleaning in a touch free environment. Prices are the same as other touch free operations without the long wait.
