We rented 2 scooters this week from soaring and they were AMAZING!!!! The service was phenomenal and the scooters were absolute life savers!!!! I will not do Disney ever again without Soaring. Thank you!!!

I highly recommend soaring scooters!!We came into Southern California on vacation I needed a scooter and called Disney to reserve one but was unable to. I called a different scooter Company who told me they would not deliver outside of Disneyland park or hotels….Then I called soaring scooters the owner of the company was so very nice at the spur of the moment she had a scooter for me to reserve and dropped it off to me before I went into the Disney park the battery was fully charged the scooters able to come apart and fit in The trunk of a compact car I rode all around Disneyland the first day the second day I rode all around Disney adventure park I didn’t even charge the battery they brought it to me fully charged and it lasted two days!!!!The owner of the company personally came out to pick up the scooter which was super convenient I didn’t have to take it anywhere to drop it off!!! Super friendly super clean super flexible great price. Thank you soaring scooters!!!I highly recommend soaring scooters 🛴

I rented a scooter for Disneyland and I was totally impressed with the customer service this company provides. Bobbie was most helpful in setting up a meeting place close to the park for delivery. They offer delivery to local hotels, but we were coming from a residence in Long Beach. Bobbie recommend a place where we could park and drive the scooter into the park and it was actually closer than parking at one of the Disneyland lots. Also, the rental cost is way less than Disneyland and you get a confirmation that a scooter is available before you go to the park. I never could have walked Disneyland all day. The scooter was a lifesaver. Thank you so much

Lets start by the experience renting the scooter they were so nice and accommodating had the best rates. I did move hotels and notified but they delivered to wrong Hotel...still they were so nice and were on it to get me another one within the hour. They even took some off my price. But the actuall scooter was so comfortable and cute looked like a Disney ride. Got compliments on how cute it was looked like a lady bug from the front. Battery never even moved down and on the 2nd day my pregnant daughter needed one she just couldnt do it so called them and they had the scooter there within a few hours. Thank you!! ...using this scooter made my trip so much more enjoyable!!!

Bobbie is just absolutely amazing!!! im planning to take my 5 year old son to Disneyland for the his first time this coming thursday but i have a broken hip that needs surgery...i was very worried and stressed on how i am going to pull this off..she talked to me a little and made me feel like she truly understands what i am going through...she gave me advice on which scooter would be best for my broken hip...i had fears about the scooters battery not lasting through Disneyland and she said if i have any issues at any time she will have someone come out and exchange it...she also said my scooter will already be waiting at my hotel when i get there....now i havent had a chance to use the scooter just yet but just the customer service alone is just so amazing...i cant wait to actually try it out...on just the customer service alone i highly recommend this place...Bobbie actually cares about her customers and not just about making money....thank you so much Bobbie for making my vacation with my little boy so much easier and more special for us ❤😇

I had back surgery last February. My son decided Disneyland would be an excellent family vacation this year (NOT!!). I was terrified as I have a very limited energy level . I called Soaring Scooters and they were fantastic. They got me a fantastic scooter I named Betty. We had a fabulous time! I was able to stay at the park from morning till late at night. We would charge it over night and go again. We were there for 7 days and did not have one problem! The scooter was there when I got there and they picked it up when I left. I would definitely recommend Soaring Scooters and I will definitely use them again.Thanks!!

I recently rented a Literider scooter from Soaring Scooter. I had no previous experience with scooters, and there General Manager, Bobbie, to the time and exercised patience to explain in detail which scooter would best suit me and offered me a great price. The rental process was very easy, and Bobbie made sure that everything was to my satisfaction. The scooter was at my hotel before I arrived there, it was clean and fully charged, and there were no problems with the scooter or the return process. I had a great time at Disneyland using the scooter and would not have been able to see all of the sights without it. Thank you Soaring Scooters.

We rented from Soaring Scooters in July 2019 for my mother. The scooter was awesome and their customer service was superb! We didnt have to do a thing besides reserve the scooter! Will be using the service again when we take my grandmother to Disneyland in September!

Took the family to Disneyland for 4 days but there was no way my wife who is 8.5 months pregnant was going to be able to walk around the parks. We called Soaring Scooters and spoke with Bobbie. Bobbie took the time to explain which was the best scooter. it was great that they dropped it off at our hotel. it was a lifesaver to say the least. The trip would not be possible without them. I have rented from multiple mobility scooter companies in the Anaheim CA area over the years and can honestly say Soaring Scooters has been the absolute BEST company. The customer service by Bobbie, the manager was five stars! She upgraded my rental the night before without my request! The scooter was almost brand new. I will always use this company anytime I am in the area. Highly recommend!!

Great experience overall. I rented a scooter for 3 days, after a knee injury to use at Disneyland. The scooter that the rep recommended was promptly delivered to the hotel I was staying at. However it was too big. I called to exchange for something smaller and they swapped the scooters in a reasonable timeframe. Great battery power, only charged once in three days. The only complaint is, the rep I spoke with must be using a headset with poor sound quality. The sound was terrible, very muffled and difficult to understand.

The handle on the scooter I rented from Soaring Scooter Anaheim was so loose (even with the knob fully tightened), it felt unsafe to operate especially over any uneven surface. Scooter wheels squeaked non-stop. Best Western Plus Anaheim Inn recommended instead to rent from D&R Mobility - their equipment felt so much better which gave me peace of mind and the wheels were squeak free!

I love Soaring Scooters! The Drive Panther scooters were a breeze to operate in Disneyland. Bobbie was so nice and made this trip so easy and fun. We will use Soaring Scooters every time we visit Disneyland.

I had emergency surgery 5 days before our planned trip to Disneyland. I saw this company had good reviews ...unlike others... so I called them. They asked me my weight, height and what kind of surgery I had. They gave me a wonderful price and when I picked the scooter up at bell services at the Grand Californian, the bellman said, wow ...what a top notch scooter. It never ran out of charge ...unlike others ... and it was very smooth and easy to drive. The service and quality of this companys products is superior. I highly recommend! I cant thank them enough for saving this vacation!

I use mobility scooters very frequently and whenever Im in Anaheim, I call Bobbi at Soaring Scooters. I have rented scooters at least 20 times here. The best service and the best scooters! They never overbook, never cancel, always deliver on time, and I get the newest, most reliable scooters around. Dont go anywhere else!

Rented two scooters, one for my Mother in Law and one for myself after having knee surgery. We used them to get from our hotel on Harbor Blvd to Disneyland, they were the larger scooter and they got us there and back with no problems. They were insanely easy to work with and the chairs themselves were in good condition considering how people most likely beat them up. Bobbie was really good to us every time I had to call her and was super helpful. Would 100% use them again when we come back to town. Cheaper than Disney’s scooters and nicer. Plus they delivered and picked up straight to our hotel lobby.
