You won’t find better, period!!!! The service is outstanding, like maybe the best service I’ve ever had from any business. They are accommodating, punctual, reliable and have never let me down! We’ve rented now 3 times, when coming down from Canada and never has it been anything but 100% perfect! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would! This trip, we had several people stop us in the park asking about the scooter and even taking pics of the sign on the front to contact them, I couldn’t give them enough high praise!!!!! If you’re in need, when coming to Anaheim - don’t hesitate and definitely don’t go elsewhere, you won’t be let down! Unbelievable service! I rented a scooter and it was delivered on time right to my hotel. Then we needed another at the last minute. Even though they didn’t have the same model, they found one and delivered it to my location at Downtown Disney within minutes. Hector was absolutely fantastic!! I originally rented a scooter back in 2017 from Stacy and had a great experience so I reached out to the company again a couple weeks before my trip and Victor responded to my request and provided quick service. I tried to do 5 days of Disneyland with no scooter but after 2 days realized that was a mistake. I asked Victor at 10:00 at night about getting 2 scooters for the last 3 days of my trip. He made it happen the very next morning and my next 3 days in the park were awesome. I would recommend this company and Victor and Stacy to anyone who needs a scooter.PS- my wife loves the relief the scooter offers too.

Look no further for your scooter needs!!! I’ve been coming to Select mobility for a while now and I feel like were are just one big happy family!! They are located right across the street from Disneyland which makes it perfect for all our Disney trips! The people that work here have to be the most polite, courteous and professional group of people I have ever encountered. The scooters they have available are always very clean and in excellent condition! They do deliver and pick up or you can go to them either way you will not be disappointed! Excellent customer service! $35/day(cheap!) free delivery to our hotel, delivered a 2nd scooter right to the front gate of Disneyland within an hour on super short notice and they let us keep the 2 scooters an extra 3 hours past our return time at no charge. This is our go to scooter place!

I rented the scooter twice, for our disneyland trips. It was exactly what i needed . I could not walk that many hours with spinal stenosis. Excellent service .

My family and I took a trip to Anaheim and we decided to hit up downtown Disney last minute. I have a lung disease and I’m not able to walk far so I called around and found this place! I’m so lucky I did! The price was VERY reasonable!!! The gentlemen met me within 15 minutes and it was such a easy process! Thank you so much for the service! Unfortunately to rent a scooter here you have to pay $25/hour to park there in handicapped! They told me to park at the Disney parking structure but I can’t walk from there to get my scooter! Choose another scooter rental everyone!!!!

Helpful staff rented a scooter to us at the last minute (didn’t think we’d need it but that’s how it goes...). Select Mobility’s office is right outside the park gate, so my husband walked to pick up the scooter and was back in less than 30 min. He arrived on a shiny red chariot with a fully charged battery and a big smile. Prices were about half the price of the junky things Disney rents and the equipment was top notch. This saved our vacation. We’ll definitely rent ahead of time next time and take advantage of their free hotel delivery. Great service!!

Great customer service!!!! I booked one scooter for a week for my mom who has mobility issues and it was delivered to our hotel the day before we set off for Disneyland. By the end of the week my feet were DONE with all the walking, so I called to order another one for the day....and they had one ready for me at the office right across the street. They were so easy to work with...I plan on going to them for every Disney trip from now on.

I always do a lot of research in order to find the best company that I could use in case I need to rent a scooter. We were staying at the best Western Park Place Inn and Suites in Anaheim and found this scooter rental to be in their lobby area. I stopped by the desk as soon as we received our keys and Stacy was there who happens to be one of the owners. She was so friendly and helpful and was patient in answering my questions. As soon as we were settled in our room I went back down to reserve a scooter. She allowed me to take it that evening so that I would be ready to go with it the next morning. It was very easy to understand the directions for using the scooter and one thing that I think is phenomenal with this company is that if you have any problem with it they will come to you immediately to fix the scooter or bring you a different one. I rented a scooter for three days at Disneyland and had absolutely no problems with it even with our long 16 hour days! Their scooters are very clean, they are kept up very well, the seats are not ripped, and they are narrower than some of the larger scooters that Disneyland rents out. I would definitely rent from this company again! Easy to return, even if the return is during a time when their rental desk is closed.

From pricing to everyone we dealt with at Mobility were fantastic. I researched and this company had the best pricing, then when dealing with them had the best customer service. The Scooters were there on time when we arrived at the hotel. They have upgraded there batteries so they do not lose power. The scooters were in good shape. We spent from morning to late night riding them in Disneyland for 5 days. We highly recommend Select Mobility Scooter.

Super Helpful and friendly staff. I talked with Ross and Victor and they were so nice. The scooter was delivered and picked up ...no cares on my part. They made renting super simple too...just took care of everything. The scooter was perfect. Not too big and very easy to drive and get around Disneyland.

This a great place to rent a scooter. The scooter was delivered to the hotel and was ready to use in the morning for Disneyland. It was in great condition and was fully charged. The battery lasted all day & night, no need to worry that it was going to run down. The day it rained they sent a note to drop by for a shower cap to put over the console to keep it dry. I already had a poncho and had slit down the sides to cover scooter. When our trip was so done,we checked out of the hotel and we just had to leave the scooter in the lobby and they picked it up. Ross and Victor were pleasant to work with. I would definitely rent from them again.

Rental was made easy. It was raining the day that I needed the scooter so they gave me plenty of shower caps to keep the computer safe on the mobility scooter. Returning the scooter was simple and I think the price was right

Ross and Victor were awesome. I used the scooter all day and all night for 4 days charging each night and the power level never dropped a bit. It was smooth and SPEEDY when necessary. Terrific company with excellent scooters. Even delivered and picked up from my hotel! Very accommodating! Even texted me so I could pick up a shower cap (no charge) the day it poured down rain. I highly recommend them!

Excellent experience here, had zero issues and the staff was extra helpful and made sure everything was easy for us, even picking it from our hotel so we didnt have to return it ourselves at no charge. Scooter went though Disney all day without even going down bar of battery and it was quick and sturdy. Excellent quality scooter for rental unit. They also rent cars, we got a decent deal on one for a day to run down to the beach and they picked that up at our hotel the next morning free of charge as well.Absolutely would recommend these people for a scooter or car rental, very nice people who legitimately just want to help your stay be as easy as possible. Nothing but problems with the scooter. Batteries ran out halfway thru the day missed a lot of time sitting in hotel recharging. Battery ran out on my mother she is 75 with back issues and knee issue. I tore my ACL and meniscus. Her battery ran out and I had to swap with her. Push hers all the way back to the motel with my bad leg. Dont waste your money or time.

I have a season pass at Disneyland and every time I go I have to rent a scooter this company Select mobility has the best customer service I have ever experienced. I have tried two other companies and they couldn’t hold a candle to Select. I was in the restaurant business and I am a retired firefighter/ paramedic and I know Customer service. If you give them a chance I promise you won’t regret it. Thank you Select for the wonderful service and making my time at the parks so memorable.

This was a great company! 2 scooters delivered on time and picked up on time. They had said if we had a question while at Disneyland, they could be there in 5 minutes. One morning my husband did have a question and they were there in 5 minutes!! I would definitely use this company again

This is the place to rent a scooter! I reserved a scooter for use during a family Disneyland trip and it was ready for me when we arrived. Its located in the lobby of BW Mini Suites Inn where we stayed and their service is wonderful! The scooters have long lasting top of the line batteries plus great maneuverability when adventuring through Disneyland or elsewhere. On our second day there, I needed to rent a scooter for my younger son. I got lucky, they had one available and it was added to my bill. Ross and all there are very helpful and have a great sense of humor. Thank you for being there and for your most excellent service 😀

On our 3rd day in Disneyland, my wife began to have great difficulty with her knee and was virtually unable to walk. As we had 2 more days to go, we had no idea how we were going to deal with the situation as renting a scooter from Disneyland would not facilitate getting her back to the hotel as we were staying at the Best Western Park Place Inn and Mini Suites. I went to the front desk and was informed that Select not only rents cars but also scooters and that they were situated right in the lobby of the hotel. I spoke with Ross early the next morning and was immediately put at ease in regards to our predicament. Ross was extremely compassionate and had a scooter available for me right away. Ross provided excellent customer service! I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family and will be using them again should the need arise in the future. Their service at Select was top notch and the prices were quite reasonable. Select Scooters could not have been better. We rented 2 scooters & both were there waiting for us at the hotel when we arrived. While in Disneyland I managed to loose my scooter key - we made one call to them & in 15 mins they met us in the park with a new key. There wasnt even a charge. Employees were great as well.

What a lifesaver.. I called the night I got to hotel, and they delivered scooter by 7:30am, I was able to get to Disneyland when they opened. Returned to hotel that evening. Very attentive and convenient!

We make about a dozen trios a year, and I almost cancelled a trip to DLand with the family because I just spent 11 days in the hospital. Wife convinced me to rent a scooter for a few days so I didnt kill myself walking. Called Ross at about 830 Monday night. He asked for my phone number and hotel room number where I was staying. His guy Pedro delivered a scooter to our hotel at 830 the next morning. Top notch service. Took 2 minutes to do paperwork and run my card. Let them know I would need it a couple days. All I had to do was leave the scooter at the hotel lobby with the key, and they came and picked it up. Card charged what they quoted and no issues with the scooter. Half the price of the park and much faster, comfortable, and more maneuverable. Thanks Ross. If I ever need a scooter again, you are my go to guys. Will definitely recommend you to everyone I know going to the park. PS...they tokd me they just replaced all of their batteries with the best on the market and I believe it. Both full days at the park and the battery meter never went down even a notch. A+++++

I cant praise this company enough. They truely go above and beyond for their customer. I was silly enough to forget to charge overnight and was stuck trying to find an outlet in our last day in Disney. Victor, the Select representative, brought me a replacement scooter within 45 minutes. Even though it was my own stupid fault.Also let me mention the charge on their scooters are well above average. I missed my shuttle near my hotel that was down Harbor near the Dennys. So I scootered all the way to the park and then drove all over both parks all day long.They bring your scooter to you and pick it up when youre done.This is the company to use! 100%

We have rented scooters in the Disneyland area at least 15 years and this is our first experience with Select Mobility Scooter Rental of Anaheim and by far it has been our best experience out of the 15 years. the scooters held the charge from 7am to 12am we did not lose one button on the charge meter
