We had a great experience with ScooterBug Anaheim. I rented online and trusted that the scooter would be at my hotel when I arrived so my mom and I could get the fun started. It was there when we arrived and the hotel staff was more than willing to show us how to operate. The battery life was excellent. It was easy to operate. It turned easily. We left it with the bell stand when we checked out. So easy. Thank you, ScooterBug! The only issue we had and it was a small one was that the cane holder we paid a little extra for on the back didnt work very well. But it could have been our cane. It just kept popping off. No big deal. It was a very good experience. I am a travel agent and will definitely recommend their service to my clients.
Setting everything up online was very user-friendly. When I called with questions, someone answered within a reasonable time and gave superior service. The price was definitely fair for the experience it delivered and much cheaper than doing it the day of at Disneyland. I would consider doing in the future even if I don’t need it.
It was incredibly easy to book. The scooter was delivered to my hotel and I kept it overnight to charge, and they picked it up at the end of my trip. No muss, no fuss. It made the vacation nearly pain-free for me and I was able to enjoy things the way they needed to be enjoyed. Fantastic.
Very easy to work with, their partnership with the resort hotels made the experience seamless. The scooter worked perfectly and my mom was able to enjoy the parks from open to close, then we were able to simply leave the scooter back at our hotel to be picked up the next morning. Will definitely be using them again!
The scooter was charged and delivered on time to the front desk of the hotel. It was clean, easy to use and charged. It had usb charging ports, a basket and the battery lasted longer than grandma did! Would recommend this company and electric scooter to anyone!
I was nervous about returning to one of my favorite places on Earth, since I hurt my back and cant walk that far, yet. Not only is the daily rate amazing, but they delivered it to my hotel, The Grand Californian, let me keep it the entire trip, and picked it up right from the valet! Great experience renting a City Mini Double Stroller from ScooterBug! They dropped the stroller off, and it was there to pick up at guest services at my hotel when I arrived. The stroller was very clean and in great condition. My only suggestion would be to offer the option of renting some type of cup holder attachment with the stroller. I would definitely rent from ScooterBug again.
Scooter Bug was absolutely amazing to work with. I hurt my back at Disneyland and needed a mobility scooter for a couple of days. I was able to order it online and it was delivered to my hotel bell stand the next morning. When I realized that I was going to need it past the rental time, a quick phone call got me a free extension through the next morning. When I checked out of my hotel I just left it with bell services. The entire experience was incredibly easy.
We rented for 2 days at Disney for our Parents/Grandparents to get around. They were by far worth it. We would highly recommend for elderly or Disabled. They were way nicer then we imagined. The service to drop off and pick up at the hotel was a great accommodation.
Scooter Bug was the best idea I ever had to experience Disneyland last week. Not only did they deliver and pick up the Scooter at my hotel; but it was so easy to navigate, allowed me to enjoy the park and see much more than I would have been able to do had I had to walk everywhere. the machine looked brand new!
Scooter bug was the company recommended by Disneyland hotel. We ordered the city duo stroller and we could not be more happy. We ordered it the night before we went into Disneyland and it was already available at 9am in the morning. We received it clean and in working condition. The great plus is that we could use it OUTSIDE of Disneyland, walking through downtown Disney when the two kids are already tired from the day at the park.
Scooter was waiting for us when we arrived at the Disneyland hotel and we left it with valet when we checked out. Super easy. Price was reasonable and was a real lifesaver for my wife with two bad knees. (I averaged 16,000 steps each day). Would definitely recommend Scooter Bug to our friends (we’re both seniors) and next time we go, we’re renting two of them for my wife and I. It’s the only way to scoot around Disneyland for folks our age!
I have no complaints about booking, getting, and returning the scooter. My disappointment is on the actual scooter. I have rented from other companies on my visits to The Disneyland Resort, and the scooter I rented from ScooterBug (and the replacement scooter the Hotel hooked me up with) was honestly the worst scooter I have ever rented. It went so ridiculously slow that our 5 year old was walking faster than the scooter all day. It also did not have a very good turning radius. I was really not satisfied with the rental at all.
Easy and seemless pickup and dropoff at our hotel. The scooter worked without issue and held a charge all day and was ready for the next day with a simple overnight charge., We would rent one again,
Easy reservation process and reasonable prices. Upon my arrival to the Disney resort I reserved my son a stroller so that I would not have to deal with the hassle of packing his onto the plane. The service is truly a travel hack and ALL parents that love to travel with their little ones should be aware of the life safer company.

It was so easy having the ScooterBug at my hotel, waiting for me. It was easy to drive and fun to ride on. This was more convenient than renting at Disneyland, because I was assured a scooter and I used it also for transportation to and from Disneyland. The only thing I wouldve changed is having the ScooterBug fully charged when I picked it up.
Getting a scooter was such a big help with getting around Disneyland. Scooter bug had it at my hotel before the scheduled time and it was charged up and ready to go. It worked perfectly for my needs. I highly recommend scooter bug.

Id give them 4 stars for their customer service. For the equipment I wouldnt give them any stars, so a 2 star average it is.We rented two scooters for use at the Disneyland resort during our stay, based on the fact that this is the preferred vendor for Disney. We normally use Deckert Surgical but thought we would give this company a shot.Scooters were SLOW compared to other rentals weve had, noisy gearing/operation, obnoxiously loud backup beeper, no adjustments for chair back, generally uncomfortable. We called off our 6 day rental at about 20 hours and had rentals from our normal vendor delivered ASAP.Will not rent from this company again due to equipment issues noted. Do not recommend.
Super easy to rent and use! They deliver and pick up the scooter from your hotel and you don’t even have to be there. Way better than disneyland rentals. I use them every time we go to the park and will continue to do so. Love these scooters!!
I did enjoy the experience of using the scooter and it helped me tremendously getting around the Disneyland Parks. It was much easier to use than I had anticipated. However, the process of actually ordering and getting the scooter was extremely frustrating. To begin with, I called to placed the order the evening before, and was told that the earliest a scooter could be delivered to my hotel was by 3pm the next day, although the brochure clearly stated delivery within 2 hours. I then went online and was able to order a scooter to be delivered to my hotel at 9am the next morning, paid for and confirmed. However, when I went down at 9am, there was no scooter for me at the desk. I had to call several times to find out that the scooter was on the truck and still didnt receive the scooter until 10am, an hour after Disneyland opened. I only had the one day, and lost a full hour due to the inability of the company to deliver on time.
The scooter was great, held a charge all day without incident. Pickup and return were smooth as silk. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five was that we needed it before the parks open at 8, and they dont deliver until 9. I tried calling multiple times and never got anyone to pick up. And then I left a message and no one called me back. The people at the hotel gave me a loaner for the first day, since Scooterbug was unresponsive. Its VERY frustrating not to be able to reach anyone when the online forms dont give you options.
I would give 5 stars but I cant because we never recieved our stroller we paid for. We were on vacation 5 days and never got it at all. We did receive the 2 scooters we rented and it was great so thats why I still gave them 3 stars!

Scooter Bug was easy to use. The only problem was that when I called the 800 number for questions, nobody answered. That was frustrating and disappointing. I worked with the hotel that I was staying at for assistance and that was helpful. Otherwise my experience with Scooter bug was great!
We made reservations to Disneyland months ago, before I injured myself to the point of non-weight bearing on my foot. I decided to rent from Scooterbug after reading reviews. The scooter they delivered and picked up right from my hotel looked brand new. I was at the parks from 7:30a to 9:30p and had no battery issues at all. I was sure to turn it off when we were just sitting around or when there were lulls in the lines. We charged it every night. It turns on a dime and I was able to make it through lines with no issues. If you need a scooter I would recommend you use Scooterbug.
Wow!!! This was the best decision ever! I ordered a double stroller and when I got to the hotel it was ready. It was clean and perfect. It was soo nice to not have to lug it with me. I thought the price was great as well!

If you are staying at a Disney property, use ScooterBug! We had a last minute need for an ECV and we booked online for a scooter the next morning. The hotel received our delivery for us and we got the ECV from bell services. They also handled the return. Super convenient and competitively priced. Scooter worked well and was clean and in good condition.
We have used ScooterBug 2x now while visiting both Disneyland and Disneyworld. We absolutely love this company! The stroller was clean, ready for us at pick up, and a tremendous help while walking around the parks! We will continue to use them!

This company was great! The EVC was there with our name on it when we checked into the hotel, and we just left it with the bell desk when we were done! Easy to use and no hassle of waiting and hoping they were available. I will use them again!
My husband, type-1 diabetic, came out of the ER hours before I requested a rental. His legs hurt so bad, he couldnt walk, and he really didnt want to miss his daughters birthday because we were vacationing at Disneyland at the time. Scooterbug had rentals at the Disneyland Resorts, but you have to have a 1-day advance notice to rent one. But luckily, the Resort manager gave me Scooterbugs number and told me there was a spare for the day. I got the ID number, called, and they approved the request immediately. The rep was super emphatic and courteous and Im so glad they were available at such a short notice.
I rented 2 scooters for use at the Disneyland Resort. They were at our hotel ready to go. They were clean and easy to use.They should tell the customer to charge them overnight because the second day, we had to go back to the hotel and charge one of the scooters for a couple of hours. They are easy to charge. We did find the high pitched backup beeper very loud and annoying.
Our experience was awesome. Like the smart person I am, I selected the wrong hotel for the drop off. With a few phone calls, our scooter was picked up from the wrong hotel and dropped off at the correct one. I was so worried that I was going to be out of luck, but I was so grateful that my mistake was easily fixed.

Rented a stroller from Scooter bug during our stay in Disney. The stroller was clean and easy to use. The pickup/dropoff was incredibly easy - right through bellhop. Soo easy! No need to coordinate times with scooter bug - highly recommend!!
The original scooter had problems immediately. While initially presenting as fully charged, the scooter abruptly shut down and indicated that it needed to be charged. Shortly thereafter, it resumed functioning normally, indicating a full charge. A replacement unit was provided by bell services and all was well.

The Scooter was at my hotel as requested and was in great repair. The only two “wish” items I have would be a chair without armrests and that the backup beep would be a teensy bit quieter. It was louder than on any chair I’ve ever rented. I used Scooterbug in Orlando and they were great there as well!
They are very friendly. Helped with so much more. Only thing is they would not charge it for us so we had to search the parks for outlets which was difficult.

I appreciated how prompt the delivery of the stroller was and that the stroller was in good working order. However, the stroller had not been thoroughly cleaned beforehand, as we found perfume advertisements, hair ties, and a dirty mask in it.
Easy process: from the online reservation to pick up at the resort bell man and then drop off at the resort bell man. Definitely recommend.
The stroller was waiting for us upon arrival at the hotel, so that was great. However, the Britax turning radius is terrible and difficult to navigate around the Parks without two hands. Id go with the City strollers that have one wheel.

The right arm rest was broken, damage to the front inside steering column, had a continuous humming sound and was slow even at full speed. This is the second time we have received the broken scooter.
I would give 0 but thats not an option. We ordered a double stroller and had it delivered to the hotel except the stroller never showed up so we wasted two hours of disney park time sitting at the hotel. After 2 hours I was told they didnt have a driver and didnt know how long it would take so I asked for a refund.
Overall the rental experience was great. Great service! My only complaint is the unreasonably loud back up beep on the actual scooters.
Easiest way to rent an EVC at Disneyland . It was dropped it off to the hotel Bell Service and picked it up there as well.
So appreciated the fact that the scooter was delivered to our hotel and that it was ready for us when we went to pick it up. Also appreciated the ease of ordering and scheduling for pickup!!
Terrible experience. They charged for stuff without my permission, when I finally got someone on the phone they said they woukd refund $20 and then they only refunded $10. Stollers had roaches in it, and the tires were stuck which made it such a pain for disney. Never again!
Service was stellar...the scooter left a little to be desired...the steering tiller was not adjustable and very uncomfortable to use.

I would never rent or trust this company unless you want your vacation ruined I payed in full a month prior for a scooter to be at my hotel in Disneyland it was never Shipped there and customer service cant do anything for you after 6 pm I could have brought my own but they told me that the from will be waiting for me at the hotel it never happened they also said they cant get me another one until next day at 9 am I am usually out the door at 7am I have to wait 2-3 hours for delivery in the morning about 930 am they ruined part of my vacation I should have never trusted I highly recommend never to use this company

The scooters me and my mom rented never showed up, and were hours late, we ended up having to find another scooter company instead of these guys and when my mom called them we were put on hold for several hours
I rented two strollers for our week stay at Disney World, the one was a piece of junk, canopy and foot rest were broke, I emailed to have a replacement brought and never heard from anyone. Really not sure why Disney World would want to be affiliated with them
