The folks at this place need to learn about customer service skills...especially when dealing with disabled persons and ADA issues. They need to learn how to talk to people, be sensitive of their needs, and be mindful of how they speak. Disrespectful ways of talking with customers is not acceptable! A very poor reflection of your business ethics...

I’ve used this service a couple different times and was very disappointed in the service this time. When we got our scooters, I didn’t have a head rest and it was so old the tears on the arm rest and back were held together by electrical tape. So when I called to get a replacement scooter the owner was so rude and said he would just come get the scooters leaving us stranded. So we elected to use them as we felt we didn’t have a choice, but will never being using this service again. In the past we’ve recommended this service on our travel blog but will definitely not recommend them any more. Renter beware!

Wonderful service and a great scooter. It was delivered to my hotel enabling me to attend graduation cereminies at CSUF. Easily recharged and it made my trip so much more enjoyable. Thank you!

I rented a scooter here for my mom when we went to Disneyland for the weekend. She has her own mobility scooter but it just felt easier for them to be able to drop it off and pick it up from us directly at the Disneyland drop off rather than lugging it around with us.Their website was super easy to reserve the scooter on and was really helpful answering all my questions too. I spoke to Jerry about booking and everything and he was super helpful as well. We dont come to Disney very often but when we do we will definitely be back at this spot for another rental. They had the BEST prices in town compared to their competitors. Highly recommended shop

They seem like an honest business and have good prices for scooter sales & rentals. The scooter we rented for a week died and would not start even with the battery charged. The employee simply denied the problem and said it was something we must have done wrong such as leave the scooter in neutral or hold the throttle while turning the key on. Neither one of these were the case, but they really didnt listen too well.

I needed to take a scooter in for repair as I knew they had worked on this model scooter before I received it. They were wonderful people there so helpful. The people were kind even though they were unable to fix it because it was a motor issue and foreign manufactured. They still took the time to give me suggestions on other options. They did not charge me for looking at it! Now that is good business practice. Thank you A Scooter for you. God Bless.

I just want to give a shout out to Jerry and his team at A Scooter 4 U Inc. They are so awesome! I have been getting scooters from him for our Disneyland trips or quite a while now and every time I do they have had everything ready for us at the hotels and have been so accomadating. This past week we made a quick trip to Disneyland for a day. We arrived there at 12:00pm. Because it was spur of the moment, I was just going to rent a scooter from Disneyland. They were sold out. I had been injured and couldnt walk very well. I called Jerry and explained that I needed a scooter right then. He delivered one to me within 30 minutes. He was so kind and generous! I have rented from Jerry at a scooter 4 you many times. Jerry is very professional and wants to make sure all our needs are taken care of. Excellent on delivery and pick up. Equipment is very clean and well maintained and often fairly new or brand new. When I call he even knows that the rental is for my wife.I would highly recommend their services. A fantastic experience!! we rented for Disneyland for 3 days 2 nights and it was a seamless experience. We checked in to Grand California at 12:00pm and the scooter was waiting for us. The EV never had a issue and way fully charged In check in. paid $100 dollars and it was worth every penny! if you ever need a scooter because of some disability or injury! this is the right company to call! speak with Jerry and hell help you out!

Called on a Sunday to purchase a scooter for my dad which was gonna be a surprise, I spoke to Jerry the owner who was very helpful. Jerry explained the purpose of each scooter as what theyre best for since hes been doing this for decades. I ended up getting the pride gogo sport 4 wheel which is a great fit for my dad. Jerry and his assistant showed me how to disassemble the scooter quickly. Thanks for everything!!

Best customer service I received on my vacation. Ashley is so kind and accommodating, she even answered my call after she had left the office and was able to keep all of my info organized and give me great service. The scooter was dropped off early to our hotel and we just left it in the lobby with the key to the front desk, on our last night. No hassle, no fuss, and the price was very reasonable. The battery lasted 2 12 hour days with charge to spare!! Thank you A scooter 4 you! And they take care of veterans with a discount!!

Rented a scooter for 3 days for Disneyland. They delivered to hotel and picked up from hotel. Prices were fantastic compared to Disney and I knew I had one where at Disney it was first come, first served. Battery lasted all day and more. Easy to use, able to transport. Service was great!

After planning a Disneyland vacation I knew I would need a scooter once we arrived at our hotel. We called A Scooter 4 U and to our surprise they had 2 scooters available and delivered them to our hotel. We then decided that with all the walking that would have to be done we would need a additional scooter and once again with the best customer service possible it was delivered to the Park for us. We were offered great pricing and Excellent customer service. Super easy to book the scooter. It was dropped off at our hotel before we arrived and we just left it there when we were done. WAY more convenient and cheaper than renting and returning a scooter from Disneyland every day.

These guys are Amazing!!! We flew in and Southwest Airlines lost my charger for my powerchair and suitcase!! These amazing guys brought a charger to our hotel and loaned it to us on the honor system!! There are a lot of rentals companys around Disneyland that over charge and deliver terrible customer service... These guys are A+!!!!! We will always use Scooter 4 U!!

This was the second time in two years utilizing the svcs of a sccoter for you. The owner and staff are very accommodating and customer service oriented. Although i didnt need a travel scooter which allows you to disassemble the scooter to take it apart so you can place it in the trunk..i called them when i was at knotts berry farm to deliver one (since our 15 passenger van had no room except for passengers) for the day and paid them an additional nominal and worthwhiled cost and they did! Then all i needed to do was take it next door to knotts berry farm hotel where they picked it up the next day! It was worth it since knotts BF had none to rent. I will go back again the next time we travel to disneyland! Mahalo for making it convenient. Aloha from kapolei..oahu!

Absolute worst customer service ever. Rented a scooter for Disneyland and the owner was consistently condescending, judgmental and rude, trying to tell me how to raise my child. Were night owls and because we visit Disneyland so rarely, we like to stay until the park closes. Not sure what business that is of his. And condescending in many other ways. Will NEVER use them again, and would recommend you dont, as well, if you care anything about customer service.

Horrible! Horrible!! Horrible!!! Do not do business here the owner is old and cant remember much of anything, including your return date.
