I’ve had a horrible experience here even though I was finally helped it was a tiring process. I live 2 hours away and needed a rare equipment but after I rented, I had to drive back twice to replace defective parts. Although I am grateful to finally be helped, it was stressful and traumatic. I was frustrated by how far and the false promises that were made over the phone. When I came to pick up the last item, the manager said it wasn’t there and I was really emotional and was crying and she threatened to call the cops. I think they desperately need aligned communication amongst their staff and to take preventable measures to ensure their customers are getting quality items and service so this won’t happen again. This is my unfiltered review. I hope this helps others.

Rented a mobility scooter from Orange County medical rentals and they got me the best deal ever my father wanted to ride the scooter in Disneyland so we wanted to rent a scooter but only place you can get the scooters are inside Disneyland so we found the company on google and ordered a 4 wheel scooter to be delivered to hotel near Disneyland Resort they got the scooter delivered at Majestic Garden Hotel they keeper the scooter in back and I got it ones we checked in so we got the scooter and rode the scooter from our hotel to Disneyland amazing scooter clean had full charge and basket that came in handy thank you for the wonderful experience we will definitly use them again and got the best deal called like 3 other companies before getting hold of Orange County medical rentals thank you for the power wheelchair

Had a wonderful, experience with this store I was on my way home for the holidays and needed a oxygen concentrator for my mother in law and airline need a FAA approved machine got the simply go it came with the cart so this was a real easy transaction A+++ I SAVED ALMOST $2500

Great Customer services and got a bed delivered in 4 hours needed a bed for my dad he was getting discharged from hospital in Garden Grove area and need a bed at his house with rails on the sides they got it done also got the rails mattress and fitted sheets it cost me like $300 for a month rental which is a great deal I got quoted $800 for the same bed at a different medical supplies I called and they couldnt even do it on the same day
